Climatisation nulle, on s’est fait répondre qu’il ne faisait pas encore assez chaud à l’extérieur pour faire fonctionner la climatisation centrale

Hotel was clean and easy accessible from the airport. We were disappointed that we didn’t have hair dryer or kettle in our room. Floor in the room wasn’t really clean. We also didn’t have a soap or toilet brush in the toilet which was a bit surprising. We have decided to go for breakfast two days in a row but it was teally special. There wasn’t many vegetables to choose from, two tomatoes for breakfast and if someone used them before you, they wouldn’t replace it with another ones. Good hotel to stay for city break but wouldn’t recommend it aging breakfast there.

Internet muy deficiente Mucho ruido en el hotel El personal muy amable

I went in May and it was very warm in Barcelona. We came to the room at it was like a sauna. No air condition. We had to sleep with the window wide open every night with cigarette and weed smell from below. Spider on my pillow upon arrival and there was a cigarette burn on my duvet and dark spots all over the covers. They didn’t change the bedding during our 3 day stay even without air condition on the room. There is a fan on the wall, but it doesn’t work. Very thin walls and you can hear the neighbors brushing their teeth in the morning. It was fine but I won’t stay here again. Very friendly and nice staff.

AC week daytime,WiFi off /on ,week. No refrigerator. Very small.

El hotel está bien situado,buena comunicación, la habitación es muy normal. Muy mal el AIRE ACONDICIONADO, FATAL, es central por lo que no lo puedes regular. Me cambiaron de habitación y me dejaron un ventilador, con eso pude medio estar 3 noches.. Supermercados cerca y tiendas, metro dos de mayo.

This is a very good value stay. A little unconventional in some ways, but works well as a base for exploring the city. Easily accessible by metro, bus or taxi. 10 minute walk from the Sagrada Familia and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and small shops within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Walls are a little thin so you can hear other guests, but it’s not terrible. Electricity cut off in our room on the first night but the receptionist got it working no problem. Room surprisingly clean and no smell (like other reviews say), and the air con works well. I would happily return for a city break.

Air conditioning not comfortable, not able to control temperature and humidity

Initially hesitant due to warnings about its size, I have absolutely no regrets about booking this hotel! While indeed small, both the hotel and our room were impeccably clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the convenient €2 luggage lockers for late flights were a lifesaver. Highly recommend – I'll definitely be back!

I think the pictures were taken 10 years ago, now it is not good maintained. Only the first day we had hot water. The air conditioned did not work. Worst at all it was cucarachas in there! Only the second night we found one and killed it, when reported to staff, he look at me as if it was normal and say they did not have people to change the bed line (my mother found it on the bed). I asked new bed line to change myself. When the staff went to the room, they said it was because of the window (We opened only for 5min). Next morning, I found another one in the closet, thinking on staff explanation, we just kill it again (ourselves, so worst experience EVER) That day we returned and found a 3rd one in the closet, so no way it was the window, for sure it was plenty of them. The explanation this time was: "It is Barcelona, and we have a plague, even in the best hotels you will find it" I ask to a local and say it is true, they have a problem, BUT having an adequate control and cleanness you can keep your house (and hotel) cucaracha free. We look at the floor and realised it was not clean at all, so they do a really poor cleaning room service. I booked this Hotel because it was good neighbourhood and very decent price (not cheap at all but for being Barcelona, I would say affordable) and was fooled by the pictures in internet. Honestly, I though I found a good dea, but it became worst nightmare. If I would knew this possibility, I will never book

Bathrooms reeked of sewer and the walls were very thin. Staff were nice but I would not stay here again. Close to the Sagrada Familia and Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau. Ads for hotel were misleading.

Los cuartos de hotel están muy sucios, solo dormimos una noche ahí y fue suficiente para no querer volver. Al llegar a nuestra habitación cuando apenas nos la entregaron tenía una cucaracha muerta en el piso del cuarto, mucha basura y pelusa, y en el baño habían hormigas caminando. Afuera de la habitación había un hormiguero. A este hotel le hace falta mucha limpieza, sin embargo lo único rescatable que tiene es que el personal de la entrada es muy amable y agradable.

I’ll start by saying that you get what you pay for. Online this is a two stars hotel. I did not see that when I was looking at this hotel, but I saw some positive reviews and, based on those reviews, I chose this place. Right from the start, the experience was not good. The bed was Uncomfortable. The shower curtain and the wall had mold. There was no mini refrigerator. There was a daily fee of $7 euros to use the safe. I opted not to use it. I have never had to pay for that when staying in hotels. The rooms in general were uninviting. The lights were dim. Also, It looks like there was some remodeling or construction on the property and the noise was disrupter because the wall were very thin. With all of this being said, I decided to switch to another hotel for my last night in BCN. I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel and I will NOT recommend it.

La propiedad es vieja, la bañera muy pequeña y te puedes caer. Cortinas del baño con hongo. Salían animales de pronto. Cien pies y cucaracha. Algunas personas en recepción amables y otras no

La habitación estaba muy limpia, la estancia ha sido excelente, el personal muy amable.

The hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear everything from the streets and neighbours

I only stayed one night, so it served my purpose and was well located. Although, the walls are incredibly thin. I had earplugs in and had white noise machine going all night, but I could still hear people snoring next door and walking in the hallway. you are also expected to hand in our key every time you leave, which i find annoying.

Servicen var jättebra, personalen var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam och rummet var jättefint! Det enda minuset är att väggarna (eller dörren?) är otroligt tunna då det hördes otroligt högljutt när någon var i hallen utanför rummen.

The property is located within 20 mins of Sagrada Familia. It is also close to one of the Metro stations and has a lot of public transit options. As far as the room is concerned it is very basic. Was a bit disappointed to see that it didn't even contain a closet. Washroom is a standard 3 piece. Also it was very dissapointing to be woken up my the noise made by the neighboring room occupants at 5:00am in the morning. Among other things, the staff is friendly and were considerate of our needs barring just one person. The breakfast buffet could've been better. I noticed that there was noone cleaning any of the tables during the breakfast at the restaurant. So be prepared to stand and eat if you're late. While this property got the job done for us but next we'll try to book somewhere else.

Room was clean but extremely loud, you can hear everything from hallways and it felt like people were entering your room everytime a door opened. You have to leave keys at front desk everytime you exit and when you return they just hand back whatever key you ask for, pretty sketchy considering random people can walk in and ask for any key.

The room is much smaller than expected and looks nothing like the picture. It's not good for anyone who feels claustrophobic. The walls are paper-thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms and outside - it was very loud. On the positive side, the location is excellent.

Do not believe all the bot reviews! This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Every person in the hall, every key (yes still keys) in a door, every toilet flush. You can hear everyone’s conversation and people coming in from the bar at 2 am, (not doing anything wrong…just zero soundproofing) There are random pipe noises…the list goes on. For the amount of money (average 150£/night) I expected better. This was almost unstayable. Good location though. Walkable to the Sagrada Familia

Et lille hotel tæt på metro, spisesteder og smukke Sagrada Familia, venlig personale og god rengøring. Desværre er der meget lydt, man kan høre alt hos naboen!

We had 3 twin beds were confortable, but not to much space to move around. The bathroom was super small, zero space not even to put your toothpaste

Good base...bed for night. Room lacks hooks and any sort of inviting touches.....and thin walls ! shower was good though.

I choose this property has i had stayed in this area before and knew my way to walk to the major tourist attraction of sagrada familia. Staff veey helpful chaging me a restaurant reservation and booking an early morning taxi to the airport. Bedding and towel clean - but overall in need of some refurbishment.

Staff make the difference of this hotel, they are very knowledgeable of the city and the local places that offer the best of food, they inform us how to get to destinations and places we were looking for, thank you very much for keeping that kind of staff!

Me encanto, nosotros llegamos como a las 10am y el check in no era hasta las 3pm, pero nos dieron la opcion de dejar las maletas e incluso nos dijeron que si la habitacion estaba lista antes nos llamarian, esta super cerca de la Sagrada Familia asi que por ahi anduvimos mientras era hora de hacer check in, comimos en Miss Simona que tambien esta cerca y muy buena comida, del mismo modo cuando nos ibamos el check out a las 11am y permitieron dejar las maletas hasta las 3pm, es un locker aparte que solamente cuesta 2euros por turno, el staff super amable.

We had a stranger violently knock on our door. We feared for our life. Because there was no phone in the room and the staff did not provide their number, we had no way to get help. This place is not safe and the staff is not empathetic to guest safety.

Perfect hotel for a city break in Barcelona! The reception was manned 24/7 making it feel really safe and secure, especially when returning late after an evening out. The room / bathroom was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. All the staff were very friendly and happy to help. The hotel was in a great location for tourist attractions, transport into the city centre and transport to the airport.

Location was perfect for us, with a coffee shop on the corner and two train stations close by. Staff was amazing! Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

This hotel was perfect for what I needed for a short stay. Whilst the room was small, this didn't bother me as the location was ideal with good proximity to metro stations and key tourist hotspots. Staff were always on hand to help and and answer any questions. The only downside was the noise on my floor as I was able to hear people having conversations in the hallway into the early hours. If I need a room on a budget I would book here again.

Pratico e comodo per un paio di notti. Metro vicina e Sagrada Familia a qualche minuto di distanza.

Simple 2 Star with a reasonable breakfast, friendly staff and good transport links

The hotel was in an awesome location. Plenty of things nearby for a tourist but you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of a tourist zone.

Das Hotel liegt zwar abseits vom Stadtzentrum, dennoch kann man viel zu Fuß erreichen: - 20 Minuten von Sagrada Familia, - 6-7 Minuten zur nächsten U-Bahn Station. - 200 Meter zur Bushaltestelle Richtung Stadtzentrum - 100 Meter zur Haltestelle des HopOn-HopOff Busses. Zimmer war sauber, aber renovierungsbedürftig. Dafür sehr hilfsbereite Personal. Insgesamt positiver Eindruck...

Location was perfect as it was very close from Sagrada Familia and walking distance to any other famous spots. There were many places to eat near by and consider affordable among the area. If you don't like to stay at hostel or any sharing units, this hotel is perfect as you get your own private space with affordable price.

El desayuno a mi gusto lo sirven tarde, a nostros que viajamos y salimos muy temprano sería mas conveniente que fuera sobre las 7:00 am

Aardige receptionisten en een prima ontbijt! Schoonmaak hield te wensen over maar gelukkig heel veel handdoeken aanwezig. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Handig ook de automaten in de hal voor een versnapering of drankje. Voor een kort verblijf prima, bedankt!

This hotel is AMAZING value for money! Super helpful staff, clean rooms and a great location. The breakfast was fresh and with a wide selection to chose from. Yes, it’s a bit noisy with thin walls, but what do you expect for a budget hotel. Perfect for a city break.

Lo mejor es el desayuno!!

The following amenities coulbe improved: - robe (was not supplied) - disposable slippers (was not supplied) - too noisy (bad audio insulation - door, windows) - breakfast was not served with eggs (it's quite odd)

Déjeuner copieux varié offert à chaque matin. Personnel courtois et disponible. L’hôtel est bien situé entre le parc Güell et la Sagrada Familia. Seul petit bémol: nous aurions aimé avoir des verres de verre et des débarbouillettes dans la chambre.
