Çarşaf, nevresim, yastıklar ve havluların yenilenmesi gerekir. 5 yıldızlı bir otelde farklı yastık seçenekler anti allerjik, pamuk, kuş tüyü vb. Olması gerekirdi. Yastıklar çok rahatsız ve kokuyor. Aynı şey yorgan için de geçerli. Otelin odalar katında hoş olmayan bir koku var. Odamızda bornoz yoktu. Spa bölümü ferah aydınlık ancak sıcak değil su da sıcak değil. Çok temiz olduğu da söylenemez. Havlular kötü kokuyor, kalitesiz , havuzlara girmek için kullanılan alümünyum merdivenler ergonomik değil, basamaklar çok dar, merdiven dik yaşlılar düşebilir ve monte edildikleri yerde sallanıyorlar. Soyunma alanları kötü, özellikle kadınlar için olan alanda insanın rahatça soyunabileceği kapalı bir bölüm yok.

The hotel was clean when I first told about it. It was the same with drinking water. In the beginning, nothing happened automatically like in summer 22 and summer 23 in the same place. When you said, it worked after that, but it's annoying for the customer, because things should work in the suite!! The hotel room could use renovation. The hammam is dirty from the ceiling and there is stubborn dirt in the room throughout 16-26.6.24 and probably after. Stains on the floor carpet. Splashes at the end of the bed. The same was true of the whirlpool suite in 23. Our jacuzzi is dirty. Casa Grill is really expensive compared to another hotel in the center of Istanbul on November 23 and the service was better there. Now you have to wait and sometimes the bread disappeared when you looked away. After getting upset about it once, it stopped. One good guy working there. We decided to eat at nearby restaurants that had really good food. It was not because of the price but because of the service. You are the Radisson chain!!! Het hotel qua voorzieningen is goed, de sportschool is mooi, de spa is ook absoluut niets op aan te merken. Kamers prima en schoon. Wat wel ronduit zeer slecht is, het buitenzwembad voelt aan als een diepvrieskast, het eten in het restaurant is ronduit schandalig slecht zeker voor een Radisson Blue hotel (dus een slechte keuken/kok). Nog lastiger door geen restaurants in de directe omgeving. Daarnaast zijn drankjes zelfs als touristenprijzen exorbitant duur, voor een lokaal efes bier wordt al 6,50 euro gevraagd, corona bier 9,50 euro etc…. Heel zonde voor een anders heel prachtig hotel.

The hotel was fully booked so they gave me a room they considered an upgrade near the spa (room 95); everything went downwards starting with this upgrade! The room was not cleaned for a long time it seems while everything was covered in dust, no shampoo, shower gel or slippers; had to call the housekeeping at 1am to change the sheets and pillows covered in hair. Overall a terrible service and room and never had a similar problem at other Radisson hotels so very disappointed.

I reached Radison after 28 hours of travel to stay for a night, before I took my next flight. When I got to the hotel, their key card machine wasn't working. I was told I'd need to go to the reception if I left my room, as staff would have to come up to open the door with a master key card. When I entered the room, there was an odd stain on the armchair and the glasses were all dirty. The kettle had various sickening substances in it. I went to the reception and showed them the pictures, and they offered me a better room. The other room was slightly better. But the glasses had the same issue, there was a weird red spot on the pillow and the chair had some weird sticky substance on it. I decided not to make a fuss, just wanting to get through the night. When I left my room, I couldn't get back in as the key card was still not working. I had to wait in line as the staff was busy. At this point, I decided not to leave my room again. I stayed trapped in the room for most of the evening and the following morning. When I went to check out at noon, apparently the key-card machine had been fixed overnight, and no one bothered to give me a working key card. Very disappointed in Raddison overall. It's a two-star hotel at best. Complete waste of money!

Ordered room service first night and they forgot my drink , next morning went to use the pool -no towels . Rooms are decent , Breakfast buffet was very good . The hallway carpets needed to be changed a decade ago and noticeable dirt throughout the carpets .

We had cobwebs in multiple rooms, no conditioner or shampoo in the shower. The scale did not work. Room service repeatedly made mistakes on our orders, food was very cold when received, and 2 or the teapots were not functional. The facility is nice. But the restaurant was very poor, the service unless done by the manager of the room was rude and abrupt. He apparently was the assistant who does not like foreigners which he made obvious with us the 2 other tables with his offensive body language and attention. Spent a lot of time with Turkish customers but was in attentive and rude to foreigners. Very sad for such a nice facility that staff are unable to attain the standards that Radisson represents. I have extended my stay here but more for convenience than positive impression.

Halbuki hepsi kullanılıyor, müşteri seçiyorlar. Temizlik kesinkle yetersiz, lekeli çarşaf, yıpranmış havlular, odada yağ ve ter kokusu, kirli halılar, paslı duş standı, kurnaya akan paslı su ve daha birçok detay önemsemiyor. Çocuklar sadece tek havuzu kullanabiliyor, oradaki ortam havası da soğuktu. Soyunma dolaplarının çoğu kilitlenmiyor. Genel olarak çok memnuniyetsizlik yaşadık, ama spa havuzları oldukça rahatlatıcıydı ve kahvaltılar detaylı hazırlanıyor.

Wir hatten eine Hamam-Suit. Alles war perfekt. Einfach mega. Bis auf die Aussicht vom Balkon. Direkt der Blick in das Einfamilienhaus von gegenüber. Auch sehr nervig war das ununterbrochene Hundegebelle sowie das laute Personal, welches sich unter unserem Balkon draußen aufhielt. Dann noch eine Anlieferung + Müllanfuhr am frühen morgen. Wir hatten eine Hamam-Suit. Alles war perfekt. Einfach mega. Bis auf die Aussicht vom Balkon. Direkt der Blick in das Einfamilienhaus von gegenüber. Auch sehr nervig war das ununterbrochene Hundegebelle sowie das laute Personal, welches sich unter unserem Balkon draußen aufhielt. Dann noch eine Anlieferung + Müllanfuhr am frühen morgen. Unexpectedly great quality of room service food. We were expecting a standard level when we ordered room service but it was absolutely great. We had manti, chicken salad sezar, meat soup and gavurdagi salad. All of them were great. The only negative comment was that the room was excessively warm, making a comfortable sleep difficult. I tried to set the airco at the lowest possible temperature but it was still uncomfortably warm.

Terrible experience. Room with AC but I was not able to control it. Technician was sent but no word in English and he did nothing. I was left with 29C in the room. Smell from sink sawage issues. I ordered tagliatelle with wild mushrooms but I received with champion. I don't know how they get 5 stars.

I had a wonderful stay stay here. The hotel staff went out above and beyond with acts of kindness to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible for me because I am traveling for medical reasons. I always know that booking a Radisson hotel is a safe bet, but this one is definitely the most attentive one I have stayed at. I highly recommend staying here for a layover or a relaxing break, the hotel has large grounds with many recreational amenities for hotel guests to enjoy, it is also only 5 minutes from SAW airport. Terrible customer service, front desk, reservation and pretty much everything. Check-in was 2 hours later than it was supposed to be. Took a shower and the whole entrance was flooded because of sewerage issues. Had a reservation for 10 days and left the hotel after 3 days with no compensation or refund.

I reached Radison after 28 hours of travel to stay for a night, before I took my next flight. When I got to the hotel, their key card machine wasn't working. I was told I'd need to go to the reception if I left my room, as staff would have to come up to open the door with a master key card. When I entered the room, there was an odd stain on the armchair and the glasses were all dirty. The kettle had various sickening substances in it. I went to the reception and showed them the pictures, and they offered me a better room. The other room was slightly better. But the glasses had the same issue, there was a weird red spot on the pillow and the chair had some weird sticky substance on it. I decided not to make a fuss, just wanting to get through the night. When I left my room, I couldn't get back in as the key card was still not working. I had to wait in line as the staff was busy. At this point, I decided not to leave my room again. I stayed trapped in the room for most of the evening and the following morning. When I went to check out at noon, apparently the key-card machine had been fixed overnight, and no one bothered to give me a working key card. Very disappointed in Raddison overall. It's a two-star hotel at best. Complete waste of money!

We had cobwebs in multiple rooms, no conditioner or shampoo in the shower. The scale did not work. Room service repeatedly made mistakes on our orders, food was very cold when received, and 2 or the teapots were not functional. The facility is nice. But the restaurant was very poor, the service unless done by the manager of the room was rude and abrupt. He apparently was the assistant who does not like foreigners which he made obvious with us the 2 other tables with his offensive body language and attention. Spent a lot of time with Turkish customers but was in attentive and rude to foreigners. Very sad for such a nice facility that staff are unable to attain the standards that Radisson represents. I have extended my stay here but more for convenience than positive impression.

Het hotel qua voorzieningen is goed, de sportschool is mooi, de spa is ook absoluut niets op aan te merken. Kamers prima en schoon. Wat wel ronduit zeer slecht is, het buitenzwembad voelt aan als een diepvrieskast, het eten in het restaurant is ronduit schandalig slecht zeker voor een Radisson Blue hotel (dus een slechte keuken/kok). Nog lastiger door geen restaurants in de directe omgeving. Daarnaast zijn drankjes zelfs als touristenprijzen exorbitant duur, voor een lokaal efes bier wordt al 6,50 euro gevraagd, corona bier 9,50 euro etc…. Heel zonde voor een anders heel prachtig hotel.
