Really small room but it was clean and comfortable. Room on the first floor was up a flight of stairs that were kind of steep, so keep that in mind with lugging your suitcases. The gal at reception was really friendly though and did help us with them, which was greatly appreciated. Not walking distance to the airport, but it was nice to get a shuttle at 4:30 am and was a lot cheaper than Uber.

Great hotel! Really clean and comfortable. Great restaurant on site, amazing pizza. Check in closes at midnight but the hotel will help you if you arrive late just let them know. If it’s super late they will leave a note on the hotel door with directions on how to get to your room and you can formally check in the next day. Great for early morning flights out. Hotel shuttle is great. There is an Aldi walking distance that has a few food items. We stay here all the time and love it.

Location was convenient but room was filthy! brown stains on the walls and by the light switches. The throw at the end of the bed was not clean, it smelled and there were stains underneath. I would only recommend because of the location.

This hotel needs some updates. Removing the room carpet and switching to a vinyl plank floor would make the room much cleaner. The carpet was dirty. Our bathroom sink needed a bit adjustment. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and the staff were very helpful. Parking and proximity to the airport for an early flight made this hotel a good option.

Very average hotel. The shower head fell off twice during my 2 night stay. Shot water all over the ceiling and floor. Check in reception at best was luke warm friendly. Restaurant on site was surprisingly good and staff very attentive and helpful. Different places online claim free airport shuttle. This is not accurate ~10 euro. Hotel 5 minutes from airport. Very convenient. Ok to stay at for convenience.

The staff were friendly and communicated well. The room was clean but the air conditioner didn't have a control anywhere. The TV turned on but had no signal. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the shower had a hand held sprayer that couldn't be placed anywhere because the holder was broken. With some repairs this could be a good option for an airport hotel.

The hotel was very close and convenient to the airport for our late arrival. The parking was good for our rental car. It was nice to have a restaurant attached. Last order is at 21:30. The pizza salad and beer were all good. The deluxe double was small for two people with suitcases. We tripped over each other The bed was very comfortable! This hotel is fine for a quick airport stay.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Though I understand it is an airport property and very convenient for our early flight. The rooms were loud. And a neighbor dog barked all night. When I asked the front desk about it, they said “it’s a dog. What are we supposed to do.” I had several suggestions they didn’t like.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé à 5 minutes de l'aéroport et en plus il propose une navette pour 9€. Le personnel est agréable et disponible. Les chambres sont spacieuses et fonctionnelles. Par contre, l'entretien laisse à désirer... tuyau de douche qui fuit, climatisation qui émet un grésillement permanent la rendant inutilisable la nuit et le bouquet final un bruit de moteur (ronronnement) permanent qui ne m'a pas permis de m'endormir.

We arrived hours in advance of check in, they allowed us to store our bags to explore Zagreb. On our return at 9pm the lady checking us in was very short with us and not welcoming. It was a great stay and good location close to the airport. The restaurant was a huge bonus, but we only got to enjoy coffee and a dessert!! Would recommend this place for sure

We had a late arrival and it was great how staff communicated with us via WhatsApp to tell us where exactly the shuttle would be. Shuttle back to airport went great. No vending machines or food availability after hours so be prepared

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. I have stayed here previously and had an upstairs room. We were allocated an upstairs room and I asked for a downstairs room if possible. The hotel were accommodating. We were given room 104, which was lovely but it's in the walkway and there wasn't much natural light, but it was not a big deal. The room was large with great wifi. Everything is clean and spotless and the cleaners do an amazing job. The bed is fantastic and the pillows. There is air con if needed. Power points are limited for my liking. Bathroom was also large with a great shower. This is a self parking hotel and reminds me of a motel as we have in Australia but just a little more glam on the inside. The grounds are very private. There is also a small playground. E There is a shop down the road which is accessible by walking, there is also another bar/hotel down the road. This hotel has designated smoking areas for smokers and Papa Mo's also has a small area for smokers. I would stay again and again. Service is impeccable and I can't fault this place.

Hotel Cool is very conveniently close tonthe airport, but not much else. A quiet hotel nestled in the heart of a residential area with a phenomenal restaurant. The rooms a ok, nothing special but also very affordable. The beds can be quite small and the bathrooms very tight for space but overall, for a quick stop before an early morning flight its perfect.

Bokade hotellet för att kunna gå till flygplatsen. Står 12 minuter till fots. Enligt receptionen på plats tog det minst 30 minuter så ganska vilseledande. Taxi var tvunget. I övrigt helt ok, men ganska slitet.

Great location very close to the airport. There's arestaurant near by with amazing cevapi right behind the stadium and a a few stores for groceries and other things you need right up the street. Perfect for our stay while we passed through Zagreb.
