This is an older hotel and their decor has not been updated for quite a few years, but everything is clean and serviceable. The bedclothes in my room did have a strong odor of smoke and the t.v. didn't seem to work (I couldn't get it to power on anyway).

Im not really sure why this place is even on Hotels.com. This is no more than low income rental property. We ended up not staying. Our key would not even work in the door. Could not get computer to even come up and when it did, he said I have your reservation right here. I never gave him my name which means I was the only sucker to stop by. I don’t know how old the reviews on this place are, but sleeping in my car is more desirable than this place. Hotels. Com must have really lowered their standards to even have this on their site. Go down the road to All Seasons resort. A little more in price, but so worth it.

This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.

Stayed 1 night

Upon entering the room, I was immediately overwhelmed by a strong, lingering odor of stale beer and cigarette smoke. My son has severe asthma, and this environment posed an immediate health risk. When we attempted to use the bed, the top blanket was visibly filthy, appeared unwashed for an extended period, and had a greasy texture. The bedsheets were heavily stained yellow and black, emitting a foul smell. The bathroom was in an unacceptable state: it reeked intensely of urine (strong enough to cause me to vomit), the toilet seat had dried urine and hair on it, and overall hygiene was severely neglected. This property is unsanitary and unsafe, particularly for guests with respiratory conditions. It either needs to be temporarily closed until thorough deep cleaning and replacement of all bedding and soft furnishings is completed, or significant investment must be made to bring the room up to basic health and cleanliness standards. The current condition is unacceptable for any guest.
