It was clean and comfortable. The only reason I am giving it a lower review is because I chose this hotel specifically for the hot tub. The hot tub was out of service. Had I known I would have chosen a different hotel. I was very disappointed. Also I would rather you not feed your dog treats on the reservation desk when you are checking guests in.

It was a nice get away to disconnect. The single queen room was a little smaller than expected. The mattress needs replaced, not the most comfortable. In turn the staff was very accommodating, plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower and the hot tub was clean, open 24 hours and plenty hot. Very welcoming and safe environment. In expensive eats such as McDonald's for the kiddos to a more sporty eats and drinks for mom and dad at Sweet Lous. The price was right for us and we enjoy supporting local businesses in small towns. We will most definitely be back to support this business.

I am the GM of a hotel in WA, and I can tell you this is a great spot. Super clean. You can usually guage the cleanliness of a hotel by the upkeep of the hallway carpets, and right up front I noticed these were spotless. The room was great, the bathrooms must have been remodeled recently, because they were beautiful. We will stay here from now on:)

This is an older hotel property - staff & ownership clearly work very hard at making the property comfortable. Property is clean inside and out, it looks to get updates in finishes on a schedule that's at least as good as industry standard and probably better. Because the building is older than new builds, if a person is really sensitive to noise then that person may be happier spending a lot more money somewhere else. But for me, I'm very happy to stay at this clean property in an older building at a much cheaper rate than new builds and save the money. And the staff was real-people very nice and hospitable! Not fake corporate "I've been trained to be polite" (necessary I get) but actually genuinely friendly. This is a great place to stay when one is passing through or in the area to do other things...it's not a "destination" place where a guest should expect to be catered to.

Very friendly place to stay ! Very kind and accommodating staff! Room was very nice with hand made furniture and a comfortable bed! Lots of safe parking close to your room , breakfast is your ordinary fare and did the trick for us. We’d stay again for sure , very good value for what you get !

We were there for a family trip to Silverwood. It was the perfect place for a family of 6. The room was very spacious. Barbara was awesome and made sure my kids had breakfast every morning. We will totally be back again. Thank you.

Room was ridiculously small for a $200 a night room (or even a $100 a night room). Room smelled of mildew, AC would cut off and would not turn back on, access to power outlets was difficult (no outlets built into lamps, had to unplug the alarm clock). King sized bed was extremely uncomfortable and only had one nightstand. Will never ever be coming back to this hotel ever again. Left a day early due to how uncomfortable the bed was.

We always pick this hotel when my Mom comes to visit because of the great price, with breakfast included. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the room is clean with most everything we need. The ONLY complaint we have is the lack of outlets. There is literally no where to plug in your phone charger or laptop cord. We had to unplug their lamps in order to plug in the few chargers we needed. Other than that, it is great.

We stopped unexpectedly after some car trouble. The staff was kind and we were able to get a room with 3 queen beds for our larger family for a great price. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. My kids enjoyed the breakfast this morning.

The staff at this property, Barbara and Maggie, were extremely wonderful and helpful in every way possible! The rooms were clean and everything was in working order. There was a mixup in our booking that the staff straightened out and were very apologetic about even though the mixup was due to an Expedia error. The staff did everything in their power to make it right ASAP. We would definitely book here again!

We slept very comfortably and the staff was so nice and friendly. The "above and beyond" moment came when we had to leave very early in the morning to be in Seattle for a cruise, and the staff at Fairbridge put the breakfast out early for us so that we didn't miss out on waffles and coffee.

Free breakfast of waffles & cold cereal (no toast/bagels) Several electrical sockets did not work. Semi clean. Still was quiet & good value for our short overnight stop on the way home.

Our stay was comfortable and we even had breakfast provided. It was the typical hotel breakfast: waffles, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt, coffee and juice. This hotel is what you would expect in a remote area in Idaho. Log furniture, long time resident staff that make it feel like a family owned/family ran business. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. We had a big room with four queen beds because we were meeting up with other family that we don’t see often. It allowed us to use our room as a hangout after going for a hike. Hiking and Silverwood theme park are the two attractions why we chose to stay in this area. It’s in town, and town is not huge, so it’s pretty much close to everything. The only complaint I have is that the stairs looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. But everything else was clean. I wouldn’t have a problem staying their again.

The hotel was in a safe, but noisy, area in Sandpoint, ID. The woman at the front desk was extemely patient, kind, and always friendly. We had to get our electronic keys replaced or reprogrammed several times, but she was always very nice about it. The free breakfast in the AM was good. Free coffee all day was a bonus. Would stay here again.

This hotel is a great value. The hospitality was superb. My truck battery died, and the desk clerk gave me a jump in the November rain! The breakfast is mostly carbohydrates. Some protein and fiber would be a nice addition.

This hotel is a wonderful value for the price. Don't let the exterior fool you. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The fee to bring your dog is very minimal and reasonable. The breakfast is better than many other places I've stayed. I would come back!
