There were broken glasses all over the sofa which was probably left by previous customers. Also, the floor & sofa were so dirty. However, Staff there was very helpful. They tried to assist whatever we need & there was free drink vouchers provided at bar

We have stayed at a number of Nightcap properties and this one was exactly what we expected, the beds were comfy and the rooms very clean. The rooms could possibly have some hooks for hanging towels etc. Breakfast was more than enough and if you wanted more Muzz Buzz is across the road.

I checked in the hotel on 25 December. On 26 December after I returned from the day tour, I found the room not cleaned or tidied up. The garbages were still in the room and the used towels were not replaced. Yet, the staff was responsive. He immediately attended to my request.

We have stayed at the Nightcap a few times before but this stay, I have to say was very disappointing. I found the bar staff were not very polite or attentive to our requests at all. We were waiting for long periods when we were clearly there before others yet they were served before us. Not a good attitude towards paying customers at all. The bar staff service was just terrible honestly. Do better!

I booked via Expedia and paid 217 AUD. Motel asked for 200 AUD deposit. Received the deposit back after 2-3 days, that's fine. Was told and understood well that the motel have had prior bad experiences with guests but given this was the only place that asked for a deposit, and wasn't the nicest accommodation we've stayed within our 3 weeks travel in Western Australia, this didn't leave a good feeling. Not sure if Aussie guests were asked the same.

Aby & his team were fantastic, very friendly and efficient. Dinner at the restaurant was high level pub fare at very reasonable prices. Happy to highly recommend for anyone travelling to or through Geraldton for any reason.
