When went to check in we were meet with problems and I had called the night before and was told that everything was fine! What a surprise and was told nothing they could do to fix it since it was booked by Hotels.com! Then after all that the rooms smelt like dog, carpet needed cleaned no clean towels the next day. The breakfast was hard bagels toaster didn’t work on one side tables not clean. It was not a good experience!!

Pretty disappointed they wouldn't let me pay to upgrade my room for my stay once I saw the executive suite was available because I purchased a non refundable room since it wasn't available at the time I purchased. Pool has been broken for about a year (we stay monthly coming in town to visit family)

This hotel rates a 7 on a 10 scale. There was one visible staff member at any particular time, the front desk person. The carpeting in room 312 was badly stained. The bathroom was very clean and the shower very good. The bedding was threaded bare and needed replacement. Both sources of coffee ran out in the first 45 minutes of breakfast and were not refilled. The eggs are not real. The bacon was not real. The price was quite reasonable. Parking was free and readily available. The front desk personnel were fairly polite, but not friendly.
