The staff was fantastic - the room looked like a dorm room. The worst thing was the elevators. The best we could determine there was one and the staff used it too. We ran into several occasions where the staff was hauling things around versus giving the guests the elevator

We stayed here for one night before a business meeting. We arrived late and were very happy to find pizza and other bar food still available. The receptionists were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Practical secure parking under the hotel. Recommended.

The hotel is in a good location, and is ideal for the town centre, my satnav directed me to it with ease. Upon arrival, check in was quick and efficient. Initially I parked on street using the English language enabled parking meter and card payment. I then used the hotel car park, which was quite expensive, for our two day stay. I later learned that there was a long stay car park near by which would have been cheaper. Breakfast was available until 10am in the hotel, but seemed rather expensive at 21€ per person, and was a buffet style continental as you would expect. A small kettle with some complimentary tea, coffee and whitener as found in many hotels that we have stayed in, would have been most welcome. Overall though, we had a good experience.

Nice enough, small but comfortable beds. Parking nearby for €5 per day, breakfast very expensive for what it is so we did not include this in our stay. Close to plopsaland which is why we chose it, and an easy drive from Calais ferry port. Staff friendly and accommodating I would stay again if I were to come back

A conveniently located hotel in the centre of De Panne with underground parking. The parking is 20 Euro's a night which is a bit steep. There is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which isn't great. Also, the bed has a very thin topper type mattress on a base, and isn't comfortable for longer than 1 or 2 nights.

Er werd mij €20 parkeerkosten gerekend voor 2 uur parkeren. Terwijl je op straat voor €2 per uur betaald. Van 18u tot 10.00 gratis. Een flesje cola in de lobby is €4,50. Belachelijk. Het is geen 6 minuten lopen van het strand maar minimaal 15 minuten

De prijs kwaliteits verhouding klopte absoluut niet! Dit is het duurste hotel waar we tot nu toe overnacht hebben en het viel kwa kamer in alles tegen vergelijken de eerdere hotels. Alles was enorm verouderd en zeker niet meer van deze tijd. De bedden waren niet prettig en ipv 1 groot 2 persoonsbed (waar we ook voor geboekt hadden) kregen we 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Er was zelfs geen handzeep te vinden om je handen te wassen, dit hebben we dus maar met shampoo moeten doen. De Föhn had geen blaas vermogen en werkte zo goed als niet. En er zat ook nog bloed op de muur van een vorige gast. Dit was niet bepaald fris. Gelukkig was het personeel erg vriendelijk en 24 uur beschikbaar. Dit was een enorm pluspunt! Echter waren onze klachten niet snel op te lossen waardoor dit niet positief heeft bijgedragen aan ons bezoek.

Chambre pas propre, pas d’eau chaude et un petit déjeuner à 22 € digne d’un hôtel, cinq étoiles pour le tarif alors que je Dorange pas frais, le pain encore dur car congeler confiture, groseille, mais rien d’autre vraiment très cher, pour ne pas avoir déjeuné du tout

The staff were extremely nice at this hotel. I appreciated the concern and kindness shown by Mike at the front desk when I let him know we were going to be checking out of our room early (nothing serious happened, just an unfortunate cutting short of our trip due to bad planning). He was also helpful in explaining how to buy a tram ticket. The breakfast was great and the eating area was pleasant. The hotel is very conveniently located for the tram and easy to get to the train station (we actually walked to it when we first arrived, it's about a mile and a half). My only complaint is that the bed was extremely hard, which is tough on my lousy back. I'd probably stay there again because of the other great features but it would be an easier choice with a better mattress.

The hotel is in a good location, and is ideal for the town centre, my satnav directed me to it with ease. Upon arrival, check in was quick and efficient. Initially I parked on street using the English language enabled parking meter and card payment. I then used the hotel car park, which was quite expensive, for our two day stay. I later learned that there was a long stay car park near by which would have been cheaper. Breakfast was available until 10am in the hotel, but seemed rather expensive at 21€ per person, and was a buffet style continental as you would expect. A small kettle with some complimentary tea, coffee and whitener as found in many hotels that we have stayed in, would have been most welcome. Overall though, we had a good experience.

Nice enough, small but comfortable beds. Parking nearby for €5 per day, breakfast very expensive for what it is so we did not include this in our stay. A conveniently located hotel in the centre of De Panne with underground parking. The parking is 20 Euro's a night which is a bit steep. There is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which isn't great. Also, the bed has a very thin topper type mattress on a base, and isn't comfortable for longer than 1 or 2 nights.

Er werd mij €20 parkeerkosten gerekend voor 2 uur parkeren. Terwijl je op straat voor €2 per uur betaald. Van 18u tot 10.00 gratis. Een flesje cola in de lobby is €4,50. Belachelijk. Het is geen 6 minuten lopen van het strand maar minimaal 15 minuten

Fijne plek voor een weekendje kust. Super uitgebreid ontbijt, super vriendelijk personeel, zowel aan de balie als aan het ontbijt, kamer was basic, maar ruim genoeg, wandeling tot het strand was vlot te doen, veel fijne restaurants en shops in de buurt... een aanrader.

Chambre pas propre, pas d’eau chaude et un petit déjeuner à 22 € digne d’un hôtel, cinq étoiles pour le tarif alors que je Dorange pas frais, le pain encore dur car congeler confiture, groseille, mais rien d’autre vraiment très cher, pour ne pas avoir déjeuné du tout

Great hotel, central location. Staff great. Only issue was cleaner did not clean or change our towels even thou requested. Otherwise would certainly stay there again

Hotel is way overpriced. $130 is high but they said they had on site parking. Then it’s additional for $23.00 euro per night. No Kleenex in room, no shampoo. Then breakfast is additional charge. No coffee in room . Coffee was additional charge. Better to spend 200 per night at first class hotel! This hotel is not worth the money. Rooms very small. Bare floors. Just not very comfortable!
