Basic room (no kettle, water, wardrobe, fridge etc.), but clean and warm welcome on arrival by helpful staff. Noise an issue, can hear everything from corridors and next rooms. Paying for location in city centre, which was great for walking.

Avoid this place if you care for good service and your sleep…! I was suprised that check in is from 4PM! Never experienced this so late. Apart from that the reception is only open few hours a day in few batches. The rooms have no sound proof at all. Flushing toilets from neighbouts and upstairs is really loud. So is walking from other guests, doors that slam loud while closing. You can hear everything of neighbour rooms. It’s like the walls are made of carbon box material. Doors have no sound strips, you can see the lights turn on in the corridor when someone enters in the door frame. Can you imagine the noise… Also my night was disturbed aa the neighbour room they loved to shout loud and have some party from 11 PM till 7 AM in the morning. Shouting and talking loud, people walking in and out of the room and slamming the door many times. I asked them to be more quiet but they laughed. I called the given emergency number of this place several times but no answer. I sent a message. Next morning around 10AM I received a message from the reception with a standard message. So sorry that you had a bad disturbed night but the policy is in the entrance and every customer should…. Blablabla BS… I messaged back again about all errors I experienced. Again a standard message this time by management that they can’t control the guests behaviour and I should have called the emergency number. My goodness, so I’m to blame here…? Sure now they will reply with lies on my review

Very clean room and a comforting stay! The hotel is situated perfectly and is close to everything! We had a room with a balcony, and it’s nice to sit there in the morning and watch the world go by! It’s a bit noisy early morning but we didn’t mind. It acted as an alarm clock for us to wake up and make the most of the day! The reception and cleaning staff were all very friendly and professional ! All in all a convenient and budget friendly hotel if you want to explore Valencia!
