Service was good. It’s a hard to find hotel and if you have a lot of luggage, the lady at front desk will help you. It’s hard for a car to get on this street so call ahead to ask for help if you have a rental.

Fantastique. Du début à la fin, nous avons été servis et accueillis comme des princes. L’hôtel est vraiment fantastique, la chambre datait de décembre 2021 donc état irréprochable. La localisation est exceptionnelle, à deux pas du Dôme, jamais été aussi bien placé à Milan. Petit déjeuner à sélectionner le soir d’avant parmi un large choix, et tout simplement excellent. In the heart of city; could walk everywhere. Staff is great. Flush was broken and made noise and they did not fix it. They gave us complimentary wine which was spoiled and had gone vinegary. Very disturbing. Not so very clean. Breakfast was ok. Next time we’re in Milan, we’ll probably spend a bit more and pick a different one.

Preis/Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Für 350€ die Nacht darf mehr erwartet werden. Dusche ist auch nach langer Wartezeit wenig warm. 1 billiges Duschgel für 2 Personen, jedes Glas Wasser kostet extra. Kühlschrank ist sehr laut, ebenso der Abzug im Bad.

The beds were as hard as a rock. My wife and I were barely able to sleep. We both like firm beds, but this was ridiculous. I requested from the manager to allow us to check out early and find another hotel with more comfortable beds, but she refused to let us do so with out paying for the entire 4 night stay.

The staff is great. The hotel is ok. Loved the location right by the Duomo, once you get past the stink of Macdonalds by the front door and the crowds. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and the lighting in the room simply awful… neon blue around the mirrors. Terrible shower. Style over substance. And if you’re on the second floor, you’ll be awoken at 4a.m by the trash collection.

Location, location, location! You can’t get better than this hotel. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. We had a family room with two bedrooms. The room was incredibly spacious. My only complaint is that the sofa bed in the second room was very uncomfortable and it was difficult to get a good night’s rest. Other than that, our stay was amazing and I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located near the duomo and the galería and is an ideal location for being a tourist. The staff is extremely friendly and genuine. The one thing we would have preferred is that the room had no dresser or luggage stands. The furnishings are quite modern and this may have been by design, but this meant living out of a suitcase. Nicer to have places to unpack. Still if looking for a nice clean and friendly boutique hotel walking distance to everything, this is a gem.

This hotel is a pearl. Extremely service minded staff in all aspects, as newcomers in Milan we got a very good view of where to eat and what we should visit. Room was very nice, de luxe double room. Location couldn't be better, close to everything. Rating is without doubt 10. Will be back!

Incredible hotel with fantastic staff (all but especially Rebecca and Giulia), could not recommend the place more. Room was great with plenty of room and great amenities in the bathroom/shower. I had a medical episode while staying here and they helped so much with getting paramedics and doctors to me. Rebecca was great on check-in, describing the area and giving recommendations without being pushy. Staff were helpful in finding out if we were needing attraction tickets (can be difficult, book well in advance if possible or check everyday). Hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to the main attractions or transport routes. It can get a little busy in the street outside at times (popular food choices outside) but isn’t an issue. Would highly recommend this hotel and will use again if we return!

We stayed for two nights and the customer service was excellent. Amira and Rebecca were very attentive to our needs and were always available through WhatsApp if we needed anything. The location is perfect. Right next to the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Tons of restaurants at walking distance and, although in a busy street, the rooms were quiet. We were upgraded to a bigger room and it was huge. Really recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Milan’s historic center.

The room was fancy but many functions were not pratical. Also we were advised to book a guided tour of Last Supper. We were misinformed that the ticket would be sold out if we did not book through you. But actually there were plenty tickets with various prices. The one we booked were 200 euros/per person and we paid 400 euros for two persons for a mediocre service of less than one hour. Very misinforming!! I would advertise to anyone who will go to Milan not to get into this trap.

Loved this property. It was perfect for a short stay in Milan. walking distance to Duomo and lots of other great sites. The proactive communication via What's App was really helpful and that staff was always responsive with detailed information. Rebecca was the sweetest. One thing to note during the day the drop off is a short walk from the property due to pedestrians. However our early morning pick up for the the airport that we scheduled with the staff was right at the front door. In all highly recommend this location.

It’s a small cute hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. It’s not worn out. The area around is super touristic and busy- it’s around Duomo. On one hand - it’s easy to walk to the attractions but on the other hand it’s very noisy and doesn’t feel very safe.

The Street location is incredibly central to a long list of things to do and keep you busy in the Fashion Capital of Europe. The rooms are modern and well equipped. My one comment is the shower. The water can be incredibly hot. If you bump the controls while in there, scalding is more than possible. A huge issue if travelling with a child. Be aware of this. 2 stars for facilities because of this. Milan is a beautiful city full of culture, architectural beauty, fashion, and culinary delight. Enjoy your travels!!

Absolutely love this boutique hotel! Everything was perfect—strategic location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, a quiet and spotless room, and a high-quality breakfast.
