部屋は広くて清潔で、フロント階に電子レンジやウォーターサーバーがありとても便利でした。 スタッフの方も親切にしてくれました。 トイレの水流が激しいため、毎回便座を拭いてからじゃないと使えなかったのが気になるところでした。でも水が出ないよりはいいと思ってます。

It was unclear from the booking that the bathroom was shared. The receptionist told me this when I arrived, which indicated that the hotel themselves know this is not upfront information (and it definitely should be). The showers themselves were a bit gross/had bathroom flies. I was only here for one night but the room itself was a good place to lay my head.

Problem only is the toilet outside the its cummunal for everbody the breakfast is very poor ..

Stayed 2 nights in an Ensuite room. Room was tiny as was the bathroom, literally no room to unpack our suitcase. However it was clean, quiet and the shower was good. Also there was parking under the hotel for just 10e a day. Overall excellent value if just wanting basic accommodation.

It was reasonable for the money BUT when I reserved this it said there was a private bathroom, there wasn’t, and I was woken at about 4 am by someone vomiting loudly and for a long period of time in the shared bathrooms next to my room so I didn’t sleep great!

Funcionários super solícitos e dispostos a ajudar. 5 minutos andando do metro, cama super confortável apesar do quarto ser bem pequeninho mas é um padrão de Paris. Hotel possui elevador o que é um super diferencial e está na frente de um Carrefour. Voltaria e recomendaria com certeza.

Extremamente confortável, internet e boa, tem um carrefour do lado pessoal extremamente amigável amei a hospedagem voltarei a me hospedar mais vezes

For the price it wasn't terrible, but they hide the fact that it's a shared bathroom situation deep in the description rather than making it foremost in the title like other places.. We didn't expect shared bathroom at time of booking. Moreover, the showers are unpleasant to use due to non-articulating shower heads and tempremental temperature control either scalding you or freezing you. Not all bad though, they let us borrow their vacuum cleaner to pack some clothes. And Location is ok. 3 stars overall

Wir waren zwei Nächte hier. Bei der Buchung unbedingt aufpassen - wir hatten kein eigenes Bad im Zimmer. Die Toiletten- & Duschkabinen wurden regelmäßig mit dem Hochdruckreiniger abgespritzt, es war ständig alles nass. Beim Frühstück war ich überrascht das es keine Wurst oder Käse gab. Es gab Marmelade, Nutella und Obstsalat. Hat mir leider nicht gefallen und ich würde nicht nochmal wieder kommen.

Personnel très aimable et serviable. Beaucoup de bruit le soir venant d'un jeune groupe de clients. Sanitaires pas très propres.

L’emplacement est nickel, le personnel est très accueillant et la propreté était excellente !

Le personnel de la réception était très gentil et m’a permis de faire le check-in à midi au lieu de 14h. Cependant, on m’a réveillé plusieurs fois alors que j’étais assis dans le lobby avec les yeux fermés, en disant qu’il était interdit d’y dormir, alors que je n’étais pas allongé. La chambre (Cabrio) est très petite, sans placard ni espace de travail, et la salle de bain avait une odeur désagréable (rancie). Il n’y avait pas non plus de sèche-cheveux. Les couloirs sentaient également mauvais, probablement à cause des douches communes pour les autres chambres. L’emplacement est correct : un Carrefour se trouve juste en face, à une minute à pied, et un Decathlon à environ cinq minutes. Le quartier n’est pas très propre, mais il reste assez facile de rejoindre le centre de Paris. Globalement, c’est convenable pour une nuit, mais je ne le recommanderais pas pour un séjour plus long.

This was our first time staying at an F1 hotel, so we were unsure of what to expect. Plus, this was the first time either of us had booked a hotel where the bathroom was not in the room with us. We were both pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, and each time we went to the bathroom, or to have a shower the rooms were clean and tidy. My expectation for F1 hotels was greatly increased by this hotel. The location was a bit remote from many of the places we went to see in Paris, but the metro was only a 5 minute or less walk away. There was a market not far from the hotel, but we were so busy doing touristy things we did not have a chance to go there. I like that there was someone at the desk 24/7, so that if you need assistance for anything, someone was there. There were snack machines in the lobby & various food options not far from the hotel.

Gostei muito do hotel. Funcionarios simpaticos e prestativos. Mesmo nao sabendo frances ou ingles, foram super simpaticos comigo. O quarto estava limpo. O banheiro é compartilhado, mas estava limpo e organizado.

Disappointing. Rooms are very small, even the biggest available. Upon complaining, we were moved to a "bigger room", but this was a disabled access room as that was the only bigger room in the hotel. Credit to members of staff that they did move us. Breakfast is terrible and not worth even half the cost, better going to franprix and buying yourself. Beds are okay, but only 1 pillow, no spare. Kept awake until 4am with midweek youths running around (even with the "soundproof" rooms) Overall, just disappointing

So while I had quite a dramatic arrival - my booking had been deleted because my credit card had been replaced, I speak very little French and the manager has very little English, but they were very kind and patient and were able to sort me out. Be prepared, the rooms are much smaller than the pictures make them appear, but as long as you are prepared for that, there's nothing wrong - staff is friendly, there is usually at least one person on a shift who has a little English (or is willing to take a stab at it) and the soundproofing is excellent (I actually had to leave the windows open because I need a bit of noise to fall asleep, and it was just too quiet for me with it closed). It's also conveniently located across from a small mall with a Carrefour market, which is a great place to buy necessities during your stay, and not too far from the Port de Montroeil (sp??) Metro station, from where all of Paris is your oyster. There's also bus stops nearby but the one time I needed to take a bus, it didn't stop there, so there's that. They are also willing, for a small fee, to stash your bags after checkout so you can explore a bit more before leaving the city. All in all everyone was really great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

La chambre est confortable, bien insonorisée, propre et l’accès direct au parking depuis le RDC est un réel plus (bien entretenu).

Trop de bruit , les portes qui claque ... Il y aurait moyen de prévenir les personnes de passage , de faire attention

hotel 1 stella. Pulizie e cambio asciugamani ogni giorno. Distanza 20 minuti a piedi dalla metro (fermata Robespierre). Stanza minuscola con bagno (formula cabrio). Voto più che sufficiente.

Very small space

I am not going to tell lies. I am going to be honest. A. I booked my hotel room, which I paid for, to have a toilet as well as a shower room included. But after arriving at the reception, I was denied my rights by the staff as well as the manager. B. Despite not having my room for which I paid for, I was proposed to move with two days to a room that should have the missing facilities above stated. I was a little bit happy. But on the second day when I asked for my move, I was once again denied and forced to remain in the same room. C. The hotel facilities, such as the toilet, were always wet on the floor and on the toilet itself. No hand-washing facilities inside the toilet. I have to use a toilet tissue to dry the toilet, but not the floor. The floor was every time like a rained. D. Customer services at the hotel's reception, on my arrival, there was one very arrogant, impolite, speaking with no manners. Disrespectful. He refused to write my title, Reverend, despite having in his hands my British Passport, which had my title printed on it. E. Health and safety have no place. Despite having the hotel equipped with CCTV, during my stay, there were two luggage left unattended in the lift, which could have caused all the hotel residents to be evacuated. It would have been one of the highest alerts to bless our French Police with. F. Staff are not competent, and the most on them is the manager and one receptionist. Please do not get motivated to go stay there. It is not safe.

Accueil de grande qualité de la part du réceptionniste qui a fait un accueil personnalisé. Très souriant et très accueillant. Idem pour le veilleur de nuit. J'espère que vous lui transmettrez cet avis et qu'il continuera à donner une bonne image de votre établissement. Nous reviendrons pour notre prochaine venue à Paris.

De passage sur Paris, j'ai découvert cet hôtel. Le personnel a été fort sympathique, à l'écoute, serviable. Me concernant, ils ont pris note de toutes mes demandes. Si vous venez pour visiter Paris ou même pour une formation, je le recommande !

The check in staff made us feel very welcomed and the accomodation was decorated nicely and the beds were comfy.

Hôtel pas loin du métro et à prix raisonnable pour Paris. Mais quartier pas top la nuit. Pas de Clim dans la chambre, il faisait 35 degrés dehors la journée et pareil pour dormir. Et tellement bruyant dans la rue qu’on ne pouvait pas dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte… Heureusement l’accueil était parfait et personnel très agréable.

O hotel é simples, os quartos são pequenos, mas o hotel é bem localizado (perto do metrô e ao lado de um carrefour) e tem estrutura (como microondas acessível)para se fazer alguma economia na carissima Paris.

L’hôtel était bien, bon déjeuner, propre, mais il y avait beaucoup de sans-abri pour s’y rendre. Ma fille et moi avons eu peur de marcher près de ce campement d’itinérants.

Away from the main city and the surrounding area was quite dirty.

Around the area is not good … scary to walk…

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the location of this property is the only draw back, the neighborhood doesn't feel safe. There aren't any buses nearby, the metro station is also far away

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für Paris. Für kurze und kurzfristige Urlaube für Studenten ohne hohe Ansprüche ist das Hostel somit geeignet. Die Gemeinschaftsduschen waren meistens sauber, ebenso die Toiletten Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag geputzt, allerdings wohl nicht der Boden Das Frühstück war typisch französisch und wie in Hostels dieser Preiskategorie üblich. Leider nur sehr wenig Auswahl (z.B. keine frischen Früchte und Quark/Joghurt) Der Service war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Schön wäre ein Kleiderschrank oder ein Regal im Zimmer gewesen, somit fehlte leider Ablagefläche für die Kleidung etc. Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt dort ganz in Ordnung

Very small room without much space for luggage. Very small bathroom but at least was private. Confortable bed. Room with contactless card access. Located far away from the city centre but with transports nearby (about 40 minutes on the underground/metro to the city centre). Breakfast at the property was awful and very expensive for just bread and coffee and some cereals.

Kleines Zimmer mit eigenem Bad für Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend. Fast keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Kein Föhn im Zimmer oder an der Rezeption. Bad ist sehr eng. Frühstück war gut. Auswahl war 1 Stern Hotel entsprechend, aber geschmacklich in Ordnung.

Bardzo małe pokoje i łazienka. Głośna okolica, w nocy nie można było spać. Hotel znajduje się przy sklepie, gdzie w nocy odbywa się dostawa towaru, dźwięki tirów i wrzaski obsługi dostawców niedowytrzymania. Śniadanie kiepskie, tylko kawa z ekspresu była dobra. Nie polecam

Staff very friendly and rooms very clean and tidy, but soo tiny so we barely could walk through the rooms! Pics definitely doesn’t show how rooms are small. Also bathrooms… In addition, breakfast selection was horrible. We could only get jams and Nutella on the toast… basically forget about cheese or ham so it is definitely not continental. Fresh juices were nice though.
