We found a parking garage literally next to the hotel, connected to lidl. Check in was a little slow but the man was friendly. Location was not the best but not the worst. Bed was clean but shower easily clogged and lots of dirty spots and scuffs on the walls in the bathroom and door. Noisy area but we didn't mind.

Hotel bien placé, à moins de 10mn de la station de métro Galienni. Le confort de la literie est très décevante pour moi, le sommier étant en fin de compte une simple planche de bois, pour une nuit ça passe, mais au bout de trois c'est trop désagréable pour moi. Le détecteur de fumée pendait à son fil, heureusement sinon il aurait pu me tomber sur la tête au milieu de la nuit! Concernant les serviettes, malgré une volonté d'éco-responsabilité, même si je les suspendais afin de ne pas les remplacer tous les jours, elles étaient systématiquement changées.

We stayed here for four nights. It was a great location if you’re going to Disneyland Paris, and if you want to go sightseeing in Paris. The metro is only a 12 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was clean. Unfortunately, on our first day. Our room did get flooded due to the rain. So they had to move our room.The A/C in our room did not work, and the hot water was not working for a day. Overall, it was good for what I paid for. The restaurant next-door Italian kitchen was delicious, and I recommend you try.

We booked our stay during the Olympics, so prices were of the charts. But all hotels were overpriced when I booked. The hotel was clean enough, check-in was easy and we didn't have to check out. The room is opened with a code not a key, which Is thought was super easy. There was no noise from other rooms, but the windows were badly insulated, so we did have some noise from there, even on the 8th floor. Metro station Gallieni is relatively close by, especially if you can walk through the shopping centre.

Nice hotel and decent area. It is a bit far from downtown Paris and normal tourists area. Traffic greatly impacts time to get there. Hotel was good and breakfast was nice only problem is our heating did not work well at all.

Beds were firm but we slept well. Breakfast had eggs, bacon, sausages, croissants, yogurt and more. Shower was tough because they only have a half door. Air conditioner was ok but not great. Location was too far outside the city unless you are capable of walking long distance to the metro.

In the description of the hotel, it says AC included. There is no AC. It was not cooling at all, and their excuse was they have not put it on maximum setting because it was not summer yet, and it was 29 degrees. I stayed there for four nights and could not sleep for more than 1 hour, and I complained multiple times. Their Wifi also turns off every few minutes, which you have to resign, which is very inconvenient. I recommend not staying in this hotel.

The staff here was really kind--- WHEN YOU CAN FIND THEM. you literally will wait at the front desk forever because it appears the receptionist is also in charge or restoking the kitchen and doing all kinds of things that do not allow her to be at the front. The room itself was small, but clean. Something I also wanted to add is that i chose this hotel thinking it was beneficial to stay a little further away from Paris; my maps just showed me a 20 minute drive; however, something we found out soon enough, traffic can be awful in Paris. Up to an hour during peak traffic time. For this reason, I would recommend staying in (or at least a lot closer) to Paris if you can.

J'ai effectué cette réservation pour une personne de ma direction et le séjour a été catastrophique une personne s'est présentée à 01h00 du matin en pleine nuit en lui demandant de quitter sa chambre en lui disant qu'il n'avait pas de réservation. A l'arrivée ils avaient même du mal à retrouver sa réservation. J'avais demandé un paiement sur place et ils ont prélevé ma carte directement .

Horrible customer service. Lady had us waiting 30 minutes to check out just to tell us we could have left. She didn’t even look at us. I also saw multiple guest arguing with the front desk about errors they had made. Horrible experience overall. Would not recommend.

Be warned this hotel is miles away from paris city centre. We paid at least 30 euros in a taxi and it was a fair walk from nearest metro station. Even with the metro it took over an hour to get close to the centre. Nothing much around here. Seemed a bit dodgy area. Charged us for breakfast even though we didnt ask for it.

Payer un petit déjeuner 3 matins de suite pour rien avoir, c’est plutôt pas mal non!? plus une tasse ou un verre même pas un gobelet…. De toute façon il n’y avait plus de jus de fruit non plus C’est juste déplorable 22€ par 2 adultes sur 3 jours je vous laisse faire les calculs Ah oui et les chambres dépouillées (nous on en a rit) chasse d’eau cassée, chauffage qui fonctionne pas toujours. Ce qui sauve un peu c’est amabilité du personnel (que quand vous devenez des habitués) autrement très froid

Room had plenty of space for 3, it was well laid out. Breakfast had the basics of eggs, meat , yogurt, cereal etc. Best of all there was a24 hour desk attendant, who is what I expect from Hotels.com

Kein Zimmerservice, Frühstück sehr spartanisch, ab 9 Uhr wird nicht mehr aufgefüllt, Betten sehr ungemütlich. Ja es ist ein "Budget" Hotel, aber da ist schon sehr sehr LOW Budget.... Komme nicht wieder!

Hotel muito bom. Limpo e organizado. Mesmo não falando o nosso idioma e alguns atendentes entendendo pouco o inglês, não mediram esforços pra atender as nossas solicitações. É um pouco afastado dos principais pontos turísticos, mas tem um metrô a poucos metros, o que supriu as nossas necessidades. O café da manhã estava ótimo. Voltaríamos, com certeza.
