The room was neat and clean and it was nice and quiet considering the place is on a highway. Only thing I could suggest is glasses in the room and somehow fix the tight parking. We would stay again

Me and a work colleague, working in Melbourne planned last minute a two night stay. Great value, in a good location for travelling around the Peninsula. It’s a very clean and modern room with great hosts at the Motel, super friendly and benefits a fab family games room with pool table…. I won by the way ! 😂 I’d definitely return when I have the time …

Our room was very clean and bed was very comfy, with a modern bathroom. Good facilities, big common area with pool table, kitchen that was well appointed. Good sized swimming pool on-site. Motel was short drive away from local attractions.

Fantastic stay. Clean and well equipped. Has a great Rec room for the kids or adults. Clean pool. Well equiped kitchen facilities and modern bbq areas. fantastic hosts and very friendly too.

Very nice chap at reception who let me check in a fraction early, which was so appreciated due to how far I had just driven! Better than 3 star accommodation. An older style motel but beautifully refurbished & spotless! The bed was Uber comfy too! Thanks heaps :)

Not enough room around bathroom basin for plugin items. Needed to supply a larger mirror near a power point in the room. Shower leeks all over floor. Plaque on wall was not appropriate extra charges could be charge for makeup and blood stains on towels even though they have a commercial wash. Towels looked aged and navy??? Not great for women if they if they get an early period, and have to be embarrassed by this signage.

Looks like a normal motel. The difference is that this place is so clean and well maintained in the rooms and all the surrounding areas. Very polite and willing receptionist. Thank you!!!

The motel is centrally located on the Peninsula and that was good for the activities I had planned. And just across the road from the beach which was beautiful but it needs insulation! The road noise is incredible! I was woken early by the traffic noise each morning.. it sounded like I had left windows open.. maybe double glazing all the windows would help? This motel would probably suit tradies who start early .. but even at night that road is busy!! The peninsula is worth the journey though!!

On a busy road so not so quiet and difficult to exit. Wi-fi is extremely unreliable due to supplier issues which are taking time to resolve. Shower is pokey and keeps dropping out of position.

We had a 60th to go to and i reached out to the property owner to see if we could access the room a bit earlier as we where coming from Gippsland so we wanted to freshen up beforehand and it was going to be a long day. He was so wonderful as where the staff and he accommodated our wishes, For that we were very grateful. Room was clean and fresh. No complaints at all. A huge thankyou Rosebud Motel

I was coming in late so I rang ahead. The owner went the extra mile to make sure I was able to check in easily. He even left some bath salts for the spa I had requested. Follow up phone calls ensured I knew all the details I needed. Clean and tidy. Good price.

We stayed for 5 nights. So we were close to the beach. The pool at the hotel was also great. So it’s the best of both worlds. Nice and clean and friendly staff very accommodating. Great access from the hotel to all we needed in rosebud, Rye and Tootgarook. Heaps of restaurants around to try.
