They were confusing with the payment process. They asked me to pay the full amount even though I paid through Expedia and only had a small amount left to pay. The problem was only resolved with difficulty at checkout.

Did not arrange transportation from the airport despite requesting to do so. Breakfast and front desk are highly satisfactory. Dental kit, shaving kit and slippers need to be requested from reception
