It is very close to Incheon Terminal 1 Airport with a free shuttle. The room is very spacious and comfortable with excellent wifi. The building has a convenient store and excellent Indian restaurant. The communication with the hotel manager was always prompt and effective with detailed information on how to get in and how to take the free shuttle. Highly recommended.

Wait for the email with your room number and doorlock PIN. Short airport shuttle bus ride, get off at International Business Center and walk across the street to The O'ville. There's Raj Indian restaurant and CU at the front entrance.

Room was great for short layover in Incheon. Was disappointed that the AC couldn’t be turned on. It felt like a sauna as we entered room. Opening windows, turning on fan, and keeping door open made room more tolerable.

It is extremely close to the airport and the communication with Host was very easy and smooth. There are restaurants , a convenience store , parking lot in the building and everything you need in the room. The ocean view from the room is fantastic ! Would definitely return if I need to stay near the airport again and highly recommend it to anyone !

パラダイスシティ、カジノへ徒歩10分くらい、仁川は初めてだったのでホテルに着くのに迷った、フロント？最後までわからなかった。予約すると英語で案内が送られてくる、翻訳すると仁川第一ターミナルの大きい白いバス？に乗れ？みたいな表現になるので、バスの降りる駅の名前を書いておいてくれるとわかりやすい。第一ターミナルから無料のシャトルバスで5分程度で着く、ハイアットホテルの次で降りると右手にホテルが見えてくる。バスは一時間に三本くらい？ある。ホテルの目印はオリーブ？くらいしか目印がない。一階はコンビニあり。景色は海が見えて素敵であった。三人家族でも泊まれそう。仁川空港からパラダイスシティ駅方面の電車は現在停止されているので注意が必要！良かったのでまた利用したいと思う。

This is the most budget friendly and convenient place to stay if you’re looking for an option to be close to the Incheon Airport. The instructions to get to the place were very clear so it was easy to find. The room is fully equipped with everything you need (washing machine, microwave, kettle). Most importantly is the free airport bus shuttle which is literally 5 mins walk away from the hotel. Highly recommended! I will definitely stay here again!

6連泊したが、清掃に一回も入らない。ゴミ袋を持っていたので良かったが、ゴミの処理が解らなかった。電子レンジ、ポットはある。ガスは使えない。トイレはウォシュレットではない。ゆっくり過ごしたい方、連泊時は朝は昼過ぎまで寝ていられる。カジノまで徒歩で１０分位でいけるので便利。カジノで朝帰りしてもゆっくりできるのは良かった。また機会があれば利用したい。日本語の案内もあると助かります。

This is more of an AirBnB. It is an apartment in a building near ICN, with no front desk or traditional check-in process, and definitely not a hotel. While the owner was helpful with transportation questions and the room was adequate, the bedding and mattress are old and worn, and there was hair in the bathroom on the floor and toilet.

Basic stay. Don’t expect anything special, but it provided everything we needed and more. Was very spacious which was a boon. Some bits needed a good scrub, but nothing to make me want to leave. Good for a quick stay for an early flight

パラダイスシティからも徒歩で10分くらいなので、荷物が少なければ歩ける距離にある。 1階にはCUもあるので割と便利。入口は若干分かりにくいかもしれない。部屋で気になった事は、ベッドのシーツが少し汚れていたので、ダニとかが気になる方は辛いかも？スリッパは使い捨てでは無いものがあった。シャワールームにはシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ有。

홍콩 공항에서 예정보다 한시간이 연착되서,인천공항에 짐 찾고 나오니 밤12시 였습니다 .다행히 무료순환버스가 3층에서 24시 12분에 있어서 타고 왔습니다. 방은 넓고 쾌적하고 , 야경도 일품이었습니다. 이국적 분위기의 신더바 에서 피쉬 앤 칩스 와 생맥주로 출출함을 달래고, TV 시청후 취침하고, 다음날 오전11시까지 쉬다가 방에서 나왔습니다.기분좋은 여운이 남는 숙박 이었습니다 . 기회가 되면 다시 방문하겠습니다 .

チェックインでは準備不足と予約の見づらいアプリで色々ありましたが、通りがかりの親切な方と、電話対応で何とかなりました（その辺りのトラブル対策がドアにしっかり書かれているのは、ある意味素晴らしいです。ただ、建物1Fロビーでその場所を確認する手段がないのが辛いところです。もちろんsimを予め購入しておいてインターネット接続に問題なければ、何も苦労はしませんでしたが...）。特筆すべきは準備してあるタオルと水の豊富さで、これは非常にありがたかったです。この値段でこの広さ、このサービスは素晴らしかったと思います。お得でした。

ルームアクセスコードが宿泊当日PM2:00に送られてくるとの案内でしたが、実際はPM15:00過ぎに送られてきました。フロントサービスがないとのことで受信するまでの間不安を覚えました。　4泊目からトイレ・シャワールームから異臭が漂hってきた点が残念でした。　以上の2点を除けば電子レンジ、ケトル、洗濯機もあり室内で食事、洗濯もでき大変快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございます。

When we arrived at Prime Guest House there was no clear hotel signage to direct us to our room because it was in fact not a hotel. Once we were inside, we were met by the Korean Tourist Police on the elevator. They asked where we were staying, and we showed them our hotels.com booking confirmation. They informed us it was “illegal lodging”, and they would have to escort us to the room, document the space, and record our information. When we arrived at the floor, we encountered an unsafe environment with a dirty and unkept hallway and trash bags everywhere. Once in the room, the police took pictures of the space, our passports, and had us fill out a report. It was extremely alarming and stressful. After the police left, my partner and I did not feel comfortable staying somewhere that was not a legal residential space. Due to these safety concerns, we were forced to book other accommodations at the last minute, leaving us scrambling and paying a premium. Needless to say, this was an extremely unsettling experience. The negligence on Hotles.com’s part is absolutely unacceptable. How can a professional site offer a booking on an illegal hotel? It really makes me question their vetting process and I find it hard to believe I will ever use this site again in the future.

Very nice apartment if you staying at Incheon airport for a couple of days. The owner or manager is very helpful. Everything is close restaurants shuttle bus also a very nice complex called paradise city with casino and restaurants. Overall great unit to stay.

Easy to find the place, there is a 24h conviennent store on the first floor. The room is big and also clean. After check-out, can see the shuttle bus stop cross the street, really easy to get to the airport. Then you can transfer the bus or subway to Seoul: )
