good experience all round but pricy for what it offers and mall next door is not one of the bests in Shenzhen Serving staff not at par with other Mandarin properties Mo Bar service is inadequate at best

An exceptional stay from start to finish. Nicole at the front desk was impeccably warm and professional throughout our stay, setting the tone for a truly refined experience. The service was seamless, and the room was beautifully modern, elegant, and immaculately appointed. As someone who regularly stays at the Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton, this hotel genuinely surpassed expectations. I didn’t want to leave.
