Good staff & location, close to FamilyMart, a few minutes walk to MTR, nearby some viewpoints.

Staff was friendly. Allowed us to do early check in and check out. Allowed for luggage storage and brought luggage to the room before check in while we explored the city. Bed is superfirm. Bathroom had a urine smell. Provided varying types of amenities/toiletries [lotions, facial cleansers etc]

There's an airport bus right next to the hotel, making it very convenient to get to and from the airport! The neighborhood is lively and has great amenities! I encountered a problem with the room reservation this time, and I'm very grateful to the hotel staff for helping me resolve it immediately.
