I am very dissatisfied with the Times Hotel in Mirabel where I stayed on July 29 and 30. Given a heat spell, I specifically sought a hotel with a swimming pool. At about 2:30 on July 29, I got a call from the hotel to advise me that the swimming pool would be closed for the duration of our stay. I asked for our options; I was told to stay or find another hotel. The timing made it impossible to make other arrangements. My wife and I checked-in at 5:00. Rather than provide us with information, reception made excuses for not having contacted us early that morning when they had apparently known of the issue. We went to our room intending to take a shower in the absence of a swim. However, when we opened the door, it was suffocating. The thermostat read 26 degrees. We called reception who told us that they controlled the thermostat and to wait 30 minutes for the “air conditioning to kick-in". We waited awhile but were so uncomfortable that we called the front desk again. They were confused and promised to reset the thermostat. There was no change so after ten minutes, we dragged our luggage to the front desk. I asked to switch rooms, possibly on an upper floor but was denied because "those rooms had not been cleaned". This experience was completely unacceptable and far below standard for a reportedly new high end hotel. I am trusting that Expedia can remedy my concerns given its policy of providing the best price for quality accommodation!

Nous avons apprécié la chambre qui était propre, confortable et tranquille. Par contre, l’eau de la piscine était brouillée qu’on avait de la difficulté à y voir nos pieds. La réceptionniste répond à son cellulaire pendant notre arrivée, nous donnant l’impression de la déranger. Manque de stationnements et stationnements trop étroits et de ce fait une borne de recharge amputée dû à de mauvais conducteurs stationnés.

It is a wonderful hotel, it wasn't as busy as expected. I have a few notes though. If you guys want a ton more business I'd rethink a few small things. Firstly, there was a note that rooms aren't cleaned unless asked for. That should just be done. Secondly, there was water provided in the room but it was 4$ for the bottle. That's crazy. Third, I went for a drink at the bar and for 2 shots of vodka and a diet coke it was 32$ without a tip. I'd rather buy a whole bottle for that price. While on a business trip people like to drink but the bar was completely empty. Probably because the huge markup of the price. But overall great stay the rooms were modern and clean. Beds comfortable. I'd definetly stay again.

Very well situated off Hwy 15N. Very close to many choices of family and fast food restaurants. Nice and clean room with a large shower area. Few options in the gym but adequate for a bit of cardio and some free weights. A visiting family seemed to enjoy the pool.

Un gym qui ouvre à 7h00 alors qu'il n'y a aucune surveillance ni chambre près.... Aucune liste de resto avec numéro pour permettre de commander à la chambre. JE ne suis pas de la place donc je ne connais pas les resto à proximités. Et le gars à l'accueil qui me dit va sur ton téléphone et écrit resto à proximité de moi.....

The hotel is modern and clean. Lots of parking. Very close to the outlet mall. There was an issue with the thermostat in the room but we were quickly transferred to an even bigger room when they couldn’t fix the issue. The only comment would be that it would be nice to see conditioner in the shower. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Thank you!

Le lit était taché sur le dessus et dans les draps. Il y avait des miettes partout sur le sol autour du lit. Le bureau/comptoir était rempli de poussière et saleté. Bref, malgré l’apparence neuve de la chambre et le look moderne, la propreté de celle-ci nous a fait changer d’hôtel en moins de 30 minutes.

Extremely disappointed in this 4-star hotel. Room did not heat up above 18*, had to go to reception 3 times throughout the night and was told there was nothing they could do. Breakfast was disappointing - only had bread, yogurt and fruits. For a rate of $300 CAD I will not be booking again

The ultimate problem with the hotel is that sound carries from one end of the floor to the other. This soundproof room notion is absolutely not true. Unfortunately there were sone loud guests, talking in the hallway and slamming doors and the way the acoustics are, you hear everything. The hotel itself is nice but my stay was terrible.

Noticed that the Times hotels don't allow you to adjust the A/C to your liking. They only go down to 20° so if you like it colder then that, don't stay at a Times.

L’hôtel était a sa plein capacité donc les téléviseurs ne fonctionnaient pas (trop de personnes sur le réseau). Parce que nous avions réservé avec expedia, le petit déjeuner n’était pas fournit (alors que c’était inscrit dans l’annonce que nous avons réservé). L’hôtel est super bel et ca sent très bon! Le personnel est très courtois et les chambres sont très belles et propres.

Paid 2 nights, couldn't check in the first night due to personal reasons. Went the second night and they told me they have checked me out and asked me to pay again. They mention some policy which I have yet to see it. There is nothing mentioned on their website. Asked to speak to manager to clarofy or someone who could help me. They told me to call next week Monday and ask for the manager. Ended up paying 2 times because it was late and was really tired from the trip to go elsewhere.

The hotel is modern and clean. Lots of parking. Very close to the outlet mall. I liked everything about this hotel except at check in they only had one employee and of course there was a problem with the guy’s check in who was in front of me. It took forever and I had to go to the desk and politely interrupt and ask if there was anyone else to help out with check in. By this time the line was getting long but the employee said he was the only one. A minor inconvenience for an overall good stay!

The hotel is decent, but the location isn’t ideal. We requested an extra cotton quilt, but were told there were none available, even though the hotel was mostly empty. Instead, they provided a basic blanket, which was disappointing. Breakfast is available for $12, but it’s quite limited: mainly boiled eggs, cereal, and a lot of bread. We stayed here because we needed to be close to that area, but if we’d had more flexibility, we likely would have chosen a different hotel. Overall, it feels a bit overpriced for what it offers.

Lorsque l'on réserve avec Expedia le déjeuner n'est pas inclus. Il y a des frais de 12 $ + taxes par personne. Si on réserve directement avec l'hôtel le déjeuner est toujours inclus. C'est préférable de le savoir avant de réserver.

Great property BUT $270 and there is no continental breakfast ??? We have stayed here the last three years and it was always included and now it’s $12 per person extra. That’s way too much to ask when you have spent $270 already. Great hotel, good staff, rooms are great but need to add the bread and coffee breakfast back to everyone who stays.
