Great Staff, Excellent location near Ginza above the Takaracho Station on the Asakusa line. Direct access from Haneda. (Nariata too but it's a long ride). Ginza is just 5 min walk to all the shopping area and less than 10 min to Tokyo Station. Staff is very good here. What's not so good..... :( One slow elevator, Rooms are old so no storage under the bed, LOUD due to being next to express way / major street / fire station, and HVAC is on HEAT so rooms are HOT.

連續住7天.只有第一天提供二瓶水.後續不提供🙁 清潔度前幾天尚可.最後三晚很隨便.床鋪不再整齊.地上也有小紙團.. 走廊隔音很好.但是廁所常常有尖銳的聲音櫃檯人員微笑有禮貌😊

I paid 135 USD for a double room. They had no heated toilets, no water dispenser and no Spa, Expedia is advertising like they do have a spa. So overprice a poor amenities. I don’t think is worth the price when they’re many APA with all the services for less money.

部屋は問題なく、部屋の設備も申し分無い。しかし、製氷機が全く無いのにはかなり驚いた。更にランドリーもないとは驚いた。朝食はネパールのカレーショップで行われていたが、時間なのか、余りよろしく無いのか、朝食は私1人だった。あと、エレベーター一機だけと言うのもかなり面倒だった。アパホテルはこう言ったことがたまにある。設備チェックは事前にした方がいい。

Nice hotel with clean and modern rooms, but very small. There’s a double bed, and only about 2 feet of space around it. Just one “slow” elevator for a 15-story building also makes it hard to get in and out of your room.

I spent few weeks in Japan for for my vacation and stayed at different hotels in various cities. I know rooms of hotels in Japan are generally very small, but I don't expect it was so small and the layout is so terrible. Even worse, it doesn't provide any laundry service or self-service laundry machine. However, the location is very convenient, that's the best part of it.

The room was immaculate. The staff was helpful and the cost was very reasonable. My only complaint was that the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. If you are staying more than one or two days I recommend purchasing a mattress topper. To be fair, my partner didn't find it to be an issue.

Great and convenient location, with easy access to subway and walkable to many things in the area. Very small hotel room, but seems standard for the price given that it's Tokyo. Room was unfortunately a little dusty, especially near the window around the curtains and near the gap between bed and wall.

The place is close to different metro stations so it is quite easy to move around. Several convenience stores, cafes, restaurants around the property. I stayed as a solo traveler and found that the room size was just about enough for a shorter term stay. There was long black hairs on the bathroom walls and bathtub.

Staff were fantastic, but the room itself was pretty gross. Large, white stains all over the chair in our room. Just generally not very clean in the room (along the wall next to our bed). There are other hotels nearby that are the same cost and are much cleaner; we should have stayed in those hotels again when we returned to Tokyo at the end of our trip.

All around, I would recommend this hotel. And I would stay here again. The rooms were clean and pretty quiet and the beds were comfortable. However, the heating/cooling is centrally controlled, which was quite unfortunate. You can decide how hot you want it if the building heating is on, or how cool you want it if the building a/c is on, but you can’t decide whether you want heating or cooling for your room individually. Also, I would not recommend the breakfast for the price. Not worth it.

My room windows were pointed to the main street which was overall semi quiet but at night people would revv up their motorcycles and cars. I didn’t get to have peaceful sleeping moments. The room was okay, AC was little bit noisy. I didn’t like the part where if you wanted your room made up everyday you had to have the make my room sign on your door latest at 9:00am. It feels quite early to be up and ready to leave your room, if you are on your holiday. Expected to have atleast ice machine since other Apa Hotels do have that. Location overall was okay, you could walk to Ginza on your own but taking the subway to Ginza was faster. Staff were friendly and helpful. Because of the noise I experienced from the streets, I probably wouldn’t book this location’s hotel again.

The staff and location here were both excellent. But the rooms and bathrooms are tiny. The so-called double room was NL bigger than a prison cell and the bathroom and tub/shower equally tiny. The photos on the website give a misleading impression of the room sizes. This caused extreme claustrophobia and inability to sleep, so we checked out early. Anyone of average European height will struggle here.

The rooms and bathroom are microscopic. The AC did not work and were unable to sleep. The “double” room is not even the size of a European single. The bathroom was so small that our knees literally touched the wall. Photographs on the website are misleadingly chosen to make the rooms appear normal size.

Clean room but very small so try to get an upgraded room if you are not alone. Bathroom is tiny. Think airplane bathroom size. Also the highway is next to the hotel so bring good ear plugs.

Rooms extremely small, you cannot move, noisy , you can hear the roaring sounds of cars in the middle of the night. No storage for items , cannot sleep due to noise and rooms are so claustrophobic.

Hotel staff did not want to help with calling a restaurant to see if there is space. Also the room is tiny, barely enough space for 1 person to turn around. Also the floor tile by the shower is loose and has water gathering under the tile. Each time I step on the tile, it moves and makes a water squeezing sound.

It's great that the hotel holds your luggage before and after check in. I could go out without having to bring my stuff along. Rooms were clean but a bit small. Shower curtain does not keep water out of the bathroom floor. My bathroom mat got soaked. Breakfast was not as good here as the APA in Narita.

We stayed for 5 nights at this property and we loved the location. It is smaller tha standard room size here in Canada but it didn't bother us, we are out most of the time anyway.i loved how close this was to the stations, close to convenience stores and quiet area, i felt safe.

Check in process was interesting no flexibility with early check in. Place is extremely small the rooms are literally like closets. Breakfast was horrible. I don’t think they even used real eggs. I’ll never stay here again. I’ll pay extra to stay at a decent hotel.
