Non-smoking room made my nose Feel funny. It’s unfathomable To me that it is getting ratings in the high 7s. It’s cheap, the sheets are clean, but it is dumpy. I would not stay there again. I feel let down by Hotels.com.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and felt fresh as soon as I walked in. The environment was extremely quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. I really appreciated how comfortable and peaceful everything was throughout my stay. The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job keeping the room clean and organized every day. Another big plus was the parking—there were plenty of parking spaces available, which made everything very convenient. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service. I would definitely recommend it to others and will absolutely stay here again in the future!

First we got here at around 9:30 pm. We got our keys and while driving to go to the room we saw people out side cutting hair. With chair and everything. No parking, we had to park far distance. Traveling with 2 kids it did not feel safe. While walking to the room we saw people with their doors open so anybody can see and somebody tried to sell me drugs while driving. The place looked like a dorm for lower income families. We get to our rooms and no phone and the refrigerator did not work. Looked like it stopped working a day or so before we got there since their was cool water from the freezer on the bottom. Now for the worst part. There was a toilet paper roll that was wet ....like it fell in the toilet and placed on the top metal shelf. This i had never seen before and disgusting and left on the top where we saw it. Then the following day we went on on a tour and zoo and other places and when we came back the roll that was on the shelf was placed on the toilet dispensor on the wall next to the toilet. WHAT KIND OF MANAGEMENT OR CLEANING PERSON WOULD PUT A DIRTY WATERED LOOKING TOILET PAPER ROLL THAT YOU CAN EASILY SEE IT IS NO GOOD IN THE SPACE WHERE YOU PLACE THE PAPER NEXT TO THE TOILET. We were in shock and just a WOW. Horrible. The pillows had no puffy to them. Old and run down. Not sure how this hotel room has a rating of above 7. Needs to be a 4 or 5 or less. POOL HAD NO WATER AT ALL. pay more and go somewhere else. DID NOT FEEL SAFE PARKING OR SLEEPING.
