Liked that this location offered free parking and it’s located conveniently to Redwood City and Palo Alto. It was very clean and I felt really comfortable staying here. The man working behind the counter checking me in was very friendly and even recommended some nice restaurants to try during my stay. Would come back again.

Good value for money - could do with more parking

Location feels unsafe. There is a large space under the door where light comes all night. Gym is sad and smells like chemicals.

Very convenient location. Flexible staff & very accommodating. Just 2 stories and Only drawback is no elevator. Could be a problem for some.

Was working on a project in nearby Atherton, the most expensive zip code in the US. Since the parking lot was small, I didn't want to move my van once I was parked. There was a jack in the box, a liquor store, a grocery store, and a dominos, all within walking distance so, zero complaints. Great deal, clean room, nice area. Also, great coffee and breakfast.

The property was fairly nice and comfortable. Property only had one ice maker and it was on the second floor, which is very inconvenient for someone of limited mobility staying on the first floor. Room had Keurig coffee maker with 4 pods (3 decaf, 1 regular), no creamer, no sugar. For price, would not stay again.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the number of outlets near the bed for my CPAP and chargers, and the comfort of the bed. I wasn't thrilled with the absence of an elevator. My room was directly under the outdoor staircase, and I woke up every time someone bump-bump-bumped their luggage up or down the staircase. The presence of a supermercado across the street and a 24-hour Jack in the Box are of course out of the control of the property, but did give a dingy feel to the area.

My two most important items for booking a room are clean and safe. This is an older motel but each room is so clean. The beds are very comfortable too. The neighborhood is safe and close to Stanford Medical. The staff is also really nice. The breakfast they prepare in the morning is perfect for travelers.

The front desk clerk was very welcoming and friendly. The room seemed clean and spacious at first glance!!! We open the beds and the sheets had not been changed for either bed, the side table had hairs on it. I was completely taken aback because I worked at a BW plus before and this was not our standard! I had some very cranky and sleepy kiddos whom I just put to bed on top of the comforter. They need to check on their house keeping staff!!!

Rooms were nice but the bathroom wasnt really clean, especially the shower. The staff was nice. The Breakfast was average but tasted good.

There was a lot of mold and mildew in the shower, in varying degrees of age. We were there two nights and had three small bottles of conditioner but only one small bottle of shampoo and one of the beds had a big pink smudge on the blanket. Yuck! The nice thing in the stay was the gentleman that checked us in, he was very nice and informative of the area.

Very clean facilities. Safe neighborhood. Convenient parking. Good breakfast. Overall very good. Minor cons: bed could be comfier. Iron didn’t get hot.

The rooms were not cleaned properly on a daily basis, and toiletries were not replenished once they were finished.

An ice cube melted on the floor and when I went to wipe up the puddle, the napkin was black. We checked the bottom of our feet and they were also black. This was after being in the room for approximately one hour and a half. The night clerk did mop the floor after complaining and said the room would be thoroughly cleaned the next day. Housekeeping made the beds, took some of our towels and did not replace them, and did not replace the coffee pods. We wore socks that second day, and the bottoms of the socks were also dirty. The room does not get much natural light and the lightbulbs in the lamps were not bright enough to adequately illuminate the room.

Beds aren't comfortable

Kind of pricey for the conditions and location. If your room is on the first floor you will hear all the noise from the top floor. Nothing special about this hotel.

The property was updated and clean, much better rooms that I’ve seen in many hotels that are supposed to be higher end. My criticism is in the fact that It’s built like a motel,, All the windows give to a hallway, with no privacy in the rooms

I booked this room as my son is a patient at Stanford Children’s and we were in town for a procedure. I was traveling alone with my two children. Upon arrival I noticed the area seemed a bit sketchy. Pulling into the parking lot (At night) my heart sank. It was a small hotel, but the first thing I saw was several men standing around in the parking lot. I checked in and we started to unload the car and head to our room. The men were also staying at the hotel not just randoms loitering. However, I couldn’t help but feel unsafe as these men just walked a woman and her 2 kids walk into their room alone. The room itself was clean and decent. I work remotely and traveling with my laptop and an additional screen so a desk is a must. This room had a desk area but absolutely not a single available outlet to plug my computer in. This was also a big issue. The only place was on the nightstand and that wouldn’t work. I was very uncomfortable and couldn’t bring myself to unpack yet. I kept thinking there was no way I would be able to sleep and we were there for 3 nights. Ad I was contemplating leaving (and losing over $500) the people upstairs started making noise. It sounded like 50 people jumping up and down. It sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. I made the decision to move to another hotel, further from the hospital but somewhere we were familiar with and felt safe.

Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was varied and ok. Office missed my 2:00 AM wake up call on the day I had an early morning flight. I felt it was just an oversight. I would probably stay here again.

The hotel rooms are horribly loud. I was awoken at 4am by crashing sounds that lasted too long for me to fall back asleep. Very disappointing.

My family and I were here for three nights. It’s a basic no frills place, but I knew that when I was booking. The ladies and gentlemen that work at the front desk are so friendly and polite! We ate breakfast there all three mornings. The breakfast area is extremely small, but everything was very good. They had eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, bagels, juice and coffee. My only complaint was how loud the people were above us. They checked in late, we were already sleeping. The footsteps were so loud it woke us up. It sounded like a herd of elephants! Hearing the the people above would be my only complaint about this hotel, stay on the 2nd floor and you’ll be fine.

Very clean, well equipped. Real soap!!! Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good location for going to the Stanford clinics.

I was impressed with how quiet the motel was even though it seemed full, we were on the bottom floor, and right next to a major road. In the morning there were men lined up on every corner waiting for work, but it felt safe.

It was 4 night stay and everything went well due to the fact that we used pretty much the room for showering and rest/ sleep as we spend most of the day out doing activities. The breakfast is limited but enough get you started for the day. We did not experienced any difficulties during any of the days staying.

This property did the little things to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the staff explained how to control the temperature. We always came back to a warm room. Breakfast selection was plentiful.

Clean and up to date. Shower pressure and heating was quick. Lighted mirror was a nice touch. Awesome breakfast, really cool automated pancake and the coffee machine made cappuccinos. Staff was quick on restocking. Could use more parking area.
