Not much to do around the property but the service was brilliant except, the breakfast was very good, the pool facilities were amazing, the steam room and jacuzzi was not working though and we did not use the gym. The room was very tidy, very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was handy having an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe and the safe was easy to use. The only issue we had was at check in, we arrived just after 1500 and they said we had no room available just yet, we had to wait 45 minutes for our room.

Vi havde købt opholdet primært fordi der var et spaområde. Vi blev meget skuffet over, at sauna og dampbad var ude af drift under hele opholdet, som var 4 nætter fra den 28 marts til 1 april. Ydermere måtte jeg ned i receptionen og efterspørge håndklæder, da vi kun havde fået et stort håndklæde. morgenkåber havde de også glemt at give os.. da jeg bestilte dette fik jeg leveret en morgenkåbe trods af, at vi var to personer.. Der var kun to puder på værelset, som var hovedpuder. Der manglede nogle flere puder, så man kunne sidde eller ligge mere hyggeligt i sengen eller lænestolen. Jeg synes ikke, at hotellet levede op til mine forventninger..

Nice room. Clean with good amenities. No towel change however. No minibar. No iron/board EU Plug sockets very limited and none beside bed which is highly surprising in modern hotels. That alone would deter me from rebooking However very good gym and pool

Hôtel choisi pour son Spa Hamman et Sauna ( contenance min 20 personnes) hors service, il reste un Jacuzzi (1,20 de diamètre) pour une vingtaine de clients…. Impossible de savoir quand aura lieu les réparations !! L’hôtel n’a pas communiqué sur ce point car on aurait annulé la réservation. Mais dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est correct

This hotel is in a great location but is definately not 5* . We stayed for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once during that time. The first day we thought we had missed the cleaners round as we put the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door while we went for breakfast and only put ‘please clean room’ when we went out at about 11am. We advised reception that evening who apologised and arranged for clean towels to be delivered to our room. The next day we put ‘please clean room’ up at 9am when we went for breakfast. When we returned at 11.30 it hadn’t been cleaned, and after going out for the day we returned at 6pm and still no one had been. We advised reception again who apologised and brought us some more coffee and water. One of the treats of staying in a hotel is having your bed made nicely, fresh towels and a nice clean room when you return from a day sightseeing. Also on check in we were advised that our reservation only included breakfast for one person despite us paying for a room for 2. The breakfast was very nice but at 20 euros per day it added quite a bit to what we thought was a reasonably priced hotel. This was our second visit to this hotel which is conveniently located for us as we have family who live nearby but we are not likely to return.

Personale molto cordiale, camera grande con moquette macchiata, assenti kit cortesia e minifrigo vuoto (ci hanno lasciato però due bottigliette di acqua). Il servizio di pulizia si è scordato di mettere nuovamente il tappeto in bagno. Colazione con ampia scelta. Per qualche giorno e per il rapporto qualità prezzo va bene.

Their was a constant foul smell from my bathroom toilet, this foul sewage smell was in the lobby toilets. My colleague in another room said his room was the same. On two separate occasions I had trouble getting into the hotel underground car park for the shear number of taxis outside the entrance, the hotel is more geared up for conferences than it’s guests.

Cama confortável, quarto limpo e ótima localização do hotel, porém o café da manhã estava muito cheio e tivemos que sentar próximo a recepção em mesa muito baixa para alimentação. A piscina com água fria e sem toalhas grandes disponíveis. O banheiro inunda ao tomar banho e a cor da água que sai pra banheira é algo entre amarelo e marrom. O pior de tudo, foi recebermos uma ligação no nosso quarto às 2:30 da manhã e ninguém soube dizer quem foi. O restaurante é incrível, a comida é muito boa com pratos interessantes.

Trevlig personal. Rymligt, praktiskt och fint rum. Absolut inget att klaga på, förutom att det låg en vindruva på golvet. Mycket skön säng, bra TV-kanaler, fint, stort, helkaklat badrum. Väldigt fin pool med behaglig temperatur i vattnet. Fräscht! Perfekt frukost. Bra kommunikationer. 10-12 minuter med buss, flera linjer, till Centralstationen. Det tog ca 30 minuter att promenera till centrum, genom de fina kvarteren.

No where near 5 star quality, or even 4 star. The room was not soundproofed and there was significant road noise, along with a plumbing issue that sounded like faulty pipes on the ceiling, all night long. The hotel failed to fix the issue and instead offered some cotton make up pads in lieu of ear plugs.

Hotel staff were great. Location is also a strong point. Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit old and our A/C was not working properly. Luckily we could borrow a fan from the staff.

Claiming to be a five-star hotel is an absolute joke. - the facilities are four stars. Good, but not extraordinary. The room is quiet and the quality of sleep was great. - the service is comparable to a two-star hotel, maybe 2.5. - first reason for poor service: I ordered Uber Eats and wanted the food on the door as I was stuck in an online meeting. The reception not only refused the driver to go to the room, but they also refused to deliver it as a paid room service. Note they did this despite being a «business-friendly» hotel with a business center and all. - second reason: you get towels for the training facilities, but they refused to give me two towels—one for the sauna and one for the shower. - for each of these two situations, I was met with an arrogant tone that completely ruins the impression of the hotel. - we did get a two-hour checkout extension for free, which we appreciated. - the breakfast is ridiculously expensive, would much rather suggest you visit the restaurant Hygge 50m down the street. The hotel isn’t a five-star like Sofitel and the likes. With the poor service, it’s far from a four-star but by training the staff better, four stars is deserved. Management would benefit from doing more «user testing» to remove unnecessary friction between the guests and the staff.

Staff were clearly busy … but they didn’t have not enough focus on the needs of waiting customers.. I was stood 5 minutes waiting to get an omelette for breakfast and two kitchen staff just ignored me.. there were at least 4 more table staff who just walked passed and said/did nothing. Overall a decent place to stay for a few days but could improve in a few areas.

I was stood 5 minutes waiting to get an omelette for breakfast and two kitchen staff just ignored me.. there were at least 4 more table staff who just walked passed and said/did nothing. I booked a twin room way in advance just to be told at the check-in that I will be staying in a king room. I said a few times to the receptionists Aren (as far as I remember) that this is not acceptable and I order a twin room a reason and it was not down to him to change my reservation. He was pretending for a few minutes to be dealing with that at the end he offered a additional smaller bed to be delivered to my room and guessed what it was not delivered at all! He also told me at the check-in that my reservation was paid for and I said to him twice that I was not, he persisted to claim that is was, and orcours it was not and I had to pay for it when I was checking out whichbwas very stressful as my Uber was already waiting for me outside and I was running out of time. The shower (the small shower head with hose) in the bathroom wasn't working. The there are no plug sockets at the bedside, so you cannot have your phone on the bedside table if you need to charge it. The carper needs either a good cleaning or replacing. For a 5 star hotel the staff really lacks skills and also although it might be controversial it would be nice if the hotel considered that the Polish guests wouldn't mind to be talked to in Polish language by the restaurant staff, no everyone wants or can speak English! If you hire someone a basic level of Polish should be a must, this should be more important than cheaper labour! Overall this hotel need an upgrade, I won't stay there again, it is a 3* hotel.

Bad service. Slow response time, didn't get my email responded to for 3 weeks. Upon arrival I didn't get any help. Restaurant had 2 guests but took 1hour to get the first order of food. AC didn't work in 2 out of 3 rooms. Amazing gym and pool, that's basically it.

This hotel is in a great location but is definately not 5* . We stayed for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once during that time. The first day we thought we had missed the cleaners round as we put the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door while we went for breakfast and only put ‘please clean room’ when we went out at about 11am. We advised reception that evening who apologised and arranged for clean towels to be delivered to our room. The next day we put ‘please clean room’ up at 9am when we went for breakfast. When we returned at 11.30 it hadn’t been cleaned, and after going out for the day we returned at 6pm and still no one had been. We advised reception again who apologised and brought us some more coffee and water. One of the treats of staying in a hotel is having your bed made nicely, fresh towels and a nice clean room when you return from a day sightseeing. Also on check in we were advised that our reservation only included breakfast for one person despite us paying for a room for 2. The breakfast was very nice but at 20 euros per day it added quite a bit to what we thought was a reasonably priced hotel. This was our second visit to this hotel which is conveniently located for us as we have family who live nearby but we are not likely to return.

Came down and went to the bar for a drink nice selection of alcohol there and reasonable price. Restaurant was very pleasant and good variety on the menu. ..something for everyone I would say. Had a nice meal and staff very friendly. Had breakfast there following day again nice selection on the buffet and the service very good. Lobby bar was great and a nice guy called Sebastian was the main server while I stayed there and was very friendly to customers, really nice to see a guy like that in the bar. Pool complex was also very nice and again very clean. Transport good bus and tram stops very close to hotel. I stayed here for five nights and was completely happy with everything. I will stay here again when next visit Warsaw.

First check in no problem the 2nd the blond guy couldn’t find my reservation said it was cancelled. I showed the confirmation from you …he’s typing on the computer makes a phone call keeps on typing. Apologies says he found it still busy typing . I ask can you check me in then continue your typing. NO. 40 minutes later I have my key . I ask for some compensation for waiting 40 minutes….NOTHING not impressed!

The Hotel is ideally situated next to the Royal Park. It has an excellent position for the convenient, clean and efficient buses, recently new tram routes now also link into the transport system. Bus and tram stops are very close to the hotel making getting anywhere in Warsaw including Wilanow very easy. The area is also well served with cycle lanes and rental cycles to safely get around. The hotel itself is great, with very friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast is very good as well. The hotel is also very clean. I have stayed here several times and for me, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Warsaw! An added bonus is a very relaxed bar across the road called Hygge that serves delicious food!

I cannot fault this hotel at all. The service was professional and impeccable. The staff were courteous and professional.. reception was lovely. Breakfast was amazing The fitness cenre was fantastic. The bar staff were great. I want to thank gabriella sebastian and andrei and the bar manager Klaudi in particular Ive been in a lot of hotels in the world and frankly this is one of the best in Waraw. Management should ve proud of their staff for whatever directivex they gave it waz truly an amazing experience for me. Thank you and please thank your staff.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und sehr ansprechenden, großen Zimmern. Sehr geräumige Badezimmer mit Badewanne sowie zusätzlicher Dusche. Das zum (lichtdurchfluteten) Atrium gelegene Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Reichhaltige Auswahl beim Frühstück; auch abends bietet das hoteleigene Restaurant sehr leckere Speisen. Ein zusätzliches Plus ist die klassisch gestaltete Bar im Foyer. Der Pool im Keller hat eine angenehme Temperatur und verfügt über einen großzügigen Dusch- und Umkleidebereich. Das etwas schwummrige Licht ist Geschmackssache, mir hat es sehr zugesagt. Das Hotel liegt leider überhaupt nicht zentrumsnah, befindet sich aber unmittelbar neben dem wunderschönen Łazienki-Park. Außerdem befindet sich direkt vor dem Hoteleingang eine Bushaltestelle mit mehreren Buslinien, die einen zügig ins Stadtzentrum oder zum Bahnhof bringen. Auch die Straßenbahn ist fußläufig erreichbar; allerdings ist die Umgebung des Hotels derzeit eine totale Baustelle mitsamt vollabgesperrter und aufgerissener Straßen, das macht den Fußweg etwas umständlicher. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, die ich jedem empfehlen kann, der nicht unbedingt mitten im Trubel wohnen muss.

Exceeded my expectations. Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Location is not central, but trams and buses run frequently and take you to any part of the city within about 15 minutes. Tickets can be purchased through the jakdojade app, but require the nuisance step of first depositing at least a minimum amount -- roughly equivalent to 6–8 rides -- into a prepaid "wallet". These tickets need to be validated through the QR codes on buses and trams. I liked the bistro cross the road and the Krym restaurant a few minutes away. Gorgeous parks right at the hotel. One caveat: my room was facing the back and was quiet, especially with the window closed; rooms on the opposite side face a major intersection and might be noisier.

Good breakfast at the hotel, great gym, pool and spa. Staff are excellent and most speak some English. The area around the hotel has major roadworks going on but the noise does not affect the hotel. If using public transport, buses to the old town, city centre and Wilanow are frequent and stop right by the hotel. The hotel is very clean.

Jeg reiser ofte til favorittbyen min Warszawa, og kan nok skilte med 30 besøk de siste 10 åra. Mitt klare valg som hotell er Regent som etter mitt syn er passelig nær sentrum, og har god dekning med trikk og buss. Som førstegangsreisende ville jeg nok valgt et mer sentralt beliggende hotell, men med erfaring så er Regent et kjempelett valg. Et reisetips er å beherske kollektivtilbudet i denne store byen. Det er meget velfungerende men kan ta litt tid å finne ut av. Learning by doing.

Just a splendid and beautiful place with an outstanding restaurant WAY above typical food Breakfast cannot be described, must be enjoyed to appreciate Hotel is older but very well maintained and was built with the very best materials and design including the best bathtub I’ve ever seen, very hot water and comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and helpful and spoke English I have stayed here on each trip to Warsaw, twice yearly over a few years now.

Agréablement surpris. Le petit dejeuner est vraiment bien. Par contre pour le dîner la dorade n’était pas vraiment bonne. Le dessert moyen. Un peu cher pour ce que c’est. Là chambre grande et literie confortable. Le SPA et salle de sport vraiment bien.

Hotel was lovely and the swimming pool and gym was good. The only problem we had was the Aircon was not working properly it could only go as low as 26c in which it was a very hot few days 37c
