Beautiful hotel in the heart of Ibiza old town. Immaculate and full of charm, our room was roomy and comfortable with a french balcony overlooking the bay. Free transfers to and from the airport were a nice, welcome addition. Manu was excellent company on our rides! Breakfast on the terrace as the old town wakes up, with all of it's colourful characters was great. It's a bit of a walk up from the port / town, but not too challenging. Beaches an easy and affordable 20 minute cab ride away. Reception gave excellent recommendations for places to go. Will definitely visit again, thanks to all at the Mirador.

This hotel was well located for anyone who enjoys walking and exploring. Set in the heart of Old Town Ibiza, the property is a short walk down to the lively Ibiza town square and the port. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating and really make the stay feel five star. Breakfast was incredible- lots of options including a chef prepared menu and exceptional buffet. The restaurant in general was fantastic. Really delicious and had a Michelin star recommendation. My brother ordered dinner one night and we were all very impressed. Oh and loved their turndown service and special surprises. Airport transfer was a really nice perk of staying at this hotel. The property and amenities are pretty basic. Not quite a lobby. A small European style cafe/ restaurant and small pool and patio. No gym/spa, tiny pool, and dated furniture and decor in the rooms. That said, the location, staff, and breakfast made up for it for me! I would stay here again!

L’hôtel est parfaitement implanté au cœur de la vieille ville. Le service de voiturier permet d’aller et venir de l’hôtel, ce qui est un plus. Il possède une petite piscine au premier étage permettant de se rafraîchir et de se reposer entre 2 escapades. La chambre est tout à fait parfaite, une belle literie, spacieuse et très propre avec une baignoire à remous (pas utilisé). Tous les soirs, nous avons eu droit à une mignardise qui nous attendait dans le frigo. Le seul point faible a été le petit déjeuner car ce n’était pas très clair, nous ne savions pas ce à quoi nous avions droit et les cartes n’étaient pas les mêmes tous les jours. Les plats n’étaient pas amenés en même temps. Mais à part ça, tout était vraiment très bien, du service proposé m, au personnel

Stunning hotel in a beautiful location right in D'Alt Vila itself. Lovely and quiet, historic feel. Service is outstanding and the welcome given by the Reception team is second to none. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Only a few rooms have good views but expected considering the location. Pool tiny but quaint and quiet, again the hotel was not selected as one to lounge around the pool all day. The complimentary airport transfers were an unexpected and very nice touch. The same driver can be booked for other trips around the local area provided he isn't needed for airport runs. Short walk down to the harbour (8-10mins) lots of great bars and restaurants in D'Alt Vila and port all easy to reach on foot (although all cobbled streets/walk ways so be aware of that). A wonderful hotel for a special occasion or if you love history and quiet as opposed to the normal Ibizan party vibe.

Lovely room, lovely breakfast. Lovely staff . There was no pictures of the pool to be seen and the reason for this is it’s tiny. The decor is a bit dated and the place has very little atmosphere. It also does not mention that it is at the top of an extremely steep hill . So not very good for people with impaired mobility. This was a very expensive hotel and to be honest I was expecting more

This hotel blew my expectations away. They really do ensure your vacation is just that. No worries, no stress. From their complimentary transportation to and from the airport, to even providing beach bags, towels and umbrellas for the beach days. They even worry about parking your rental car for you. I have never experienced such great kind service. My fiancé and I will definitely be back. Thank you all at the hotel. You really are a fabulous team!

We stayed at Mirador for a week and received sensational service from day one. The suite was ready for us earlier than expected. Breakfast was a dream, and Enrique and Sara provided incredible service. We will definitely be back. The pool is small but sufficient for a quick dip to cool off. For your information, there is a sea with crystal clear water.

The staff at El Mirador de Dalt Vila were extremely nice and accommodating. The hotel has two buildings I recommend asking to stay in the main hotel building. We stayed in the main building, the room was nicely decorated, very clean, and well maintained. The street is quiet in a beautiful location inside the walls. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops, when we need a cab the staff called and the car was at the door within a few minutes.Great breakfast too!

Exceptional service by staff every single day! Clean beautiful rooms with a comfortable King bed and working AC. Delicious breakfast daily. The staff was so lovely in welcoming us for breakfast everyday. Helpful too. If we couldn't find a cab, they would drive us to our destination. The area is quiet and walkable to many dining and shopping options. The nearby ocean views are stunning! We were sad to leave. This hotel is a gem and cant wait to return and share my experience with others in the US! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Brilliant stay in this historic hotel. Rooms were well designed, great amenities and chic. The best part of the stay were the staffing team and the service they gave. All were brilliant and helpful. I was there during the storm and staff went out of their way to ensure guests were well looked after and comfortable and able to make our flights.

First trip to Ibiza and needed an extra bed which meant we had to pay for the Grand Suite - which came with its own gym, master suite and amazing patio area with spa.

It is beautiful hotel but the rooms need a face lift. The decor was having an identity crisis: rustic, 80’ modern and antiek. It missed that luxury feel. The bed was comfortable and they had nice linens. The ad for our room said ‘hot tub’ but they meant ‘a bath with jets’. That, of course, was disappointing. The hotel is high on a hill. For people with a poor physical condition, this is not the hotel for you! The stone roads are very slippery making walking up or down an experience. We tried to get an extended check out of 2 hours. This was not granted, although the hotel felt almost empty and they had an hour to clean our room before the check-in time. I would have paid for the extra hours but they were adamant that this was not possible. The front desk clerk was quite rude and unfriendly about it. The breakfast staff was very friendly and the breakfast itself was wonderful. It should be mentioned that many potential guests sat down and left because they received no service. (We were often the only hotel guests dining). All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and I wouldn’t stay there again. There are better options in Ibiza (and also for far less money).

Brilliant stay in this historic hotel. Rooms were well designed, great amenities and chic. The best part of the stay were the staffing team and the service they gave. All were brilliant and helpful. I was there during the storm and staff went out of their way to ensure guests were well looked after and comfortable and able to make our flights.

The hotel is in an excellent location in Dalt Vila. The staff are fantastic, friendly and welcoming and very efficient. The only negative is that food options at the hotel are quite limited. However, overall we recommend the hotel and had a great stay!

This hotel blew my expectations away. They really do ensure your vacation is just that. No worries, no stress. From their complimentary transportation to and from the airport, to even providing beach bags, towels and umbrellas for the beach days. They even worry about parking your rental car for you. I have never experienced such great kind service. My fiancé and I will definitely be back. Thank you all at the hotel. You really are a fabulous team!

It is beautiful hotel but the rooms need a face lift. The decor was having an identity crisis: rustic, 80’ modern and antiek. It missed that luxury feel. The bed was comfortable and they had nice linens. The ad for our room said ‘hot tub’ but they meant ‘a bath with jets’. That, of course, was disappointing. The hotel is high on a hill. For people with a poor physical condition, this is not the hotel for you! The stone roads are very slippery making walking up or down an experience. We tried to get an extended check out of 2 hours. This was not granted, although the hotel felt almost empty and they had an hour to clean our room before the check-in time. I would have paid for the extra hours but they were adamant that this was not possible. The front desk clerk was quite rude and unfriendly about it. The breakfast staff was very friendly and the breakfast itself was wonderful. It should be mentioned that many potential guests sat down and left because they received no service. (We were often the only hotel guests dining). All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and I wouldn’t stay there again. There are better options in Ibiza (and also for far less money).

We stayed at Mirador for a week and received sensational service from day one. The suite was ready for us earlier than expected. Breakfast was a dream, and Enrique and Sara provided incredible service. We will definitely be back. The pool is small but sufficient for a quick dip to cool off. For your information, there is a sea with crystal clear water.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Ibiza old town. Immaculate and full of charm, our room was roomy and comfortable with a french balcony overlooking the bay. Free transfers to and from the airport were a nice, welcome addition. Manu was excellent company on our rides! Breakfast on the terrace as the old town wakes up, with all of it's colourful characters was great. It's a bit of a walk up from the port / town, but not too challenging. Beaches an easy and affordable 20 minute cab ride away. Reception gave excellent recommendations for places to go. Will definitely visit again, thanks to all at the Mirador.

This hotel was well located for anyone who enjoys walking and exploring. Set in the heart of Old Town Ibiza, the property is a short walk down to the lively Ibiza town square and the port. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating and really make the stay feel five star. Breakfast was incredible- lots of options including a chef prepared menu and exceptional buffet. The restaurant in general was fantastic. Really delicious and had a Michelin star recommendation. My brother ordered dinner one night and we were all very impressed. Oh and loved their turndown service and special surprises. Airport transfer was a really nice perk of staying at this hotel. The property and amenities are pretty basic. Not quite a lobby. A small European style cafe/ restaurant and small pool and patio. No gym/spa, tiny pool, and dated furniture and decor in the rooms. That said, the location, staff, and breakfast made up for it for me! I would stay here again!

Stunning hotel in a beautiful location right in D'Alt Vila itself. Lovely and quiet, historic feel. Service is outstanding and the welcome given by the Reception team is second to none. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Only a few rooms have good views but expected considering the location. Pool tiny but quaint and quiet, again the hotel was not selected as one to lounge around the pool all day. The complimentary airport transfers were an unexpected and very nice touch. The same driver can be booked for other trips around the local area provided he isn't needed for airport runs. Short walk down to the harbour (8-10mins) lots of great bars and restaurants in D'Alt Vila and port all easy to reach on foot (although all cobbled streets/walk ways so be aware of that). A wonderful hotel for a special occasion or if you love history and quiet as opposed to the normal Ibizan party vibe.

Lovely room, lovely breakfast. Lovely staff . There was no pictures of the pool to be seen and the reason for this is it’s tiny. The decor is a bit dated and the place has very little atmosphere. It also does not mention that it is at the top of an extremely steep hill . So not very good for people with impaired mobility. This was a very expensive hotel and to be honest I was expecting more

I really liked this hotel and the classy/classic European style. In a wonderful “old town” location that is hard to beat. I wouldn’t have enjoyed my trip to Ibiza as much as I did, if I hadn’t stayed at this hotel (and within the Dalt Vila walls). If you want beach or partying, there are better. But if you want classy, quite and in a beautiful part of town with great walk ability and restaurants, this is a perfect hotel.

L’hôtel est parfaitement implanté au cœur de la vieille ville. Le service de voiturier permet d’aller et venir de l’hôtel, ce qui est un plus. Il possède une petite piscine au premier étage permettant de se rafraîchir et de se reposer entre 2 escapades. La chambre est tout à fait parfaite, une belle literie, spacieuse et très propre avec une baignoire à remous (pas utilisé). Tous les soirs, nous avons eu droit à une mignardise qui nous attendait dans le frigo. Le seul point faible a été le petit déjeuner car ce n’était pas très clair, nous ne savions pas ce à quoi nous avions droit et les cartes n’étaient pas les mêmes tous les jours. Les plats n’étaient pas amenés en même temps. Mais à part ça, tout était vraiment très bien, du service proposé m, au personnel

Ein fantastisches Hotel in perfekter Lage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Altstadt als auch in den modernen Teil von Ibiza-Stadt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant. Wir haben vorzüglich für ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gegessen. Die empfohlenen Weine passten hervorragend zu jedem einzelnen Menü-Gang. Das Hotel ist trotz GPS schwer zu finden. Deshalb unbedingt die Anreiseroute lesen. Lt. Hotel sollte jeder Gast die Anfahrtsbeschreibung vom jeweiligen Buchungsportal bekommen. It is beautiful hotel but the rooms need a face lift. The decor was having an identity crisis: rustic, 80’ modern and antiek. It missed that luxury feel. The bed was comfortable and they had nice linens. The ad for our room said ‘hot tub’ but they meant ‘a bath with jets’. That, of course, was disappointing. The hotel is high on a hill. For people with a poor physical condition, this is not the hotel for you! The stone roads are very slippery making walking up or down an experience. We tried to get an extended check out of 2 hours. This was not granted, although the hotel felt almost empty and they had an hour to clean our room before the check-in time. I would have paid for the extra hours but they were adamant that this was not possible. The front desk clerk was quite rude and unfriendly about it. The breakfast staff was very friendly and the breakfast itself was wonderful. It should be mentioned that many potential guests sat down and left because they received no service. (We were often the only hotel guests dining). All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and I wouldn’t stay there again. There are better options in Ibiza (and also for far less money).

We stayed at Mirador for a week and received sensational service from day one. The suite was ready for us earlier than expected. Breakfast was a dream, and Enrique and Sara provided incredible service. We will definitely be back. The pool is small but sufficient for a quick dip to cool off. For your information, there is a sea with crystal clear water.

Séjour agréable , hôtel bien situé dans la vieille ville , collé à la citadelle Chambre un peu vieillotte, piscine minuscule , service ok Mais on attend plus d un 5 étoiles …salle de restaurant/pdj petite et sans réel charme … en dessous des standards habituels “relais et châteaux” Le tarif en revanche est digne d un 5 étoiles …

Exceptional service by staff every single day! Clean beautiful rooms with a comfortable King bed and working AC. Delicious breakfast daily. The staff was so lovely in welcoming us for breakfast everyday. Helpful too. If we couldn't find a cab, they would drive us to our destination. The area is quiet and walkable to many dining and shopping options. The nearby ocean views are stunning! We were sad to leave. This hotel is a gem and cant wait to return and share my experience with others in the US! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

The hotel is very nice and in a quiet but central area. It’s at the top of a hill that is difficult to access if you are driving yourself and it’s the first time. Parking is up a long upward path followed by a series of stairs. Not for the faint of heart. The staff today was extremely annoying. I called last night to specifically ask not to be bothered as Ibiza is a part town and I got in late. However, I was called an hour before my alarm breaking my sleep pattern. To add insult to injury, I was called 30 min before my departure by the same receptionist. I was about to jump in the shower. Again, super annoying. Then, there was not staff to retrieve the car or help with bags. Annoying for a place that says it’s 5 stars and more annoying still when it’s 90 degrees outside. I won’t stay again and I come here every year.
