The location and rooftop is excellent. Room service threw the Pyjama behind the bed, towels haven‘t been exchanged and glasses have been left dirty. On the final bill a wrong service has been charged.

Overall the hotel was good, fantastic location in the heart of the old town with access to taxis and the ferry terminal at your doorstep. The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, roof top had great views and a DJ to set the mood. The one area which really needs improvement is housekeeping, the rooms were not cleaned properly, the bare minimum was done (refresh towels and made the bed).

Thoughtfully refurbished characterful hotel in heart of Ibiza. Stayed in “Var De Rey” room, which was spacious and beautifully decorated, with large bathroom. Great view. Extremely comfortable bed. Parking in downtown Ibiza can be difficult (and expensive!), but free parking only a 10-12 minute walk away at Parquing Es Gorg.

Posizione strategica, edificio ben ristrutturato personale gentile e disponibile. Area ricevimento e area colazione molto sacrificate.

The rooms and the decor were nice but there are no amenities. The roof terrace is only open 19.00-01.00 as a bar not during the day. The downstairs restaurant is quite small. Convenient for Ibiza Town but not much to do at the actual hotel

Really great hotel all stars for everything. We had the best relaxing sleep of our entire trip. The room decoration had a upscale boho style. Super clean room and every little details were there a very unique experience. Breakfast was included and it was perfect. Really welcoming staff.

Very comfortable, clean and great breakfast. Well located in / on the edge of the old town and right next to the ferry port so very convenient if you’re planning to catch the ferry to Formentera.

Posizione centrle , camera senza wifi (rotto) e ventilatore non funzionante , la notte non si poteva regolare la temperatura della camera percui eccessivamente calda e con la finestra aperta entrava il rumore dei mezzi all'esterno ,vista della camera interna terribile manco a Calcutta!, colazione scarsa e costosa presa inclusa nel costo della camera ma addebitati gli extra (oltre i 25€ te li addebitano nel conto). Alla rimostranza del disagio generale su 490€ di conto (2 notti) scontati 14€ (una presa in giro)..chi prende un 5 stelle vuole un 5 stelle non 3 col prezzo di un 5 ! Central location, room without wifi (broken) and non-functioning fan, at night it was not possible to regulate the temperature of the room so it was excessively hot and with the window open the noise of the vehicles outside entered, view of the internal room terrible not even in Calcutta! , poor and expensive breakfast included in the cost of the room but extras charged (over € 25 they will be charged to the bill). To the complaint of the general discomfort on the €490 bill (2 nights) discounted €14 (a joke).. those who take a 5-star hotel want a 5-star hotel, not 3 for the price of a 5! I loved it. It was in a great area for dinning and shopping. The food was pretty good and so were the drinks. I would stay there again.

We had a perfectly wonderful stay with super friendly & attentive service from everyone. The hotel is so stylish & our room was outstanding with the most beautiful view. We enjoyed sitting in the square for drinks/meals watching the world go by. The breakfast was delicious with a wide array of healthy choices. The location is perfect & we would definitely like to return

Localização maravilhosa, funcionarios solicitos e quarto muito bom. Unico ponto para uma estadia longa como a nossa que o cafe da manha é o mesmo todos os dias (a la carte)
