One of the hotel staff members were wearing pajamas, didn’t seem very professional. The room was decent but it was not as clean as I would have liked such as dust. The hotel advertised a bar which apparently had been in service for decades. The breakfast options were eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, and waffles. Nothing special but typical. Only one elevator worked so the wait for an elevator was long especially because it was busy. It wasn’t the worst room I have ever stayed in just was a little outdated and dusty. At least there were not any bugs! Decent room for the price.

I would give it four stars for how clean it was. BUT the pool was so dark and u can smell the bleach. Was so cold that he stated it was headed. And the hot tub was not there. The gym stuff didn’t work! And u couldn’t turn the tv on if u wanted to work out. And AND THE BAR was not there. On the website it shows a bar. Breakfast was ok it was enough to fill ur belly. The beds was nice and room was clean. But I wouldn’t go back because I picked it for all it had to offer but nothing was. So Heb in there Walmart near Sam’s is near. Just wish the pool was better the gym worked and it had the bar is showed was there. After a long six hr drive a drink would have been nice.

Staff was amazing and very accomodating. Indoor pool is not heated, so just be aware of that if you want to use it. Even my kids said it was cold. Breakfast was great and the attendee was very friendly and helpful, kept it clean and stocked. We enjoyed our waffles, sausage, eggs, juice, and coffee. With the construction, maps direct you through the neighborhood behind the hotel and it looks a bit sketchy. However, we didn’t feel unsafe.

Lobby was very clean, spacious and inviting. Our room was clean, cool and bigger than expected. Bed was a little firm for my liking, but not completely uncomfortable. The pool area was nice with lots of tables and chairs and plenty of towels for guests. The pool was cold! Overall, it was a nice stay.

The room was not very clean, barely any of the lights worked in the room and some of the lamps dident work the shower was dirty and the platform you put the shampoo had hair all over it, the couch was full of white stains. The closet door was so dirty we had to clean it. And the sheets felt very sticky like they had to much soap. We were also sweating becouse the room was still hot even at 68 on the a/c unit. The bed iself was comfortable.

Bedbug issue where there were bugs/eggs on mattress, but refused to acknowledge, despite visible bites and images of bugs (including bringing one to front desk). Didn’t care about health and safety, more interested in deflecting issue, which as a disabled person made the stay stressful.

The couch has some very disgusting and concerning stains all over it, the TV didn’t work and maintenance took an hour and a half to come to my room to look at it, and my bed sheets and pillows had hairs all over them.

I was disappointed once I got into my room. It smelled like water had been sitting and the ceiling had just been repaired from water damage. My room didn't match the entrance of the hotel which was actually nice and updated. The bathroom had a stain on the ceiling. The wall looked as if it were peeling from excess condensation. The the shower head didn't spray water well because of hard water and line buildup. My bed had pillows that were stained. A towel was stained. And the most important part was the fact that I had a roach crawling on my clothes that I had sitting on the couch. The lady sitting at the front desk wasn't very nice and appeared to take her time when asking for basic things. Overall, I would never stay at this specific comfort in suites again.

Wonderful accommodations! Beautiful rooms with a sitting area and amazing air conditioning! Grounds are beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond. Smiles all the time and housekeeping is amazing. The cleanliness of this property is top notch. We come to Waco regularly and will not stay anywhere else in the future!

We arrived at night and could see the filth on the outside of the building and I could this place was a dump. The manager was nice. When we got to our room the sofa was disgusting old with white stains, let your imagination take over old worn out P.O.S. See pics The shower tub combo was rotted with mold on the bottom (Pics) only acouplt of the channels on the tv worked. The worn out bed squeaked..Management informed me that the owner only cared about profit and not his guest comfort. After everything else I saw I would not eat breakfast there. Nor would I recommend staying at this establishment.

Quick and friendly check-in! Clean and spacious room, quiet even with its convenient location to I35. Basic amenities, no smart TV. The pullout couch mattress was uncomfortable and thin, but the beds were very good and soft. Breakfast was hot even at 9:59 AM 😃

The room smelt like someone had smoked a carton of cigarettes. Tried another room, it smelt the same. The air filter in the room smelt horrible. Dead bug in the bathroom. The room was horrible, will never stay in comfort suites ever again. Originally had 2 night reserved, checked out after 1 night. Daughter’s graduation, almost ruined our trip.

I like the kitchen area in the room. The cabinet space was a nice addition plus the sink. The only thing that was missing was a stove to cook on but love the fridge and microwave. The room was spacious.

The hotel is clean and the price was right; we had two queens and the pullout couch. The only problem was it was July and the AC didn’t blow that well; I think only half or it worked at a time. The shower didn’t get very warm so it was a like cold shower. I didn’t say anything because the hotel was full so no other options. We bought a fan from Walmart and it helped circulate the air that did blow. I would book here again but not nonrefundable.

The front desk worker that checked us in was the most personable, efficient, and competent hotel worker I have ever dealt with. We had an issue with the AC not cooling down our room. We called down and explained the situation and she immediately changed us rooms. No fuss. She had the key to the new room ready when we stepped off the elevator.

On the first day I talk to the man that checked us in about late check out. I was informed that we could do late check out at 12pm without a fee. I told him that would work so he said he would make a note of it. On the day of check-out, starting at 11:30 we had 3 different housekeepers either knock on the door or stop me in the hall on the way to get a cart asking if we were leaving yet. Finally the front desk lady came banging on the door, yelling that check out was at 11am. I said I spoke to the front desk clerk about late check out when we checked in. She said I’ll check the notes and if it’s not there that’s $300. This is all in the middle of the hallway which is super embarrassing. Ultimately she spoke to the supervisor who was aware that we were on late check out. My husband and I didn’t appreciate being treated like we had done something wrong. With us telling multiple people that we were on late check out, it could have been communicated to the front desk and verified before the front desk lady came banging on the door

Kudos to hotel associate Gloria, who wore many hats during our stay. She was busy going to and from the entire time, laughing and smiling. From checking us in, to helping with the TV connection, to working the breakfast shift (while handling the front desk), she was on top of things without hesitation and with full command of the entire operation. Aside from Gloria's exceptional service, the room was large, comfortable, and clean. The bed comfort was heavenly. The only lack of a 1-star was no change of towels, and the minimal breakfast offerings were not appetizing. Otherwise, it was a nice overnight stay.

I missed the Baylor game and now out my money that I don’t have. I just wanted only one weekend not working all year and I’m now sitting in Roundrock making sure my dad goes home from the ICU

Arrived at midnight to an empty front desk. Waited 20 mins for a very angry and aggressive clerk to arrive who was threatening and scary. She insulted me and then yelled from the back office when I ask her to clarify my room number and told me to “figure it out” when I asked about wi-if. I’ve never experienced anything like this. There are better options nearby, don’t stay here.

Good stay. Second time here. Only issue was “early check in.” I’ve neverrrrr gone to a hotel where we go to see if the rooms available and allowed to check in with no issue. This was the first time everrrr being told bc we are an hour early it would be a fee. Normally if the room is ready good customer service just accommodates us. Knowing we came with a crowd, baseball team. Not happy about that experience.

This was my second stay here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The bed is so dang comfortable! I slept like a rock. Bellmead isn’t the nicest town in the area but this hotel is really good. It’s become my go-to on the nights I stay in Waco. Close to BU and downtown Waco.

Things were great the first couple days. The breakfast is mediocre, repetitive same eggs and sausage circles, danish that all taste the same, bread, and waffle makers. Eggs were dry. The facility is clean for the most part. Lots of illegal immigrants, 10-12 people packed in one room. party people up all night. There were some issues with air conditioners, and leaking sinks. Questionable devices. The manager Norma was excellent. There was only one staff member who was not the best in the customer service realm. She started out nice, but on check out was pretty rude and demanded 50$ for late checkout. When not even 30 mins beforehand said it was completely fine and to take my time. Anyway— would have been 4 stars if it were not for the illegals, and for her rude behavior. I didn’t get to see Norma before I left, I would have let her know about the worker who was rude, miss Norma runs a good crew and would not approve of her demeanor. Honestly would have dropped the rating even lower if it was not for Norma.

Staff was really kind, friendly, and hospitable. Good selection of breakfast food. Room was great. Couch had seen some better days, but was comfortable. Bed was great and included a bunch of pillows. Shower water pressure was comically bad, but kept temperature so it balanced out. Only downside was outside of the hotel's control, which was the copious amount of people at breakfast.

Overall, our stay was very good. The breakfast is the same every day but there is enough variety that we found something every day. The staff was great and the room was clean. Two minor issues, first, the room keys did not work well. We had to try our keys multiple times every time we entered the building or our room. The second issue was the TV remote, it did not work well with the TV. We got new batteries but that did not improve the situation. Overall not huge issues, just inconveniences.

Breakfast variety could be better. Eggs were obviously powdered. We've been here before, so we expected bacon and sausage.It was only sausage. Air conditioning definitely kept the cool and even have to turn it off in the morning because it was so cold.We
