Hyatt Place Waco - South

Place was nice. When checked in staff didn't say much. Had no idea they had food you could order no menus any where. Door to pool was hard to open. Our room door did not close unless you pushed it closed same with bathroom door. Fridge did not stay very cold in room. Bed was comfortable. But staff at check in was not very happy or friendly.

The breakfast menu was good, plenty of parking, the rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The sales manager was helpful as well, she tried to help us with accommodation but they were full. I would definitely stay here again.

breakfast needs a little work - I have stayed at 4 or more Hyatt Place branded hotels and this was the first breakfast that did not offer good healthy options (greek yogurt, plain nuts, whole fruit options). I would encourage the team to consider better options that are more whole food and less processed.
