Location is great, approx 3 min walk from Lille Europe Station and right in (like inside) the Westfield shopping centre, so plenty of restaurants nearby and right next to the metro station. the room was really clean especially the bathroom, however for some reason during our stay when we used something it wasnt replenished eg we used a towel and when the room was cleaned it was taken away, but wasnt replaced, when we used the coffee machine and used a coffee pod and milk, only the coffee pod was replaced, and on the last day nothing was replaced so I asked at reception and was given new coffee pods but when we awoke and tried to use them, they were the wrong pods sadly. Also for some reason, the instructions for the aircon is kept under the glass of the reception desk, not somewhere useful like in the room, thankfully we found a fan in the cupboard and used that as it was really warm despite being late September. Our room was at the end of the corridor next to a fire door that led into the metal interior of the shopping centre, therefore it got quite loud with people running up and down the stairs early morning and something metal kept tapping against the wall of our room throughout the night which was quite distracting. There is a tv in the room, but its not a smart tv so we didnt use it as all the channels were dubbed rather than subtitles. Overall a good hotel for a quick trip, just request a room closer to the lifts

This budget hotel is fabulously convenient for a rail trip stopover, with nice staff and good-sized rooms. There's a little mild tattiness, and the beds are too soft for my taste, but it's nice to have a bathtub. If you're a light sleeper ask for a room at the back. Many good pubs and modest eateries nearby. We don't take the breakfast because we love the café next door.

the reception staff were excellent. they were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms were very clean and maintained. they had a minibar at unbelievable prices.Theyll charge you 3-4 times more in other hotels. Bed very comfortable Breakfast a little bland and basic. It is a 3 star hotel so no frills but it does the job.ill go again if im in lille
