The lady at the reception was friendly, there was a problem finding a parking. If you need to book this hotel you need to know that there is no one at the reception between 11 pm and 6 am, also there was a problem with parking, because there is no enough parking spots at the property. So you have to think twice before booking this hotel.

We stayed here because we had an international flight out of Vienna airport in the early morning. This hotel is spotless with comfortable rooms, friendly English speaking staff, a full breakfast included, and a full bar. We had dinner there which was not very good, but it was late, raining and the next closest restaurant was about a 15 minute walk. Overall, I would stay here again, and recommend it. Maybe just have dinner on the way.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. However, sadly there are no evening dining facilities in the hotel and neither are there any restaurants in the vicinity. The staff confirmed that you would have to take a taxi or walk 20 minutes to Mannsworth metro station and go into central Vienna. There are also no tea or coffee making facilities in the room either.

We stayed in this hotel just for 1 night and we don’t recommend this hotel to others. First of all even the hotel is called airport hotel it’s not an airport hotel - it’s far from the airport. Airport hotels are walking distance from the airport or shuttle being provided from the airport to hotel. But to be able to reach this hotel you need to take a taxi (extra cost). It’s cheaper to take a city bus and go directly to any city hotels. The price for hotel is high for the quality of rooms they are providing. There is nothing in the room: no kettle, no fridge, no minibar, no phone to connect with the reception. Hotel is far from the train station. Trains go to Vienna only every 30 min. If you miss one- stay and wait another 30 min to catch another one. So we didn’t find any advantages to stay in this hotel. It’s a really small, old hotel in the middle of nowhere. Totally disappointing

While this bare, simple, and yet ridiculously expensive place seemed like a good idea for an overnight stay close to the airport, the services provided were less than acceptable. The reception, for instance, closed between 11 pm and 6 am, therefore early departures and any help with their arrangements (such as taxi info) were not possible to be done. The staff was polite but also created a strong feeling of anxiety, insisting on pointing out how difficult early departures were in that area/facility.

Travelled for business arriving at 11am. Luckily I emailed the hotel about something before I arrived and they informd me the reception was not manned at that time of night. The key was very easy to retrive from the machine using the code they provided. The room was nice. Unfortunately first flush toilet and it filled constantly and loudly for the next five hours resulting in very little sleep. I tried calling the out of hours number twice to arrange an alternative room but there was no reply so I emailed reception. The next morning the man on reception had my email but said he couldnt discuss recompence until the office staff were in, after my departure. I agrred they could email a response when they got into work, and paid the bill assuming I would get a partial refund after the fact. I have received no reply to my email. It’s a fine hotel if you have no issues.

The hotel was super clean, the staff was very attentive. They speak English, helped me with a late check in and gave my advice when I got sick. There location is a short 10-15 min ride from the airport. The neighborhood around the hotel is mostly residential and industrial not a lot of things to do, perfect for someone stopping for a night of rest or leaving the next morning out of Vienna.

The beds were most comfortable. The room was nice, but we only spent five hours there due to tight travel connections. The hotel is not really at the airport. It is a 10 minute/20 Euro ride each way. It would have been cheaper and less hassle (the cab transfers) had we stayed at the hotel that is actually at the airport/train station.

The hotel is nice and clean. The main issue is its li located in the middle of nowhere, somewhat close to the airport. Train station is a 20min walk away and the area is not great - doesn’t seem safe. It’s also not very close to the airport. Pay a little extra and stay at the airport, as what you save you’ll spend on transfers.
