The room was very clean and nice. The gym was so nice and we'll equiped. We had no time to use the pool but it seemed very kids friendly and loved there were 2 hot tubs. I will definitely go back if I visit seguaney again! The breakfast was nice as well. And staffs were friendly. The only downside was parking...the unpaved parking lot wasn't my favorite..

Dès l'entrée dans l'hôtel, vous sentez une odeur très agréable. L'hôtel et le petit déjeuner sont bien, Dommage que les chambres supérieures ne donnent pas accès au Spa. Il est situé en pleine zone commerciale, ce qui à notre gout est un peu dommage mais cela facilite les choses pour aller manger. Une petite amélioration est à prévoir sur le parking car même s'il est gratuit, c'est dommage d'avoir les pieds dans l'eau pour récupérer sa voiture en cas de pluie.

Stay was ok. Room was clean and staff helpful and friendly. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were old and gross. Gym is small but functional. You have to pay extra for spa experience to use outdoor facilities (kind of disappointing since the pictures really emphasized the outdoor spa, i assumed it would be complimentary) It was freezing cold outside during our stay (-30C) and really would have appreciated a common area to hang out.. there were a few couches in a frigid lobby right next to front entrance… not much of a hangout Overall ok experience but really a glorified motel, kind of hard to justify the 5 star hotel rating. Best thing is the free breakfast with omelet station but would pay half price to stay at 3 star hotel across the street next time

Property is well maintained, spa is beautiful and very large. Hotel is on main road and next to all restaurants and shopping areas….very accessible…breakfast has lots of choices and is well stocked. Beds and pillows are very comfortable… Rooms and washrooms are bit cramped. There are no microwave in the room, it should be there for a hotel in this class. Overall, very nice and comfortable stay….

Très déçu de notre chambre #233 ,loin dans le corridor ,vue sur le stationnement et mûr du Winners .On a eu beaucoup de difficulté à dormir après 4 heures de route ,le matelas était mou et très très inconfortable sans parler des oreillers plates comme des galettes .La tête d’un des deux lits était malpropre et l’écran de télé aussi.Le déjeûner du matin ,rien à redire ,très bon ,et bon service.Je sais que ça donnera rien d’écrire tout ça mais au prix qu’est la chambre c’est très insatisfaisant.Grande déception de cet hôtel

Propreté des chambres laisse a désirer. Drap pas très propre a l'arrivé et objets, d'une autre location, trouvé sur le plancher. Le personel a changer les draps rapidement mais ca ne donne pas confiance a l'établissement !

Bonjour, J'ai trouvé décevant le fait qu’il n’y avait pas de service de valet, ni pour la voiture, ni pour monter les bagages à la chambre. Il régnait une drôle d’odeur dans la chambre, il y avait beaucoup de poussière mais ce qui m’a déplu par dessus tout c’est qu’il y avait énormément de moisissures présentes au plafond de la douche. Mon expérience ne reflète pas du tout une expérience 5 étoiles.

The hotel is well situated the breakfast buffet is more then good and you as a plus there’s a chef who cooks eggs or omelets But when I unmade there was a long hair on one of the pillow and one under the sheets. I called the reception and they did not do anything. Lucky me it was a King bed I slept on the other side.

Daily cleaning wasn’t up to par. One day they didn’t do our room up. The next day the bed was made but the coffee amenities in the room was not replenished and no extra toilet paper roll was left even though we were down to almost gone on the roll in the bathroom. We found an empty food carton from a previous guest under our sink. The rest of the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Quality of bedroom bedding/towels etc very high. Coffee making facilities adequate but could do with more sugar/cream. Free breakfast again could be of a higher quality as most of the cooked items were not hot. Restaurant good quality, well run, whilst staff tried very hard on the whole, bilingual ability with English was somewhat lacking especially at entry to the restaurant. Lastly, overall happy, location was somewhat unexpected. If you fancy a garden centre and Walmart as you direct views and neighbour this is for you.

Bonnes prestations. Le lit est très très confortable. Super rapport qualite prix. Le seul point négatif est que l'on peu entendre le bruit de la chambre d'à coté. Il y a une grosse zone commerciale à proximité, ce qui est très pratique.

Very noisy. We could not sleep from 1 to 4 am due to the couple in the next room that were fighting and yelling at each other. We had to call front desk.

I loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly and was inquiring about our comfort at least twice after I checked in. Very clean and comfortable. Very close to some good restaurants nearby. And drivable distance to Parc de la Rivière-du-Moulin. There’s spa and hot tubs as well

We called frontdesk to ask if we could sit in the breakfast area to grab a bit to eat our dinner (every restaurants were full, had no option). Front desk said yes, so we ordered some chicken. When the food got there the frontdesk said we could not sit there anymore, we had to est our food sitting on our bed. Stupidly bad services. Pool and jacuzzi were dirty, room was ok but noisy. Overpriced hotel for what they offer. Wish marriott had an hotel there…

Nous avons eu un très bon week-end. Nous avons par contre eu une personne à l’accueil qui n’était pas très sympathique. Tous les autres personnes de l’établissement étaient WoW! Le restaurant de l’hôtel est extraordinaire et le services des serveuses étaient au-delà de nos attentes. La chambre était très très propre et la salle de bain était très propre.

The hotel is well situated the breakfast buffet is more then good and you as a plus there’s a chef who cooks eggs or omelets But when I unmade there was a long hair on one of the pillow and one under the sheets. I called the reception and they did not do anything. Lucky me it was a King bed I slept on the other side.

Quality of bedroom bedding/towels etc very high. Coffee making facilities adequate but could do with more sugar/cream. Free breakfast again could be of a higher quality as most of the cooked items were not hot. Restaurant good quality, well run, whilst staff tried very hard on the whole, bilingual ability with English was somewhat lacking especially at entry to the restaurant. Lastly, overall happy, location was somewhat unexpected. If you fancy a garden centre and Walmart as you direct views and neighbour this is for you.

Property is well maintained, spa is beautiful and very large. Hotel is on main road and next to all restaurants and shopping areas….very accessible…breakfast has lots of choices and is well stocked. Beds and pillows are very comfortable… Rooms and washrooms are bit cramped. There are no microwave in the room, it should be there for a hotel in this class. Overall, very nice and comfortable stay….

On a passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel, et tout était top. Super accueil, très propre, rien à redire. Bien placé pour partir en rando et découvrir le lac Saint-Jean. À noter que la piscine intérieure et la salle de sport sont en libre accès. Petit déjeuner, très copieux aussi bien en salé, que sucré ( céréales, fruits, croissants, omelettes préparées sur place… On recommande à 100 % !

My only deception is with the breakfast, the coffee was awful there was no decaffeinated coffee. A Staff with good intention managed to find some but it was like dishwater really terrible. There were no creton which is typical of this region and also no baked beans and the hash brown were really roasted big potatoes cut in quarter. The room was excellent the bed and pillows very very comfortable. Internet access was great with access to lots of newspaper.

I lived in the Saguenay and left 8 years ago. The night before we moved away we stayed at the hotel. At the time, it was brand new at the time and I was very impressed, so much so that I purposely booked for this short visit on my first time back. The one thing that struck me is that the parking lot still isn't paved...8 years later! This is a perceived high end hotel, otherwise worthy of a 5 star rating, but because the lot remains gravel, I cannot grade it that way. What gives?
