Yes very disappointed with hotel, restaurant closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday not mentioned on reservation! Had to pay £200 deposit again not mentioned on reservations! The bar was very small with no trained staff hotel manager making drinks from read list … not great. I would like some form of re compensating for this booking. The electric car parking chargers did not work, even the staff did not know and had to pay £19 per night to park as well! On the Saturday night a fire alarm went off at 00:15 midnight, with no explanation as was not a real alarm. Noisy at night with main road cars non stop and kids / people running around in corridors of hotel.

New, luxurious hotel next to A86. Adjacent buildings and infrastructure are still under construction. Parking garage includes sufficient charging points; costs €19 per day. The hotelroom was clean, nicely decorated and quiet. However, when entering it smelled of sewerage although the room was air conditioned. Rooftop bar and restaurant look amazing and offer you a nice view on the Eiffel Tower!

Het restaurant en de bar waren gesloten, dat was niet vooraf bekend. Er was een bruiloft en daar hadden we op de 5de etage heeel veel geluidsoverlast van. Verder waren de kamers schoon en netjes. Je moet 100 euro borg betalen. Die krijg je wel weer een keer terug op je rekening …. De receptie medewerker bij vertrek had er niet zo’n zin in. De dame bij het ontvangst was vriendelijk.

New and well thought out property. I rented the apartment and it is good for 4 people. The gym is basic but the equipment is Thecno gym. If they had a pulley machine it would be much better. Location is good and price is right. Will go back again.

Très bel hôtel spacieux, confortable et propre. Décoration moderne et accueillante. Le personnel est serviable et sympathique. Nous avons apprécié le Bar-Restaurant au 8ème étage qui offre une vue sur la Tour Eiffel. Hôtel très bien placé pour se rendre au Stade de France.

Das Hotel ist sauer und stylisch. Unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt und auch das parken war problemlos in einem großen und sauberen Parkhaus unter dem Hotel. Es ist weit vom Zentrum entfernt, dass war uns aber bei der Buchung bewusst. Trotz Lage an einer Schnellstraße waren die Zimmer sehr ruhig.
Das Hotel ist sauer und stylisch. Unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt und auch das parken war problemlos in einem großen und sauberen Parkhaus unter dem Hotel. Es ist weit vom Zentrum entfernt, dass war uns aber bei der Buchung bewusst. Trotz Lage an einer Schnellstraße waren die Zimmer sehr ruhig.

Hôtel très bien visiblement neuf dans un quartier en pleine rénovation. Le problème c'est qu'il n'y a aucune place de parking pour se garer dans la rue, nous nous garé dans une rue plus loin à 10 mns environ !!

Modern and clean hotel. Close to train station to Pairs centre. Nice rooftop bar too. Staff in reception helpful but staff at bar/restaurant not great. Very good value for money though.

Booked the family room , 2 adults 2 children (1 10years the other 9 months old) The room was very dusty, with dust all over. I reported this to reception and was asked if I wanted a cleaner sent in. We went out for the day expecting it to be sorted, but when we returned the room had not been cleaned. I informed them that I had to go to the pharmacy to buy anti-allergy medication because of this. There was no apology and not even a bottle of water offered for the inconvenience. The staff in the restaurant were somewhat pleasant, but aside from that the experience was very poor. I honestly would have felt more comfortable sleeping in my car. We got to the hotel at 23:00 wanted to have a late check out and were told will need to pay dispite the inconvenience faced . Left feeling like I wasted money booking this hotel

Everything was good for me except room cleaning; I requested that it be done three times before it was done. I left the card on the door as instructed, and it was done; however, when I called the front desk, they were always helpful and polite.

1. Breakfast is ok. Not great 2. Coffee machine was present, but the room service didn't refill the coffee. So bit disappointing. 3. The dressing table had some hair left there. So was wondering if whole room was properly cleaned. But except the lump of hair, other area of room were ok. 4. Location is bit away from central Paris.

Das Hotel ist neu und sauber. Es gab zu wenig Licht im Zimmer. Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert und das Servicepersonal war immer freundlich. Das Bett war gut aber das Schlafsofa hat gequietscht.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. If you are traveling with kids it’s a good place for them. Only down fall I’d say was the wifi, the wifi did not work at all during our stay.

We arrived on the 30th of May and the receptionist gentleman was just amazing! So helpful and kind, however when we left on the 1st morning the 2 guys there were just ignoring. I give an average rate, 5 for the gentleman on Thursday night and 1 for those on Saturday morning. I asked 3 times for take away breakfast, but 3 times they got confused, didn't share the information with the relevant staff members, which was very annoying. To sum up, the hotel is lovely, clean, the staff is depends who you find, the food is good, but it's quite far from the centre and only accessible by car or bus.

Unterkunft war ok, hatten drei verschiedene Rezeptionisten die allesamt was anderes erzählt haben über die Kaution. Der eine meinte dass Reinigungsgebühr, Benutzung des Fitnessraums und die City Fee darunter fallen. Die nächste meinte dass keine weitere Kosten auf uns zukommen und der dritte und letzte nahm uns dann noch die City Fee ab. Die Kaution haben wir bisher noch nicht ansatzweise wieder gesehen! Unterkunft war ok, hatten drei verschiedene Rezeptionisten die allesamt was anderes erzählt haben über die Kaution. Der eine meinte dass Reinigungsgebühr, Benutzung des Fitnessraums und die City Fee darunter fallen. Die nächste meinte dass keine weitere Kosten auf uns zukommen und der dritte und letzte nahm uns dann noch die City Fee ab. Die Kaution haben wir bisher noch nicht ansatzweise wieder gesehen! Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing and far from what we would expect from a 4-star property. From the moment we arrived, the overall service was poor — most staff members came across as aggressive and unwelcoming, which made our stay feel uncomfortable and stressful rather than relaxing. At no point did we feel any warmth or hospitality, which is such a key part of a good hotel experience. The only positive note was one staff member who spoke Portuguese — she was genuinely kind, helpful, and made an effort to support us. It's a shame this level of service wasn’t consistent throughout the team. We would not recommend this hotel and certainly don’t believe it meets the standards of a 4-star rating.

Poor handover from day staff to night staff. Room change request was not followed up properly by night staff following discovery of one bed bug. I was informed this was very rare but I hope it has been treated. On a positive note, staff were very friendly and property seemed very new or refurbished with good parking facility (not free £19).

Transportation was key there were 2 buses that ran right in front of the hotel and train was about 5 minutes away. The hotel was extremely quiet especially for a place that had bus load of people being dropped off every day. I have nothing negative too say.

We stayed 5 nights at this apart-hotel and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very spacious and clean, with air conditioning, and offered an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower—we loved watching it sparkle every night! The kids especially enjoyed having 2 big TVs, one in each room. The location is convenient, with a train station nearby. Just a tip: the travel card top-up machine at the station can get busy and there’s no staff on site, so it’s easier to top up your card at a metro station instead of the RER. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort and a great view!

Overall it is good hotel: clean not to far from the centre by train. the nearest train staion is 10 minutes by walking. 15 minutes to Paris then you need to get metro or bus to be in Paris centre. There is nothing to see around the hotel. Parking space available and we have been charged €19 which we haven't expected as we thought part of the deal.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kopster Hotel in Colombes for the first time, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. New and well thought out property. I rented the apartment and it is good for 4 people. The gym is basic but the equipment is Thecno gym. If they had a pulley machine it would be much better. Location is good and price is right. Will go back again.

Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Alles war vorbei, lange bevor das Buffet geschlossen wurde, und die Kellner brachten es erst, nachdem sie es wollten. Sie brachten sogar jeden Morgen Croissants und Käse, nachdem wir es wollten. Sogar die Tomatengurke war in einer winzigen Schüssel und war immer fertig. Außerdem war die Dachterasse nur bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet und die Küche schloss früher. Es war also unmöglich, die Terrasse zu genießen. Außerdem war der Transport wie ein Albtraum. Sie müssen mindestens 1 Stunde einkalkulieren, um nach Paris zu gehen. Busse sind überhaupt nicht wie geplant, Sie müssen zu jedem Ort umsteigen, um ihn zu besuchen. Aufgrund einer Fehlfunktion am Bahnhof konnten wir kein Ticket bekommen und es gab keinen Ort, an dem wir in der Nähe kaufen konnten. Aufgrund langer Bemühungen im Internet war das Ticket, das wir gekauft haben, falsch. Wir haben letztes Mal versucht, auf den Weg zu kommen und dann ein Ticket vom Bahnhof im Zentrum zu kaufen, leider konnte das karte nur für 2 Tage geladen werden. Sie sagten, du musst am Vortag für den Tag kommen. Wie Sie sehen können, war der Transport eine Qual für uns. Uber und Taxi wollen 50 € für das Zentrum. Bolt ist für 17 € günstiger, aber entweder kommen sie überhaupt nicht oder Sie müssen mindestens 1 Stunde warten. Abgesehen von all dem war das Hotel sauber und modern, aber es ist diesen Preis nicht wert.

Yes very disappointed with hotel, restaurant closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday not mentioned on reservation! Had to pay £200 deposit again not mentioned on reservations! The bar was very small with no trained staff hotel manager making drinks from read list … not great. I would like some form of re compensating for this booking. The electric car parking chargers did not work, even the staff did not know and had to pay £19 per night to park as well! On the Saturday night a fire alarm went off at 00:15 midnight, with no explanation as was not a real alarm. Noisy at night with main road cars non stop and kids / people running around in corridors of hotel.

Het restaurant en de bar waren gesloten, dat was niet vooraf bekend. Er was een bruiloft en daar hadden we op de 5de etage heeel veel geluidsoverlast van. Verder waren de kamers schoon en netjes. Je moet 100 euro borg betalen. Die krijg je wel weer een keer terug op je rekening …. De receptie medewerker bij vertrek had er niet zo’n zin in. De dame bij het ontvangst was vriendelijk.

We loved this hotel, the decor alone is amazing, it’s like a boutique hotel, immaculately clean and lovely staff, great breakfast and a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony which is such a nice area for breakfast lunch or dinner, comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom, no need to bring plugs from home with your phone as the rooms have USB fittings beside the bed, so just bring the lead to charge the phone, you can cast your phone to the TV and gain access to Netflix and YouTube if you have small children with you,
