Dit is mijn 6e of 7e verblijf in dit apartement hotel wegens mijn werk in Parijs. Modern, schoon en niet al te ver van mijn werk met de trein en metro maar 1. de keuken gedeelte is te klein voor een standaard comfort studio, 2e lift werkt niet sinds mei of eerder, fitness was ook ruim 2 maanden wegens brand of zo...dus de service en onderhoud duurt te lang. Ook zou het handig zijn als er meer personeel is bij de receptie. Rest is top. Prachtig uitzicht op de 9e etage.

Hébergement pratique, confort mais mal situé (autoroute en contre bas) et sanitaires pas très propres à l'arrivée. Personnel très agréable. Par contre, nous avons payé 11euros par jour pour le garage alors que la porte était HS donc pas sécurisé du tout.

Great hotel and facilities but 1. 2nd lift is not working so you have to wait a long time for the 1st elevator to arrive and checking in/out at the reception takes a long time. More staff. Also, dinner options are limited. Rest is great. Great gym and sauna on the 9th floor with a view of the Eiffel tower and La Defense.

Je suis déçue par le manque d honnêteté du personnel à notre arrivée le soir 33€ de parking normalement sécurisé et fermé alors que la porte est endommagée et ne ferme pas , c est malhonnête, sachant que le personnel nous répond (mensonge) qu ils ont laissé ouvert pour les arrivées alors que c est faux car la porte ne ferme plus .

Great apartment hotel. Clean, modern and a great view of Paris from the gym on the 9th floor. Have stayed here 3x and already booked my 4th due to work in Paris. Metro Le stade and some supermarkets are just 10 min walk from the hotel.

Ótimo Personal muito simpáticos e eficientes. Quarto confortável mas infelizmente a porta da varanda não fechava direito foi feito uma proposta de troca de quarto. Mas preferir permanecer no mesmo. Tinha uma recepcionista que falava português muito simpática e eficiente que facilitou a comunicação. A garagem muito prática e fácil acesso. Voltaria com prazer novamente.

L’hôtel est bien situé à 10mn à pied de l’arrêt Le Stade” du transilien J qui est à 10mn de la gare St Lazare. Le village de Colombes est à 20mn à pied avec ses boutiques sinon il y a un Monop’ au coin de la rue avec une excellente boulangerie pâtisserie et un Franprix à 10mn. Leclerc à 15mn côté axe principal ou Monoprix au village. Les studios sont agréables avec une superficie correcte permettant de circuler avec des valises le long du mur. La partie kitchenette est un peu juste niveau équipement le frigo est petit et il n’y a pas de four, juste un micro ondes et deux plaques mais on se débrouille. Amateurs de café, vous serez frustrés : pas de machine. La salle d’eau est un peu exiguë mais décente. Par contre absence totale de rangement: pas d’armoire, pas de placards pour les vêtements. Le personnel est très agréable et dévoué, beaucoup de gentillesse et on sent de la joie de travailler là. Notez que l’établissement est dans les hauts de Seine, donc à 45mn de l’aéroport Roissy et 30/45mn de Paris centre. Un bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour moyen si vous ne voulez pas trop dépenser en hôtel.

Bonjour, Client fidèle de votre établissement (plusieurs séjours depuis l’ouverture), je souhaite vous faire part d’un incident survenu lors de mon départ le 12 juin 2025 à 13h58. Un agent à la réception (en chemise bleue) m’a rappelé de façon sèche que le check-out était à midi. Lorsque j’ai proposé de payer le supplément (100€) qu’il m’avait demandé pour une nuit entière ,il a finalement abandonné l’option de paiement mais m’a tenu des propos désobligeants et condescendants, me reprochant de ne pas connaître les règles des hotels sur un ton presque agressif. Pourtant, j’étais parfaitement disposé à régler sans discussion. Lorsqu’il m’a ouvert l’accès au parking, il a tenté de changer de ton en me disant que son boss n’aurait jamais laissé passer ,je lui ai simplement dit que cela ne m’aurait pas dérangé de payer. À part cela, tout le personnel de l’hôtel est toujours sympathique, attentionné et professionnel. Cet incident est, je l’espère, isolé, mais je tenais à le signaler afin qu’il ne se reproduise plus, ni pour moi, ni pour d’autres clients fidèles. Hormis cet incident, je tiens à souligner que l’ensemble du personnel reste courtois et attentionné. J’espère simplement que ce comportement restera un cas isolé. Cordialement,

Everything was perfect, from the young receptionist who was extremely friendly, to the perfect room he chose for us, to the car park that was of a decent size to the location of the hotel, just a few seconds away from a major highway entrance! We will come again!

I have had a horrible experience. Hopefully, it can be corrected. I arrived on July 25, 2025, with the leaving date of July 28, 2025. The first day was great. The staff was very helpful. The second day, my key stopped working. Originally, they thought it was the key, so the staff kept having me run back and forth to recode the key. Sometimes they would tell me to wait and that they would bring a key, but no one ever came and I was left in the dark because the key works the electricity. Eventually, I gave up, and I just asked the staff to open the door. They gave me a key that didn’t open the door but did keep the lights on. On July 27th, they upgraded me because my key was not working. Which I was happy with, but then I got an email that stated the hotel had charged my card 28 dollars. I went downstairs to clear the matter up, but the front desk at first stated she saw me with a beer. I explained to her how I came the night before, and the person at the bar stated that y'all can’t sell alcohol. Then she stated that I had breakfast. I asked her to show me some type of proof. I know for sure that I did not order breakfast because I had been sleeping in due to late nights. I just don’t like the dishonesty. Hopefully, it gets fixed. Either way, I will be disputing the charges, but I would like the hotel to give me some type of reason for why and how this happened.

The second day, my key stopped working. Originally, they thought it was the key, so the staff kept having me run back and forth to recode the key. Sometimes they would tell me to wait and that they would bring a key, but no one ever came and I was left in the dark because the key works the electricity. Eventually, I gave up, and I just asked the staff to open the door. They gave me a key that didn’t open the door but did keep the lights on. On July 27th, they upgraded me because my key was not working. Which I was happy with, but then I got an email that stated the hotel had charged my card 28 dollars. I went downstairs to clear the matter up, but the front desk at first stated she saw me with a beer. I explained to her how I came the night before, and the person at the bar stated that y'all can’t sell alcohol. Then she stated that I had breakfast. I asked her to show me some type of proof. I know for sure that I did not order breakfast because I had been sleeping in due to late nights. I just don’t like the dishonesty. Hopefully, it gets fixed. Either way, I will be disputing the charges, but I would like the hotel to give me some type of reason for why and how this happened.

Mon séjour c’est bien passer sauf que 1h après mon départ une personne me contacte en stipulant que la gouvernante a retrouver un bagage dans la chambre . Sachant que ont est 4 collègues de travail à séjourner depuis 1mois dans cette all suites. The staff was kinda rude, I had an issue because they had listed the gym on the amenities section and that was the main reason I booked there because I was almost one month away from home and wanted to work out but when I got there they told me the gym was not available, I talked to them to see if it was possible to cancel or change the booking to just one night and they told me that it was very hard because it was going to be a “hassle” to get paid by Expedia because it was prepaid for 3 nights. I had to stay away from my family who booked near by downtown Paris and I didn’t even get to work out. If you are looking for the amenities make sure to contact them first because they are doing a lot of renovations, one of the employees told me they had a fire. If you are looking for something specific and they have it listed but when you get there they tell you it’s not available, most likely you won’t see your money back and they won’t do anything about it. The hotel is like 1:20 hour away downtown. Also the transportation around is very limited and you have to walk like 20 min to the nearest metro station.

Was outside of main Paris district which we knew when booking but there was very little around the hotel as it seems to be a new development, mostly a building site building new apartments. Staff were OK but one of the Lifts wasn't working. Would stay closer to Central Paris next time.

Everything was perfect, from the young receptionist who was extremely friendly, to the perfect room he chose for us, to the car park that was of a decent size to the location of the hotel, just a few seconds away from a major highway entrance! We will come again!

Great hotel to stay. The staff is amazing and helpful. However the bridge crossing the roads from the hotel to easily access the train station is closed now for construction. So you have to walk around 10-15 min to get to the train station. But other than that the hotel is nice and clean. I recommend to all visitors .

El ingreso a los apartamentos es terrible, lejos de París, no tiene acceso principal, y practicamente tienes que bajar o subir tu equipaje fuera de la propiedad y en la banqueta. It was rather far from Paris Central and so was subject to very long metro and bus rides (combination) and SUPER far from Disneyland Paris. The hotel room itself though was a great size for four of us, the neighbourhood was pleasant enough, but more options to eat would have been nice.

Great apartment hotel. Clean, modern and a great view of Paris from the gym on the 9th floor. Have stayed here 3x and already booked my 4th due to work in Paris. Metro Le stade and some supermarkets are just 10 min walk from the hotel.

L’hôtel est bien situé à 10mn à pied de l’arrêt Le Stade” du transilien J qui est à 10mn de la gare St Lazare. Le village de Colombes est à 20mn à pied avec ses boutiques sinon il y a un Monop’ au coin de la rue avec une excellente boulangerie pâtisserie et un Franprix à 10mn. Leclerc à 15mn côté axe principal ou Monoprix au village. Les studios sont agréables avec une superficie correcte permettant de circuler avec des valises le long du mur. La partie kitchenette est un peu juste niveau équipement le frigo est petit et il n’y a pas de four, juste un micro ondes et deux plaques mais on se débrouille. Amateurs de café, vous serez frustrés : pas de machine. La salle d’eau est un peu exiguë mais décente. Par contre absence totale de rangement: pas d’armoire, pas de placards pour les vêtements. Le personnel est très agréable et dévoué, beaucoup de gentillesse et on sent de la joie de travailler là. Notez que l’établissement est dans les hauts de Seine, donc à 45mn de l’aéroport Roissy et 30/45mn de Paris centre. Un bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour moyen si vous ne voulez pas trop dépenser en hôtel.

As condições do hotel são muito boas. A cama é confortável, a possibilidade de usar o ar condicionado é um diferencial, especialmente se você estiver nos dias mais quentes do verão europeu. Erg kil qua inrichting met spierwitte verlichting. Ze gaven aan geluidsarme kamers maar wij hoorden het verkeer toch. Vorige hotel hoorde we niks. In het restaurant was meer dan de helft wat op de kaart stond niet te krijgen. En 1 dame van de bediening was ook niet vriendelijk. Niks was mogelijk. En in de wijn zat er nog drab in. Wel een nieuwe gekregen.
