Very nice hotel. Good size rooms and good facilities. However, no coffee is provided in the room only tea and that also not always topped up. No teaspoon to stir the tea. Towels are changed even if not on the floor which make it not very eco friendly. Recycling bin in the corridor are good thing. There is a lovely outdoor pool and a gym. Unfortunately the sauna and jacuzzi were out of service when we stayed there. Shuttle available for free to go to bus or metro stop with very friendly driver. Generally the hotel stuff is very nice. We had 1 lunch at the hotel. Reasonably price and very tasty. We didn't try the breakfast.

Dès l’arrivé, nous avons remarqué la supercherie.. « le spa » enfin ce qu’ils appellent un spa !! Un monsieur qui a fait l’effort de parler français mais qui nous a fait un mensonge gros comme une maison. Mais « spa » le plus grave … lol Le matin au petit déjeuner alors que j’avais réservé avec petit déjeuner ben non le même monsieur mais la qui ne parlait plus qu’espagnol me fait comprendre qu’il fallait payer le petit déjeuner qui lui aussi n’en n’est pas un ..!! Plus jamais cet hôtel comme ça c’est réglé. - - 190€ la nuit (du coup sans petit-déjeuner) - 21€ le parking - 34€ Deux petit déjeuner

The hotel is current refurbishing many rooms with some areas unappealing during this time - this will only be temporary and would not stop me returning. The breakfast is a great selection with fresh hot gluten free rolls if needed.

It has very dated facilities - a bedside without any plugs for example?! And is quite distant from downtown or any dining/shops but close to the university and 8 mins from the metro. The staff are okay but we had a couple of weird exchanges.

Alt var bra og rommet var stor og bra frokost. Avstanden til sentrum var langt og vi måtte ta bus og taxi hver dag frem og tilbake til Hotelet og brukte my penger på det.

Sa serait bien que le personnel parle le français sur tout à l’accueil l’agent d’accueil me dit petit déjeuner offert puis ce rétracte le lendemain et me dit non je vous est jamais dit sa cette hôtel était passer en accueil VIP ACCESS par expedia je dirait vraiment médiocre mis à part sa reste un bon hôtel mes sur tout qu’il apprennent le français vue la catégorie de l’hôtel c’est important !!!

Sa serait bien que le personnel parle le français sur tout à l’accueil l’agent d’accueil me dit petit déjeuner offert puis ce rétracte le lendemain et me dit non je vous est jamais dit sa cette hôtel était passer en accueil VIP ACCESS par expedia je dirait vraiment médiocre mis à part sa reste un bon hôtel mes sur tout qu’il apprennent le français vue la catégorie de l’hôtel c’est important !!!

Dès l’arrivé, nous avons remarqué la supercherie.. « le spa » enfin ce qu’ils appellent un spa !! Un monsieur qui a fait l’effort de parler français mais qui nous a fait un mensonge gros comme une maison. Mais « spa » le plus grave … lol Le matin au petit déjeuner alors que j’avais réservé avec petit déjeuner ben non le même monsieur mais la qui ne parlait plus qu’espagnol me fait comprendre qu’il fallait payer le petit déjeuner qui lui aussi n’en n’est pas un ..!! Plus jamais cet hôtel comme ça c’est réglé. - - 190€ la nuit (du coup sans petit-déjeuner) - 21€ le parking - 34€ Deux petit déjeuner
