Had to check in earlier than I would have liked because communication with Hotel was difficult but overall the place was an excellent and convenient place to stay. Was very happy to get an upgrade to a balcony room, very nice !

The onsite manager was very nice. However the room was not as advertised. On the website details it says 2 bathrooms. It only has 1. The website adverises full fridge - Not the case. It has a bar fridge There is no toaster. There is no coffee maker -only a jug. There is only 1 drinking glass 1 desert spoon, 2 different size coffee mugs ec etc etc. The maintenace is poor. Shower cubicle leaks, door to bar fridge cupboard broken etc The room requires an audit, maintenance and upgrade and the website needs to be a true reflection of the unit. The website is misleading and unit should not be readvertised until faults corrected. The best thing about the accommodation was the manager

My husband and I stayed 3 nights, the first night loud music played until midnight then started again before 9 in the morning. We needed to share the 1 cup and 1 glass for drinks. The aircon didn't work properly so you couldn't turn it off or change the temperature which was set to 17, so we had to change the mode when it got too cold and then back again when it got too hot. The toilet made a loud sound everytime you flushed - loud enough to wake you up. Parking available means public parking on the road with a 2 hour limit during the day. However it was clean, the manager was friendly. The room was supplied with fresh towels daily and rubbish was taken.
