Whilst it was only for one night, my stay was great. Very comfy bed, lovely outlook, lovely gardens, easy to park, and so tranquil. And communication with the reservations team was easy and professional. Highly recommend!

We had a great staycation however the pool was like ice and we were unable to swim in it (it is July) the hot tub was lovely but so small, so we couldn’t go in for long as there ended up being a line of families waiting for their turn for a dip. Would love to see some heating in the pool so it wasn’t un-swimable as my 6 year old can usually swim in any temp pool! The convince was great! We had dinner in the gilded anchor and breakfast at the pantry. Thanks for a great time

Pool doesn’t open til 9am so have 1 hour to enjoy it before checking out. Pay top dollar for pool use on day of checkout we are limited. But it a small motel. 8am would be much better. Says no pool towels but we do have towels!? Taps falling apart basin cracked. Bathroom outdated. Food great.

Nice motel, large room. Pool area a bit dated but still fun. Good cafe on site. On site restaurant (Captains Table) is passable. Room was not cleaned / made up each day. Toilet paper not supplied daily, rubbish not cleared daily.

They had rennovated a tired old motel to look contemporary and fresh. As we checked in on a public holiday and checked out on a public holiday, there was no housekeeping, and we were not informed if there was any check out process. There were no pool towels available and many of the pool chairs were damaged with old, mouldy cushions. It was a reasonable facility for a quick stay but anything more than one night would not be recommended.

This was a beaut of a property. Great staff and an excellent restaurant. The pool was lovely yet freezing. However, long black hairs in the bathroom and on the bathroom floor. Floors pretty unclean. Also, a wedding on the second night which was noisy. Not really a child friendly venue as advertised.

Loved staying at the Quarters! It's like a mini resort and the staff are welcoming and friendly. We had the family room on the first floor. It was clean and surprisingly roomy. Our balcony overlooked the pool area. Definitely will be going back.

Hot tub was a primary consideration for booking and was not working. Room (301) was a box located next to the utilities storeroom and only window opened onto the main walkway. Decor was nice but we could not use the room for relaxing as we’d intended.

Was greeted on arrival by lovely receptionist and directed to our room. Room was very nice, beds were as comfortable as sleeping on a cloud. The pool looks amazing. Unfortunately though we were placed next to a wedding party's room and their guests who made noise until 1.30am, and as the walls didn't seem insulated we heard everything and we're very tired and grumpy the next morning. They then woke us up by their noise at 6.50am. As reception closes at 5pm there was no one to request assistance from. We came up from Sydney for a desperately needed weekend of relaxation, but ended up leaving to go back to Sydney the next day. Was so disappointing. We explained what happened to the manager who was very understanding and processed our refund immediately. The hotel and staff are wonderful, but if a wedding is scheduled, please let other guests know to give your non-wedding guests the opportunity to come at a different time or place them in rooms away from wedding parties as they are just too noisy.

Room 301, a corner standard king room. Comfortable bed. Room in need of refurb and reconfiguration to make better use of relatively large space. Bathroom could easily accommodate a separate shower and larger vanity rather than have the shower over the bath which flooded the floor due to the inadequate screen and the shower head which needed to be pulled out as far as possible so that water fell into bath rather than onto the wide horizontal tiled area at end of bath. Quite disappointing considering price of $637 for 2 nights.

Attended a wedding and as the mother of the bride I had the dress and veil in my room, some hanging hooks on the WALL would be very helpful as I had to hang it all on the architrave above the coffee machine. The hooks need to be high to accommodate a long dress. Also the bathroom is so big with a tiny towel rail above the bath tub that none of us could reach and my husband is 6ft 2, more towel rails are very much needed, you have the space and towel rails don't cost much and it's so annoying when there is no-where to hang wet towels. Booking, check in & the casual hours of reception operation was not the smoothest, this area needs more consideration, as it's a great motel with much potential. The Olive Grove Wedding venue and their staff I could not fault as this is a separate business along with the Captain's Table restaurant, all was wonderful and top notch. Overall we had a wonderful wedding and the accommodation is so conveniently close, just some touch ups needed for The Quarters hotel and it would all be perfect. Thank you

Also the bathroom is so big with a tiny towel rail above the bath tub that none of us could reach and my husband is 6ft 2, more towel rails are very much needed, you have the space and towel rails don't cost much and it's so annoying when there is no-where to hang wet towels. Booking, check in & the casual hours of reception operation was not the smoothest, this area needs more consideration, as it's a great motel with much potential. The Olive Grove Wedding venue and their staff I could not fault as this is a separate business along with the Captain's Table restaurant, all was wonderful and top notch. Overall we had a wonderful wedding and the accommodation is so conveniently close, just some touch ups needed for The Quarters hotel and it would all be perfect. Thank you

Hannah, Lynden, Bec and Donna showed excellent customer service and made us feel very comfortable and ensured we had a memorable stay. They helped with the suitable rooms and checkout. The Pantry was great and the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable to be in. The overall amenities, the room and the parking was all clean and comfortable to be part of. All staff made us feel welcome. Will definitely be recommending The Quarters to all our family and friends. Thanks for a memorable experience

A very nice place with awesome staff. I had pretty low expectations going in but was pleasantly surprised by the place. The size of the rooms and bathrooms were pretty clean. The pool are was alright. Its not near the hustling bustling area like Terrigal but its in a quite area.

Stayed here for a night the day after my wedding (we're from Sydney and just wanted a day to ourselves before we flew out for our honeymoon). We got an upgrade and the room was super spacious and clean. Unfortunately the pub was closed (it was quite rowdy down there due to a birthday party), but there were great options on Uber Eats and there's a shopping mall close by :-) Would stay there again if we were in the area!

We had a great staycation however the pool was like ice and we were unable to swim in it (it is July) the hot tub was lovely but so small, so we couldn’t go in for long as there ended up being a line of families waiting for their turn for a dip. Would love to see some heating in the pool so it wasn’t un-swimable as my 6 year old can usually swim in any temp pool! The convince was great! We had dinner in the gilded anchor and breakfast at the pantry. Thanks for a great time

Pool doesn’t open til 9am so have 1 hour to enjoy it before checking out. Pay top dollar for pool use on day of checkout we are limited. But it a small motel. 8am would be much better. Says no pool towels but we do have towels!? Taps falling apart basin cracked. Bathroom outdated. Food great.

Nice motel, large room. Pool area a bit dated but still fun. Good cafe on site. On site restaurant (Captains Table) is passable. Room was not cleaned / made up each day. Toilet paper not supplied daily, rubbish not cleared daily.

This is a motel - when I booked it didn't say it was - motels are very different to hotels in my opinion - it was a nice stay for 1 night - pool was so overcrowded as it was a full house so didn't get much use - food options limited n their cafe was closed on new years day - it also didn't mention this when i booked - thankfully we had a car n drove out to grab a bite - beds were comfy - could tell the shower was a rush job getting cleaned so i recleaned again with spray n wipes I took as I have kids - netflix was a nice added bonus too!
