Das Gebäude und das Zimmer sind nett gestaltet und das Personal ist überwiegend freundlich, der Rest passt jedoch gar nicht: wir haben für ein eher mittelmäßiges Hotel 200€ pro Nacht bezahlt und dafür ein Zimmer auf europäischem B&B-Niveau erhalten. Leider sind die Zimmer extrem hellhörig und die Tür sowie das Bad haben Fenster zum beleuchteten Gang, was das Schlafen sehr schwierig macht und das Gefühl einer Jugendherberge vermittelt. Bei Ankunft ging zudem die Toilette nicht, sie wurde dann auf Nachfrage am nächsten Tag repariert. Außerdem gab es am ersten Tag kein Frühstück, was wir erst bei Ankunft am Nachmittag vorher erfuhren und es angeblich im Preis miteinbegriffen war. Als Alternative wurde uns gesagt, wir könnten ja im Supermarkt etwas kaufen. Wir haben dann zum Glück selbst ein sehr nettes Cafe in der Nähe gefunden. Das Frühstück gibt es in einer benachbarten Holzbude mit offenem Feuer neben einer wenig charmanten Müllhalde. Insgesamt ist die Umgebung des Gebäudes sehr heruntergekommen und schmutzig. Zimmerservice kostet zudem auch extra - und das bei 200€ pro Nacht! Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier leider überhaupt nicht. Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Maravilhoso, apartamento super confortável e bem decorado. Apenas a ducha de banho tem que olhar pois molha todo o banheiro. A localizaçao é ao lado da avenida central mas a rua é escura. Me hospedaria novamente.

This hotel falsely advertised on the Expedia website. As far as their amenities, the hotel does not have a restaurant or breakfast included in your stay. Nor does it have a swim up bar or lounge. They have one permanent person that works the front desk and he only works from 8am-4pm. We wanted to go out at night & it started raining. We weren’t able to order a taxi with the concierge because no one is there after 4pm. They say that you reach them by what’s app, but no one will respond after 4pm. The water constantly kept getting shut off. They don’t use face cloths or wash cloths. You only get one dry towel.

Terrible experience. We couldn’t even enter the hotel. Nobody will open the locked door for you even it’s your first time being there. Btw, No street lights within 500 meters — bring a flashlight.

2.5 - The hotel room looked pretty at first glance and we loved the aesthetic. It’s located very nicely to the downtown area which was nice. However, the little things stacked up and contributed to our low rating. We paid for a nicer room with a small pool on the rooftop, but didn’t even get to use it because they clearly don’t clean them, so it was a waste of money. The cushion covers on the rooftop were also ripped which made a seemingly luxurious experience become a waste of money. We would’ve rented a regular room. No small towels were provided, and even when we asked for some we just got more regular towels (maybe they don’t have them.) The water went off on Thursday and we didn’t receive a response about it until Sunday (thankfully it came back on before then). It’s hard to find someone at the front desk if it’s past 2pm if you need something. I will say housekeeping was there daily which was nice. Oh also, there is no shower curtain so the way the room is set up, everyone will see you showering lol. Overall the room looked nice from afar but the little details ruined it for us. Apart from location, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unfortunately.
