Rooms where clean well. There was NO breakfast just juice/ coffee. It smelled like sewer. The pool was always nasty especially when we came back from what we where doing for the day. Beer cans , napkins , towels where left out there, plastic stuff was in pool. There was a 2 year old out there with grandmother and she was not paying attention and he was drink out of the can. The Grandmother said that people where peeing in the pool

Property was updated some time ago well l, and then left to neglect Toilet leaks. Disgusting, did not see until on the way out. Door swing look torn loos. And does not work. Carpeted rooms. Disgusting, holds germs and dirt. Mold around bath tub. Fan in bath did not work. Remote will not work with cable menu on TV, have to scroll through channels. Trash all over outside, and not new stuff. Pool is green Paint all over needs touchup. No door sweep, so hallway sounds come in. Drapes old and worn with holes. Door card stopped working and door jams trying to open. Parking spots are too tight, careful with door dings.

I do not recommend, unless you’re desperate. NO ELEVATOR which is a huge inconvenience. It has been out of service for quite some time, apparently, so this says a lot about the ownership/management. They don’t care. They wouldn’t even give me a first floor room that I requested when I booked online 24 hrs in advance. The room was extremely hot and didn’t cool down until around midnight. There was still hair on the toilet and tub. There was a large space between the door and frame so anyone could see in. I taped up some paper to block it. And they have NO BREAKFAST. Not even coffee. They don’t advertise any of this on booking sites so I was blindsided. Do yourself a favor and pick another hotel.

Bed bugs are an understatement, the rooms are outdated and pooy cleaned, they have no actual breakfast, and they enter your room whether a do not disturb sign is showing or not, save yourself a headache and keep room hunting elsewhere

Disgusting Hotel Very Very Dirty Shows that it has Hot breakfast NO breakfast. Staff said they didn't have it. Photos of hotel are no the hotel. The road noise is so loud sounds like you are sleeping next to highway. Had to leave TV on to mute out noise. Room was disgusting dirty crap in each corner. Bath faucet was barely connected to sink falling off. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I found the room dirty ( hair in the sink and tub, candy crumbs in the floor, missing light bulbs). The property dirty and rundown. There is a busy train track across from the property (trains run all night long). There are better choices in the area.

Stains on the bedding and ceiling, window open and hard to lock, flooring buckling, Tav hanging off the wall. Used towels appeared to be placed back on the shelves rather than washed. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t stay there again.

First, it smelled like a wet, decaying dog and moth balls inside the whole hotel. My room was no different. The plumbing was really wonky and the best you could get from the shower was Luke warm. The vinyl wood flooring was coming up and creating tripping hazards. The noise was the most upsetting. There was an Indian lady working nights and was constantly screaming into her cell phone outside my room at all hours and waking me up. I reminded her politely each time and she still randomly started again later. I asked repeatedly for a wake up call and they never called or knocked until my last day checking out.

My stay was good. It sucked that the wifi kept going in and out and i could barely get work done. Also the loud noise from trains and cars made it hard to sleep. Sadly some of the appliances in the room were rusted. But overall the room was clean and so was the bathroom so i can't complain

Great stay. Would do again. Only drawback is the noise coming from the hiway and especially the trains, which blow horns several times at night. Otherwise, the facility is good, clean, and the staff is great.

Checked in 9PM. Desk guy appeared after 10 min. He acted a bit annoyed, not welcoming. I asked for a better location-which he did give. Next AM - 2 desk females ignored as I waited to get the quick breakfast. A nice housekeeper had to keep calling one of them to help me, but still ignored! I then loudly asked for brkfast! The black older female clerk finally turned and got the breakfast bag. Had to ask about juice (before it turned off at 9AM) Not friendly or concern to help. At checkout, the older female w/white hair kept talking about herself. No greeting. No thanks. Bed cozy. Good TV. Bathroom has some unclean corner areas.

THEY LITERALLY GAVE MY FAMILY A FRUIT CUP FOR BREAKFAST AND A PEICE OF TOAST. FOR THE 120 A NIGHT I COULD HAVE PUT THEM IN A HOLIDAY INN. ALSO, USED MY MOTHER DEBIT CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION. ALSO, I WAS NOT WARNED ABOUT THE DEPOSIT AND THE HOTEL KICKED US OUT AT 9 NOT 11. THEY MADE MY FAMILY WAIT FOR THEM TO INSPECT THE HOTEL. IVE NEVER BEEN SO ANGRY WITH A HOTEL BEFORE.

We were moved multiple times, we found dirty underwater and the other room had no AC. We moved from room to room… overall bad and nasty experience. I Understand staff is limited on how they can care for their customer, but this was ridiculous. The room we ended up with had dirty sheets and the cleaning lady did not change the covers. I’m telling you, bad service.

The motel is old and not well maintained. The lobby had a very unusual, unpleasant odor that seeped into the hallways. At first I thought it was sewage or fecal, but I concluded it was ethnic (Indian) food that was being prepared in the lobby by the staff, who are all family. Some kind of pot was cooking. The continental breakfast was a bag, one for each person, containing yogurt, a granola bar, and an apple. That's right, a bag breakfast. The bathtub stopper didn't work (of course). On the positive side, the room was adequate and clean and the AC worked properly. You get what you pay for, and we didn't pay much.
