A localização do hotel é ótima, fica na Gran via, ao lado da plaza españa, com todas as facilidades, com metrô na porta, curta caminhada do Palácio real. A recepção do hotel não funciona 24h no local, somente até as 22h. O hotel funciona em dois andares do prédio. Eles te dão uma chave da entrada da porta. O quarto é limpo, a cama é boa e apesar de ter a vista da Gran via, não faz barulho.
