Perfect location with excellent views. The rooftop restaurant was a nice bonus. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Nice variety of food choices for breakfast and room service was very good. The room was clean and furnished with typical decor found throughout GCC countries. Some reviews stated that furnishings seemed outdated I found it to be on par with 5 star resorts in this region. Highly recommend, and I will be back again.

Great hotel and small (47flrs!). Excellent gym lovely pool and outdoor roof bar. Fab views. Great service. Excellent for the DIFC. Right side of the main road so a 10 min walk. And very reasonable. Don’t share this!😧

I recently stayed at the Carlton Downtown and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The state of the furniture in the hotel room was disappointing, as many pieces were old and some even appeared to be broken. Another downside was the lack of dining options at the hotel. To my dismay, all the restaurants were closed, leaving guests with no convenient on-site food and beverage choices. Furthermore, the overall lighting in the hotel was poor, creating a dreary and unwelcoming atmosphere. This, combined with the old and slow elevator, made navigating the hotel a My stay at the Carlton downtown was marred by the worn-out furniture, lack of dining options, and the poor lighting and slow elevator. I hope that the hotel management will address these issues to improve the experience for future guests. You would not feel you are in Dubia due to poor quilty.

i stayed for 4 days. My room was in the 11th floor. even though the room was very clean. There was a very bad smell when you walk through the hallway. turned out there was a room called garbage room from which a very bad smell was spreading. It was like having a dumpster inside the hallway... i talked to the staff and manager twice about this and nothing was done about it. I really dont recommend staying in this hotel.

Like to say all staff made the stay extra special. The hotel is located in an excellent location, less than 5 min walk to the Metro and less than 5 min walk to Gate Avenue Mall ( which has nice fine dining establishments and other dining options) and DIFC Business Center. Less than 5 min walk to Tim Hortons, Starbucks , Pharmacies that are open 24hr. There is a free shuttle that runs multiple times everyday to the Mall of Emirates. The Dubai Mall is only one metro station away.The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable bedding.

Rooms need work. TV is so outdated, no ability to play YouTube / Netflix etc. Shower was weak. Room was a good size but even though there was a kitchen in the suite, no cutlery or crockery was in any drawers or cabinets.

A great hotel ideally located downtown ideal fir visiting many sights such as Burj Khalifa. Fountains, the frame, museum of the future etc. it was much better than we’d expected and our suite was very spacious and comfortable. To whom it may concern, I wish to make a complaint about the room I received whilst staying at the Carlton Downtown, Dubai 23-27 February 2025. Upon arrival, I asked reception for a room with a view of the Burj Khalika and was told I could have one. When I went into the room, there was no view. I asked reception again and was assured that I would be moved the following day. The same thing happened every day and I was never moved, despite promises that I would be. I was eventually offered the possibility of one night in a room with a view but it was too late by then. I am really unhappy about this and it spoiled my stay. Thank you

L'hôtel Carlton Downtown est vieillissant par rapport à ce qu'on peut avoir sur Dubaï au même prix. Mais ce qui a été déplorable pour les trois chambres réservées, c'est le niveau de service. En effet, un manque de serviettes à répétition qu'il fallait toujours demander, le paiement des nuits à l'avance lors du check in, et pour le check out 25 minutes d'attente avant de pouvoir être libéré de l'hotel ( ils envoient quelqu'un pour vérifier l'état de la chambre) et pour s'entendre dire que j'avais consommé un red bull, ce qui est faux car je ne bois en aucun ce type de boisson. Mais comme leur service est déplorable ils ne vérifient pas systématiquement ce qu'il y a dans le frigo entre chaque client. Le service de nettoyage de vêtements, très limite, car lors du retour du pressing il manquait des vêtements, il a fallu aller les réclamer en insistant 24h avant le départ. Dans un 4* on attend vraiment à autre chose. La boîte de nuit, qui est plus un bar avec des chanteurs de musiques arabes (on aime ou on aime pas ce n'est pas un jugement), mais peu ou pas du tout de variétés internationales. Deux points positifs, le service du petit déjeuner (Sami fait du bon service) et le roof top. En conclusion je ne recommande pas cet établissement

大晦日に宿泊し、最上階のカウントダウンパーティーにも参加しました。全席からブルジュカリファが眺められ、ブッフェも豪華でとても素敵なパーティーで一生の思い出です。パーティーに参加しなくても裏口を出れば見えるのでそこで楽しんでる人も大勢いました。近くに日本食が多いのと、タイ人による安いマッサージが裏手の角にあったのでマッサージ好きの人にもオススメのホテルです。

Viaggio di lavoro. Come utente gold ho ottenuto upgrade in una suite 42° piano con vista meravigliosa. La camera pulitissima, ben insonorizzata. Servizio in camera veloce. Colazione ottima dal dolce al salato. A pagamento succhi freschi e caffé espresso. sono comunque disponibili macedonia e frutta fresca e bevande varie! I stayed at room number 2003. It smell bad because the room was out of fresh air. Although hotel building was tall my room was next to other buildin which prevents me to see outside. Breakfast was not good. I would not stay there again
