Very nice hotel, nicely located, walkable, quiet enough, nice courtyard and pool for the summer, very good breakfast with good options, cappuccino and real orange juice. The room was nice as well, although there were a few small ants in the bathroom.

The staff really do make this place, friendly, chatty and efficient. Breakfast is good and plenty of choice. The pool area needs a little TLC. The rooms are compact, but the beds are uncomfortable unfortunately and the hotel is a bit noisy, I think the walls must be thin, so the noise does travel. The location is great though, and the car park is a bonus. I think it’s value for money.

A lovely hotel to stay in over Christmas with helpful staff. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained with a ground floor terrace. At this time of year the restaurant and outside bar area are closed and the pool is open with a small sauna available upon request. Car parking behind the hotel with a direct access gate is 10€ per night or you could take your chance at obtaining free street parking. Breakfast is continental and they helpfully provided gluten free rolls. All in all a lovely stay in a centrally located hotel.

Al llegar al hotel, preguntamos en recepción que donde estaba el parking gratuito para poder dejar la moto, me indican que justo a la espalda del hotel. Mi sorpresa fue que a lo que ellos anuncian como aparcamiento gratuito es en una explanada, sin vigilancia, resumiendo, en la calle. Creo que no deben de anunciarse "aparcamiento disponible" ya que en la calle todos sabemos la disponibilidad que hay. Estando en recepción llegaron tres señoras enfadadas por el mismo problema. En las indicaciones dentro de la habitación, dan información de que el aparcamiento es vigilado y que cuesta 10 €/noche, al preguntar nuevamente en recepción me dijeron que eso era antes, que la explanada la explotaba al parecer el ayuntamiento, pero que hacia poco que lo habían puesto libre para aparcar cualquiera que quisiera. No se debe anunciar una cosa en los hoteles y que luego sea otro o algo que ni se parece a lo anunciado. Lleva a confusión

An dem Hotel gibt es, abgesehen von den Parkmöglichkeiten nichts zu beanstanden. Im Gegenteil, jeder der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt (sofern man gerne mittendrin ist). Wir konnten für 10€ extra auf dem Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel parken. Die Abwicklung hat super geklappt.

Booked 2 rooms as we had a separate room for the kids. The positives were the location was great, the building and rooms were cute and we had an ocean view. Our room the AC was broken and only produced heat. When we arrive it was 34.8 degrees (in Dec) and couldn’t get any cooler. Bed was horrible, very soft and you could hear the springs when laying down. After going to the front desk they initially said nothing the could do until the next day, but after back and forth they had another room. That room had a terrible sewer smell from the drain in the shower and we found out the next morning it also had a lot of ants. Needless to say, would not stay again or recommend unfortunately as it had a ton of potential.

Overall our stay was fine. Very good location with a sea view, although the very large Car Park between the hotel and the sea view did detract. Breakfast was only satisfactory as often items had ran out and not replaced until asked for. Nice, large room which was cleaned every day but the occasional smell of drains in the bathroom and on the balcony was off putting.

Lovely room, friendly efficient staff on reception. Nice pool area and shared tv room (tv in room too), we had take out breakfast due to an early flight. Only negative our room was at the front opposite an Irish bar so quite noisy at night. Easily walkable to local restaurants and the beach

I’d probably say feels about 3.5 star. Shower was good but they need to sort drain out as tray filled up within a minute. Lots of boxes in bathroom of toiletries which gave it a cheap/stag night feel. No complimentary water.

Good location, possible to park on big public parking and then enter the hotel from pool area with bags. Now to negative in my point of view if you pay for seaview you also have the view of the big carpark and the double bed was only 1,35 meters not even 1,60 as queensize normaly is. 1,60 bed would have fitted in the room. If bed bigger and better madrass I would return

Fint lille hotel med super beliggenhed og rigtig god morgenmad. Sengene er ikke alt for gode og der er meget lydt på værelset. Der må ryges på alle udeområder, inklusive de terrasser det hører til værelserne. Det var voldsomt generende, eftersom både vore naboer og underboer røg. Det er en lille fin bar på hotellet, men den lukker allerede kl. 20.

Location was fantastic as were all of the staff throughout our stay. A great hotel. Thank you to all. What let our stay down was our room being located next to reception. The noise late into the night, and early hours including people ringing the reception bell multiple times in the early hours was dreadful.

Everything you could ask for - early check in, clean and comfortable room, powerful and warm shower and lovely staff. Location was fantastic with Balcon 10 minutes or so walk and lots of local bars and restaurants. Shame about the rain but that was spectacular watching as well.

I really loved this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony view. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, doing whatever they could to help me when I had car trouble. The breakfast was also delicious and the breakfast staff were very service-oriented. The only downside was the hallway noise was a bit loud in the morning - I think the walls are thin. But otherwise I absolutely loved my stay here and look forward to coming back in the future.

From the moment I arrived, it felt as though the front-desk clerk was granting me a personal favor instead of simply doing his job. The room didn’t help: every shift on the bed set it rattling and squeaking like an old shopping cart. • Service? More like self-service. I phoned for an ironing board and was told, “Come fetch it yourself—anything you want, you come down.” Oddly, when I requested extra towels the next morning, they did deliver them… but only after grilling me for the used ones, as if I might be running a black-market towel operation. • Breakfast of no champions. The “sunny-side-up” eggs were clearly premade, rubbery and ringed with crispy brown edges. When I asked for a fresh batch, the attendant insisted they’d been cooked just fifteen minutes earlier. My taste buds—and common sense—disagreed. • Pool of disappointment. A quick dip was impossible; the water reeked of stale chemicals and damp gym socks. One whiff sent me straight back to the squeaky bed. All told, the staff seem programmed to respond “no” first and figure out customer care later. A great location can’t save a place that treats guests like inconveniences. I checked in expecting hospitality and checked out wondering if anyone here ever learned what that word means.

No es la primera vez que elijo este hotel, pero lo de anoche fue increíble. Sonó la alarma de incendio a la 1:30 de la madrugada del 13-11-25. Todos los huéspedes salimos a ver que pasaba y nuestra sorpresa fue que no había nadie del hotel. Estuvimos buscando a algún responsable al menos durante 15 o 20 minutos por todos lados, mientras tanto la alarma seguía sonando sin parar. Al final se nos ocurrió llamar al número de móvil que aparecía en la tarjeta del hotel. Al menos me contestó una chica al segundo o tercer tono. Le expliqué lo que pasaba y a los 10 minutos aparcó un coche en la puerta. El chico que salió, entró a recepción y desconecto la alarma. Como toda explicación nos dijo que alguien había fumado en la habitación. Esto sin ni siquiera pasar del mostrador de recepción. Menos mal que no fue un fuego real. Increíble

Perfect. It is in the centre of town, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, there is a large car park next door, & we had a very pleasant breakfast. The pool is small but clean. We had a room with a balcony with a sea view. I couldn't fault it.

Trevligt hotell på ett perfekt läge. 5 min promenad till centrum och dess stränder. Ca 10 min till Burriana-stranden. Trevligt hotell med mycket bra frukost. Rummet var rymligt och snyggt. Bonus för smart-tv så man kan streama det man vill. Poolområdet använde vi inte men man kan nog inte ligga och sola där om man har den ambitionen.

The rooms were good sizes and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Dining room, bar and pool area lovely. My two issues was that the complimentary coffees were not replaced automatically and the breakfast was not kept hot enough. However, I would definitely return maybe not have inclusive breakfast.
