The only negative is the size of the pool.

The breakfast was good, the A/C worked great, Parking was sparse if you get there late and want easy access to the front ( its kinda dark in the parking area ) The hotel was well kept and they offer free cookies at the front desk. The bed is firm and the linens are a tad thin but comfy. The water pressure is HORRIBLE but its not a complete deal breaker. The shower feels a bit small because they have the shower curtain inside of a semi "walk-in" shower that has a glass panel (poor design IMO) There was a mini fridge and a microwave in the room which is always a PLUS :) Easy access right off the freeway but it is somewhat hard to get in/out of with only one true in/out access point. If you want to access some of the stores and restaurants, you cannot simply cut through the parking lot and it isn\'t really walkable. There is a Top Golf style mini golf bar and restaurant directly in front of the hotel which is cool. As well as a Target around the corner. Overall, this is a great value for where you are and its Approx 15 minutes from the Mayo Clinic.

The only problem we had was the pool was a funky color. But the staff was exceptional, Room was spacious and clean and the breakfast buffet was AMAZING

We came down for a wedding in Old Town Scottsdale. Check in was easy and fast, and great location. Rooms were good size and clean. Free Breakfast buffet style was great and had a lot to choose from. There are a lot of things to do in the area, Medieval Times a couple minutes down the road, out of hotel window we could see the Salt River ballpark (Colorado Rockies training fields), and there is Top Golf with restaurant/bar adjacent to front of the hotel, and indoor skydiving in the other side. There was shopping just down the street and it’s about 15 minutes to Old Downtown Scottsdale. The only small (just more inconvenient complaints) was parking area is sparse when area got busy around the entrance of hotel, as there is only one entrance/exit, and the people who come to golf park there. All of the parking out front near entrance of the hotel are marked “Gold Members only” parking of hotel and only a few handicapped available! But the gentleman at the hotel said we could still park there as he is not checking vehicles. Hotel does have carts you can take out to your car to load your luggage up on. And the Pool/hot tub was only open until 10 (adults wanted to use it….as we just drove 12 hours and the guy up front was adamant about it closing at 10:00 pm) No towels in pool area, had to go to the front desk and get them. Other than that was a good stay!

The pool was awesome! Very quite stay breakfast could have been little better but overall great

Clean and wonderful hotel! Staff is awesome, Eric was inviting and helpful. Pool is a bit on the smaller side, but clean and fresh.

The staff at this hotel is excellent. Helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms very comfortable. There are delicious breakfasts in the morning and cookies and coffee in the afternoons/evenings. We love staying here when we need a hotel in Scottsdale. The hotel is centrally located near major highways so it’s easy to travel anywhere in the Phoenix area.

Room was not ready when we got there. We went and got lunch, came back and then waited for it to be cleaned. Everything was clean except the floors. Hair on floor in bathroom and I don’t know what was on the floor under the desk, but obviously not vacuumed. Only 2 Kleenexes in box and no refill in the room. Additionally, the room faced the mini golf course across parking lot. That place had its music blasting until at least 1030 or 11 o’clock maybe later. I really needed to get some sleep but couldn’t with all the noise. We stayed at the same place a couple weeks prior, but stayed on the backside of the hotel, which was much quieter. Breakfast was average but definitely not as good as it was on our first stay. I guess the first time we stayed left us with high expectations for the next.

Didn't like the small pillows to sleep with. Air conditioning unit was a bit loud. Not enough parking spaces, parking on the backside of the building had no access to it so you had to walk quite a ways to get to your park car. Breakfast was good.

The good: reasonably priced. Bed linens and bed comfort. The bathroom was clean. Free breakfast was of good quality. The bad: food and beverage stains on the walls. HDMI cable not connected to TV. Common areas and elevator floors not clean. Food crumbs not vacuumed from previous guests and lastly the drain plug in bathtub was not attached properly so water could not fill tub.

There was puke in the elevator and 4th floor waiting area. Gentleman working desk knew and didnt clean. Then at bfast time he said cook called out so didnt know what to do to get us breakfast. The 7am person was nice enough to gethelp so we all got breakfast

The room was spacious. The only thing that was not ok was the cleanliness. Carpet in our room was unvaccumed, sink was dirty and the sheets were ripped. The staff was nice. I stayed here because the ratings.

I’ve killed two bugs in my bed so far so I’m a little nervous bc I just got into bed ten minutes ago. Why are there bugs in my bed? One pincher bug under my sheets when I pulled them back and another weird bug that showed up a few minutes later. Will there be more when I’m sleeping? Not very clean or up to my standards for what I paid for this room.

There was an old receipt for Burgers and Beer between the top and bottom sheet. That means the staff never changed the sheets before we occupied the room. We let the front desk know and they moved us into a different room, but who knows if THOSE sheets were also changed.

There were still dirty towels left in the room at checkin. There were hairs everywhere in the bathroom and dust on all the shelves in the bathroom.

Beds were comfortable, nice that there was a couch so you don’t have to sit on the bed. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker was nice as well. Only thing about the room was the shower had mildew or mold. The bathroom/rooms were updated.

Staff up front was super nice at check in. However our room was very dirty. There was hair in the bathroom, built up grime on the tile in the bathroom, no toilet paper, stains on the couch, food left in the fridge. Unfortunately we won’t be staying again

It was all good except first night was not ok. The people next to us had their tv on blast all night long. My daughter could not sleep at all.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast selection, good size room. Fridge and microwave in room

Stayed overnight. Liked the area. There is a lot of entertainment, food and shopping nearby. The rooms were clean and comfy however the walls were thin with very loud neighbors laughing shouting not yelling at each other. The breakfast was quite good! Probably the best I’ve had that was not cook to order. Would definitely stay here again!

We checked in later in the evening and parking was non existent. Check in was quick and the guy working was amazing. Got to our room and it was nice. AC unit was extremely loud. We reset it the next morning and it got better after a period of being turned off. Other than that it was pretty standard

Room was very nice and clean staff was nice. Breakfast was nice verity. Only call out was pillows need to be replaced.

The room was clean and the staff extremely helpful particularly Casey and Katlin as well as the hotel manager.

Casey, the front desk attendant, was very kind and accommodating. She made us feel welcome and taken care of!

When I got to the property (8;00 pm) there was no one at the front desk. I waited to a while, and still no one. I said "Hello" pretty loudly a few times and still no one. I called the hotel number and the phone in front of me rang! No luck. After 15 minutes of me standing there, a woman appeared from the hallway and told me she was busy getting ice ready for a meeting. A simple note saying "back in 15 minutes" would have been nice. Other than that, it is a clean nice hotel.

The hotel front desk was rude and rudely had me waiting for 10 minutes in line. She then instructed me to sit down and when I did she told me to get up I was next. The service was rude and unexpected. I had an arrival time of midnight and I was super tired. I was with my niece and her infant.

I asked to have my room cleaned especially needed more towels. Left for the day room not cleaned no towels. Called front desk he brought more towels and apologized. Next day went to front desk asked for room to be cleaned and told her it wasn’t cleaned yesterday and she said they were busy and she was not nice to me. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t stay there on my next visit.

Very good overall experience that started bad with the front desk worker not acknowledging me checking in for a good 10 minutes. The hotel itself was very nice and in a good area.

The biggest problem with the property is we stayed there for 5 days and we never once was able to get anybody to clean the room we had to go up front to ask for toilet paper and towels multiple times and we complained about them not cleaning the room and it still never got cleaned

Nice room, quiet, Close to many fast food restaurants, and upscale restaurants a little further away.Movie complex basically next door. Close to Talking Stick Rrsort.

Good breakfast, nice staff, fairly comfy bed, nice location

I especially liked the location, near the Oddysea Aquarium. We had tickets from last year to use and with back-to-back doctor appointments it made sense to spend the night and the Comfort Suites Scottsdale was the perfect location.

Great overall location. Close proximity to the spring training facilities and a wide variety of shopping and food options within walking distance.

Loved the location and the friendliness all around! Many shopping areas near buy for last minute purchases! Will stay again

Overall the stay at Comfort Suites was very excellent. It was our first time staying at the Comfort Suites and everything was very accessible from restaurants to shopping at near by stores. A plus there are entertainment options that are walkable.

I stayed for 2 nights as part of my solo trip to AZ. The staff were helpful and friendly upon my stay. The hotel bed was very comfortable & the area has plenty of restaurants, stores and near the Talking Stick Casino. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re ever in Scottsdale.

Clean hotel near a lot of things to do. Fairly noisy due to proximity of highway 101. Good value

Woke up to walking down To get breakfast puke on floor by and in Elevator. No breakfast cause cook was sick according to lazy dude at desk.at least gal who replaced him got 3 people to come in and help her make breakfast

It’s not what it used to be. The rooms were not as clean as before. The breakfast was terrible, and also the employees at the kitchen had a really bad attitude.

We would stay again, however, dont waste your time on the free breakfast. It was terrible. The banana and the yogurt was good. Everything else was terrible.

The staff were amazing. Greeted at check in with a very nice lady. The breakfast was top notch and the two guys that took care of the breakfast area were working non stop refilling food and getting tables ready. Always lots to eat and great selection. Our suite was huge and very clean when we arrived. Love the simple touches like hot coffee 24/7 and the lemon infused water and cookies at the front were a treat. Pool was kept very nice and lots of towels. Location was close to the boardwalk and the popstroke across the parking lot was great for a few happy hour drinks and dinner. Had a great Christmas here with the family and looking forward to returning next year

We had the best experience here! Staff were friendly. Amenities are nice. Rooms are spacious! We really loved their breakfast. Eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles (2 waffle makers so no line up), and much more. They fill up everything right away so it does not ran out easily. Will definitely recommend.

“Hot foods”(breakfast potatoes and eggs) were cold each morning. Hot tub was great.

Great staff. Continental breakfast was hot, fresh, and plentiful. Offered hot sausage, eggs, and potatoes. Opportunity to make oatmeal, waffles, and toast. Options for pastries, juice, milk, and coffee. Fresh fruit options too! Room was clean, spacious, and I appreciated the iron, and toiletries. Even though it’s close to the 101 freeway, there was minimal traffic noise.
