Place was clean, a lot of people use the pool and Jacuzzi and it’s a small pool and Jacuzzi to fit those people. Overall, it was better than the other ones out there.

Lobby, dining, pool, hot tub, room- everything was extremely clean and smelled great. Front desk service was excellent and friendly. Excellent location to hop on highway, shopping walking distance through parking lot. Comfy bed. If I had to identify an area needing improvement- the elevator was slow.

Clean and comfortable. Pool was small but did the job to relax alongside the hot tub. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent and breakfast area is clean. The hotel is about 20 min away from Hershey park and 13 min away from the National Fire museum and PA state museum.

I love the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Although I feel like hours of operations for the Jacuzzi/swimming pool should be open for adults after hours I was not ready to get out of the Jacuzzi at 10 o'clock.

4th trip to this hotel and absolutely zero disappointments. Our family loves the pool and hot tub which is why we choose this hotel over others. Very well kept property. Clean and modern. Good breakfast options. Will be back again for future PA trips!

Clean comfy room. Great welcome by Antonio. Pool and hot tub was clean. Breakfast was outstanding! One of the best I've had with hotels that include in price. Hot food, breads, cereals, oatmeal and fixins, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate. The elevator was one of the slowest I’ve ever been on in my life. Not soon after we checked in it went out of order. The TV in the room turned on but did not work. We couldn’t get cable and couldn’t get Netflix. We couldn’t get anything on even after having the front desk person come up and fiddle with it. They offered us another room but at 11 PM at night not moving. Loud noises started at 6 am outside our widow which overlooked Weis market shopping area. Thought it was a garbage truck but couldn’t see that and went on for over a hour. But other than that, honestly, It was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely stay there again and I would completely recommend it. A couple of wish list items. Towel bars by the sink. More hooks to hang wet items on. A shelf in the shower. A plant or something in the pool area to make it less empty and stark looking.

The property was inviting and the staff was friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming. The breakfast was ok for the price. The children loved the pool. It was clean and didn’t get too crowded. The area was safe. The only issue we had was we ran into 4-5 towels that had stains on them. Some in the room when we got there and some at the pool. Secondly and this may not be major to everyone, but the showers were fairly small says my 5’10 275lb (not that huge) husband.

The room was a nice size and it was very clean but the mattress was hard and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. They don’t do room service your second day there and you have to ask for extra towels and coffee. The desk clerk was like, “let me check to see if I can give you and extra pillow and towels.” It was almost like it was an inconvenience to ask for more stuff since housekeeping didn’t service our room during the day. What was he going to say? Sorry but you can’t have more towels?? Come on you’re in the customer service Buisness.

The hotel had been recently renovated and was in excellent shape, clean, quiet and safe. The King bed was comfortable and the shower was a walk-in. A very short 5-minute drive and you were at a major shopping area. Additionally several restaurants were within walking distance. Nice place to stay if you don’t want to spend a fortune.

Front desk was amazing especially Antonio! Rooms were large and comfortable. Easily accessible to Hershey park. Only complaint was it was very dark in the room even with all the lights on- otherwise it was a fantastic stay. Thank you

Arrived at 3:15pm. Was told room was not ready…ok no problem. 10 minutes go by…20…30….almost an hour later room STILL not ready. My husband and I have three young children. Imagine waiting in a hire lobby for an hour after being in a car for 4+ hours. The man at the check in desk was not helpful at all. Didn’t offer us to wait in a room while ours was being cleaned. It was only till I told him to give me whatever room available that we were finally able to get in a hotel room to relax. Poor hospitality. And also, if check out is at 11am and check in is at 3pm, what is housekeeping doing for 4 hours that rooms are not ready in time?! We were also one of THREE families waiting for clean rooms upon our arrival. To really unacceptable.

This was a great hotel experience from start to finish. The staff Sharon and Kristen were extremely welcoming and answered all questions thoroughly. The breakfast was great too, there were many options. Water pressure was awesome and everything was spotless. We would absolutely stay here again. 1000/10 recommend.

The hotel is finishing up renovations but it didn’t affect our visit. This is our 3rd visit over the last few years and the renovations that have been completed are very nice. The one thing that stood out on this visit was the staff. My 2 sons and I were eating breakfast one morning (which breakfast was awesome) when my son accidentally knocked over his drink. I went to grab some napkins really quickly just to help contain the mess. Before I got back to the table, the young man working behind the front desk (Antonio) was already at the table with a spray bottle and towels cleaning things up. Then another worker came by with a mop. When I apologized for the mess, Antonio said “don’t worry about it. Things like this happens I am just glad that to be here to help clean things up.” Antonio is the type of worker who goes above and beyond for his guests. I hope the hotel management realizes how fortunate they are to have someone like him work there. Overall, zero complaints or concerns. 5 stars all the way! I look forward to our visit next year!

When we went to check in at 3 PM, the room that they had assigned to us was not ready. They did give us an upgraded room from two double beds to two queen beds, but it was very unappreciated that they kept saying the room number out loud. Working in the hospitality industry, this is one thing that I know is frowned upon. Especially when two ladies are traveling alone.

We stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott during a recent visit to Hershey. It was about a 20 minute drive away. The staff were very friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and well appointed. Parking was free and plentiful. The included hot breakfast bar was satisfying and very convenient. There are other restaurants and shops located nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stay, close to all what we wanted to do. Only back draw was the road in front of the hotel, busy with trucks and semis, bc there is and industrial area up the street. Other than that, everything was good, clean friendly. Would go again but taking a room facing the rear.

Good hotel for the value. My wife and I are picky when it comes to hotels but we would stay here again. Areas which need improving: The gym. The room we stayed in was nice but musky smelling. Also the pictures on the website showing the outside are misleading. The hotel is next to a strip mall. But that isnt all bad. It means you have easy access to food, etc.

Awesome.. only thing is breakfast with disposable dishes isn't a good choice... hard to cut things with plastic knifes... plates are not firm with hot food... and coffee do not taste the same with paper cups... so be more environmental on that is great... and other thing is changing the menu for breakfast is also awesome... or add same different items on different days... is hard to found every day the same...beside that everything is awesome

I wish the beds were queen and not double beds. Also please be mindful o fnut allergies. Walnuts were restocked for the oatmeal and the workers glives weren't changed after touching the walnuts.

Nice property and clean rooms. Only complaint would be breakfast on weekends not until 7am wish it was 6:30am like the other days. No coffee ready at 5:30am. The gentleman did brew us some but no creamer was out.

Great stay. With the ongoing renovations the breakfast was VERY limited. Not sure why a toaster could not have been available. The breakfast sandwiches of egg and sausage was something my husband and I would never eat. The room was excellent and staff were great.

There was a tiny problem with the only elevator not working briefly but it was corrected promptly. The Breakfast Buffet was OUTSTANDING! I've NEVER seen such a HUGE selection to choose from at a hotel! Amazing!! The member of out party who used the pull out sofa bed reported that it was not really very comfortable but those things rarely are. Overall a really great stay. Oh yes, wanted to note how nice it it to have a 3pm check in time (instead of 4pm that most places enforce) AND a 12 Noon check out time when other places insist that you leave a full hour earlier. Very nice!!!
