The check-in experience was highly unsatisfactory: the process was disorganized, the explanation of the facilities was inadequate; customer had to ask about how to use and where to use the facilities, and the staff were unfriendly. The front desk did not provide any response to my requests, which reflects a serious lack of attentiveness and professionalism. The condition of the hotel room was unacceptable: the floor was covered with dust balls and various stains, and housekeeping failed to provide a complete set of towels during cleaning. This reflects very poor standards of cleanliness and services Recommend to stay with other Singapore brand 5-Star hotels in Marina Bay or Tanjong Pargar area.

Nice location, large rooms. The only negative was they default to housekeeping every other day. Even when I requested additional housekeeping they failed to do so. It was late in the day by the time I got back to the room and there was no point. Feels more like a business hotel than a luxury hotel that it markers itself at.
