An sich war fast alles perfekt. Vielleicht war es auch nur ein klassisches Europäer Problem. Anlagen haben den Aufzug im besonderen und auch alle anderen Räume in Kühlschränke verwandelt. Draußen schwül bis heiß und dann der Temperatur Schock hat uns schnupfen beschert.

The location of this hotel is excellent, comfortable hotel design but service could be better in terms of timeliness, and sufficient manpower. The room will only be cleaned after 4pm if they have high check-ins, also for the gyms/ pool access there are insufficient service staff to do the key exchange resulting in extended wait/ queue.

Nice location, large rooms. The only negative was they default to housekeeping every other day. Even when I requested additional housekeeping they failed to do so. It was late in the day by the time I got back to the room and there was no point. Feels more like a business hotel than a luxury hotel that it markers itself at.

The check-in experience was highly unsatisfactory: the process was disorganized, the explanation of the facilities was inadequate; customer had to ask about how to use and where to use the facilities, and the staff were unfriendly. The front desk did not provide any response to my requests, which reflects a serious lack of attentiveness and professionalism. The condition of the hotel room was unacceptable: the floor was covered with dust balls and various stains, and housekeeping failed to provide a complete set of towels during cleaning. I cannot comment about the property conditions because I was unable to stay there. I can give high praise to the staff for their professionalism. At the last minute, my husband and I were unable to come to Singapore. I called the Sofitel to explain our situation and even though we were within the cancellation period, the hotel allowed us to cancel our reservation without penalty. We were very impressed and will definitely stay there the next time we are in Singapore.

Thank you guys for making our stay a very satisfying one, the hotel felt great this time around, we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and the cherry on top was allowing us to check out at 16:00 since we had a flight late in the evening.
