But very nice property but main level was not on the same level as pool which was on separate level of outside dining area. The pool was under a roof and did not receive direct sun. The condition of the living area and bedrooms were immaculate. Just had to climb many stairs to get from one level to another.

The property has a great view of Santorini waters. I booked the 2 floor suite with private pool for just the wife and me—it was amazing. The only issue, which is fixable is changing the beds because they are hard and changing the toilet lid which was not aligned with seat bowl. Also, it would be best to give customer some snacks and drinks for each day they stay. Overall, great place to vacation.

Anna was the perfect host - she was very responsive and insightful. We had a few hiccups during our stay such as the jacuzzi not turning on or getting warm and some ants in the bathroom, but these matters were addressed immediately.

While White Pearl was in an excellent location in OIA reaching the room was extrememly difficult due to all the steps and changing levels of the path to our unit. There are no handrails and was very difficult to navigate. I limited climbing to few times a day as the climb was exhausting for me. I suggest that guests be warned of the issue before they book. Also we booked a unit, Blue Moon, that advertised a plunge pool located on our balcony right outside the room but the pool was not located adjacent to our room but rather on another level with more steps to climb to reach it. I was unable to climb those stairs.The descirition for Blue Moon on White Pearls website is not honest and accurate. Booking transport through the hotel was much more expensive than had we secured our own taxi and on our departure to the airport the manager added another couple to the taxi who was going to a location no where near the airport and we almost missed our flight Bed was comfortable but difficult to get in and out of. There is no sunset view from these units. Shower often did not have hot water and the sink overflowed several times. The thing we did like was the view of the ocean from our room. It was beautiful but I would not book this hotel again due to the deceptive advertising on their website.

The photos for this hotel listing are incredibly misleading. The conditions are not “VIP” or enjoyable by any means. - The pool area and lounge seats are run down, ripped, and give motel impression. - We got the aurora grace room and the indoor plunge pool was murky water and had dirty jets. - The bathroom has mold. Mold on shower shelf, painted over on the walls, and the sign above the toilet just the biggest example of lazy upkeep. - The bed had bugs. The hotel staff assured us it was ants which is still gross. We lifted the sheet to check for more bugs and the mattress was stained with what looked like blood.

We stayed at the “Pure Blizz”. Beautiful villa with the most incredible view. The jacuzzi was private and the room was great. Great location, close to all stores and restaurants. Staff was great. Concierge was extremely helpful. Oía was the most beautiful village in Santorini.

We had a brilliant stay at White Pearl villas. The rooms were beautiful and cleaned daily by the very friendly cleaning staff. Location was also great - once you come out of the villas you’re right at the start of the promenade into Oia so everything you need is within walking distance. Breakfast was served a 2 minute walk away at Luno - we couldn’t fault the food here nor the service. Our daily server, Joanna, was a ray of sunshine every morning! We were very impressed by the attentiveness of the staff at White Pearl villas. Always on hand via WhatsApp for any request small or large, even managing to reserve us best tables at restaurants at short notice! Unfortunately we didn’t get the manager’s name to give a shout out but she was brilliant throughout. Thank you White Pearl villas for making our trip so memorable!

Absolutely amazing accommodations. So clean, and such great quality. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and gave recommendations. They coordinated our transfers for us. Everything was a breeze from check in to check out.

Warm welcome by Nickoli, Ioanna and Irini. Property as pictured. Cave house with tree sleeping ares off living room. No doors on bedrooms. Small bar fridge coffee facilities. Bathroom black so a little dark, not a bit issue.We loved staying here was quite, except when bathroom light/ fan was turned on. Very noisy, I sure can be fixed. We stayed late April being May so enjoyed less people. View from our room outstanding, only have to walk up a few steps to pool area. House keeping was excellent. Breakfast was at the Luno Cafe good selection on menu with freshly squeezed juice tea and coffee only a few minutes walk back up to Main Street. Expect to climb steps this Is Santorini. Ioanna was at Cafe to greet guests very welcoming and happy to make restaurant reservations and recommendations. All transfers booked by hotel worked very well. We loved Oia the small town had beautiful little boutique shops and many restaurants. The view from caldera over Aegean Sea is amazing. Would love to come when weather is warmer, to lounge beside pool.

Room was unique and view with an outdoor hot tub is incredible! Yet very convenient to what Oie has to offer in its many local restaurants and activities. Also, staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here!

Booking transport through the hotel was much more expensive than had we secured our own taxi and on our departure to the airport the manager added another couple to the taxi who was going to a location no where near the airport and we almost missed our flight Bed was comfortable but difficult to get in and out of. There is no sunset view from these units. Shower often did not have hot water and the sink overflowed several times. The thing we did like was the view of the ocean from our room. It was beautiful but I would not book this hotel again due to the deceptive advertising on their website.

The property is amazing. The view is spectacular and the staff are helpful and helped us book all of the activities we wanted to do. The only problem was the villa we stayed in was located on top of a bar that played very loud dance music until around midnight every night. The staff did offer to move us to a different villa but it was already late at night and we had unpacked. Overall great experience but bring noise cancelling headphones if you plan to go to sleep before midnight.

Anna was available for questions ahead of time (via the app messaging) and she helped me coordinate special requests and local experiences before we arrived. Stayed here a total of 8 nights for our honeymoon and it was everything we wanted. Location is convenient, quiet and well maintained. All staff was helpful, polite and were always available for questions or concerns. I would recommend staying here for a couples retreat. It doesn’t get much better.

We had a brilliant stay at White Pearl villas. The rooms were beautiful and cleaned daily by the very friendly cleaning staff. Location was also great - once you come out of the villas you’re right at the start of the promenade into Oia so everything you need is within walking distance.
