The hotel itself is great - good staff and service and very clean. The down points are the area, pool/ roof top and the cost of drinks. I have stayed in some lovely hotels but it’s really an odd choice for the nobu to be in this area of such a vibrant city like Barcelona. There’s nothing close by but a large supermarket, a bus station, a few cafes and a huge building site. Every time we left the property it was an uber or 30 minute walk to the main areas of the city. The roof and pool are tiny for the size of hotel and as this was the main reason we picked the hotel, 6 beds and a few chairs was a big disappointment. I understand that drinks are always more in hotels but in a country where good wine is plentiful and cheap, €14 for a tiny glass of rose in a plastic glass is crazy and more than soho house etc. It’s worth looking at alternatives in the same price range but in better areas which is what we’ll do next time

The roof top pool is so small and the indoor one requires extra charge. There’s not really any “service” that you’d expect from a five star hotel. Bathroom is modern but water runs everywhere after shower because of the way the shower is installed.

Lovely hotel across the street from Barcelona Sants station. Rooms are very large. Bed is very comfortable. The view from the restaurant on the 23rd floor is fantastic. The rooftop pool & bar is highest in Barcelona & 2nd highest in Spain. You can eat there as well.

In general we had a very good stay. I particulary appreciated the friendly service, they even offered a small cake for the birthday of my wife. Very good breakfast with many options, the buffet is open until 10.30, I must say that many other hotels offer breakfast until 11.00. The room is good and spacious but minimal, I appreciated the two "real" beds while many hotels are offering only sofa beds for children, but there is only a small table with only one single chair, the bathroom is spacious but has no bidet. The gym is very good, with a good choice of new equipment.

The room was great. The front counter was great. The info that none of the spa is included in the price you pay should be in bold letters. There was a cost to use the sauna and steam room as well as pool. Ridiculous. Everything has an additional price. There was no way to purchase waters and snacks that were not over the top cost wise. $4.59 euros for a Coke Zero is completely insane. And to use the sauna for a short time cost $19 euros. But they did give a 20% discount. Wow. Big deal. There should have never been an additional charge. I u Serrano the massage costing more but the hotel was presented as a spa/ hotel. And I wasn’t the only client who wasn’t happy there were two others with the same opinion. And the poor girls at the spa desk were getting hammered on and that wasn’t fair either. I also thought there should be a store to purchase items a little bit more economically without having to search out a store.

Very nice hotel with great facilities and really high-quality finishes throughout. Unfortunately the AC in the gym was not working and after requesting 4 separate times to reception they still didn't manage to get it working for my two day stay.

Our stay at Nobu BCN was honestly one of the worst we’ve experienced. It was not a Five Star experience at all. For a five star hotel you do not expect to experience the following (we were staying in one of their junior suites); - ripped towels in bathrooms - many holes in black out curtains - rooms not cleaned & towels not replaced - black mould around the shower floor - service was extremely poor from check-in desk to restaurant & waiting staff. - cold, filtered and weak coffee in the bar - no accessories in rooms such as razors, body cream or combs etc. (reception told us we needed to request them. Personally, for a 5 star hotel in one of their higher spec, more expensive suites, you shouldn’t have to ask for small accessories.) - after requesting a late check out, we were quoted a fee 30% higher than the room rate for 1 night available on hotels.com. After calling reception back to flag this, the receptionist was extremely rude which lead to an exchange that felt like we needed to earn the right for the correct rate to be applied. Again, not what you expect from a five star hotel. To conclude, the small touches and service are what make it a five star stay worth it in our opinion. We’ve stayed in Nobu in other areas of the world and had an amazing experience. This one fell short massively.

The staff here is amazing. Super helpful. Loved that my room was ready when I arrived early. My room was cleaned in a timely manner each day and the bed was perfect, especially after a long flight from the US. The only downside was I found a lot of long red hair in my bath towels and floor on day 1. I didn’t like that. I was solo so I used the other towels that did not have hair. This Nobu is older (or at least my room had signs of that). The rooftop view is spectacular. Love the proximity to the metro and train station. I would stay again but maybe upgrade the room. The area felt safe to me to walk alone at night (and I did at 1a/2a).

After a long two weeks of travel in different cities around Spain/Portugal I was excited to spend my final night at what I expected to be a world class facility. I was disappointed to see that the facilities in the room were tired and need of updating. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom, soaking the floor with no drain to let it run in to. ended up on my hands and knees cleaning the floor after my shower(s) cleaning up the shower drain cover was chipped and broken there was a considerable amount of black mold/mildew at the base of the shower glass and the fixtures (tap and shower head(s) were worn and chipped overall, this was a very expensive dissapointment

The rooms were beautiful, especially the corner suite with panoramic views, the beds, pillows, or the highlight of the stay as they were amazing to sleep in stand-up shower was beautiful with Glass views of the city not much activity around the hotel. You must take the L3 or L5 line to the major parts of the city, including La Born and Gothic area where all the fun restaurant shopping top bars are, but it's about a 20 minute subway right to those areas. try to get down to the beach area, especially along the walk where the beaches are towards the W hotel.

All staff were amazing, really welcoming & helpful. The beds were very comfortable, pillows especially - however queen size beds are not practical for sharing, should have been a king / super king. Room was booked for 3 people but they only left 2 of the cups & saucer and only two glass wear for water / wine etc. The rooms definitely aren’t sound proof, could hear the hoovering above us, people in the corridor & also the construction work across the road. We had to ask for more milk & coffee as this wasn’t replenished. Overall I would recommend the hotel but just some things to be aware of.

Great location, and friendly staff, but definitely avoid if you're a business traveler. There was no desk or table with a nearby outlet to set up a laptop, and the wifi was totally unusable with only 8 megabits down, and 0.25 megabits upload. My office VPN did not work on this connection, and I ended up buying a SIM card just so that I could get some work done. There is also no spot to charge your mobile devices, which one would expect in the year 2024. The shower water pressure was not up to par (compared to other hotels I visited on this trip) in Spain. There was no shaving/magnification mirror, and the bathroom was poorly lit. The air conditioning unit in the room was quite noisy making it difficult to sleep.The breakfast was really good, so I would recommend taking the breakfast option if it's available.

Staff was extremely nice, nothing to complain about there! However, the room we got was extremely poor. The rooms placement first of all was right next to a busy street where cars were honking and making a lot of noise until 3 o clock which for us trying to sleep at least before twelwe, made it almost impossible. The windows and balcony were poorly made with no isolation of sound. Second of all, the bathroom of the room was extremely cold at all times, freezing. The floor was freezing and the temperature made us put on clothes before going to the toilet. Third thing is without a doubt the curtains which didnt open up completely and couldnt work properly, and the doors to the balcony that made an crazy amount of noise every time a gust of wind hit them, almost sounded like they would break at one point. The aircondition blew hot air but as soon as we turned it down it suddenly became cold as if we were outside. The TV was placed in an odd manner, it was facing on our left so we had to lay on our sides to watch TV, which was very unconvinient and uncomfortable. The fact that this is a 5* hotel is astonishing. I would never recommend this hotel to any people i know due to the high price and low quality of the room. Oh and before you come here be prepared to pay 150 euros per day you stay there and that they take 60 euros as a «city tax» from that depositum :( Leaving the hotel with a refund in mind is crazy for a 5* hotel

This is a gorgeous hotel and all the staff were fantastic. We stayed in a room facing the train station which was always very busy, the noise from outside was quite loud. It was a really windy weekend and you could hear the wind outside all night and cars with their horns etc so we did struggle to get a good night sleep. I would expect for a 5* hotel the rooms to be more soundproof. Other than that I can’t fault the hotel.

Check-in no where near big enough for the hotel. Two desks for hundreds of rooms. Had to wait 30 mins in a queue. Then room wasn’t ready. Was told would be made up as a priority. Then had to queue another 20 mins at 3pm to be told room still not ready. Eventually got room 30 mins late. Room 1012 had filthy air con vent. Shower flooded water out on to bathroom floor. Poor experience and won’t return.

Your stay at Nobu starts outside of the building. The staff was very attentive of helping me out of my Uber and even carrying my bags from the Uber to my room the check-in process was simple and easy. I was greeted by guest services and educated on all the amenities the hotel offers. Once I walked to the room I was greeted by a palatial space that was very clean. Obvious top quality materials were used for the construction of the room. Entering and exiting the hotel you’re always greeted by the smiling faces of the staff and they always provide themselves as readily available to assist you with anything you need. The only thing that I could say which is not picking is the bathroom lighting could have been brighter. The current lights are very warm and soft but not bright. The curtains are controlled via a panel on the side of the bed. It reminded me of the Fontainebleau in Vegas. 10/10 stay. I can without question say that I will stay at Nobu every time I visit Barcelona. Thank you to all the staff, you guys do remarkable work.

Was a really well located hotel you can take train/metro to the city very easily. Hotel was nice rooms really clean and was very spacious. Staff were nice. If you don't have breakfast included you can go to a nice place nearby called Mood. Nobu restaurant itself was very disappointing not the same standards as London so I wouldn't bother unless your having cocktails or deserts which were great.
