I stay here everytime im in Mesquite. Love that theyre pet friendly

Room wasn’t bad small things that needed to be repainted etc bed was clean and overall looked like a clean hotel the tv was only cable channels and even though it says breakfast included there was none was the biggest complaints overall not bad

Close to highway so it’s a little noisy. There is no area in lobby to sit down or breakfast. Staff is very friendly and hotel is very clean

The room was clean/ big fridge/ microwave and enough parking.

The rooms were clean. The fitness room was decent. The pool was clean, and the AC was cold. Last minute stay, and it didnt disappoint.

A significant step up from typical Motel 6. More like a hotel than a motel. This one had no 18-wheelers, or balconies for people to hang out on (a big + for me!), but no elevator. Very clean. Quiet. Basic. Does have coffee maker, fridge and microwave. But no tv channel guide. Pleasant front desk. It does have a very strong, off-putting chemical (lemony) smell that hits you upon entering.

4 stars, everything was okay except for no elevators.

This is a very basic hotel experience, which is to be expected for the price. Everyone who works here is very friendly but it was hard to get information (the website says they have a fitness center but when we asked at the front desk where it was, we were told there isn't one) and the housekeeping schedule is scattered.

I usually don't give reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very clean. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The beds were comfy. The room was spacious. No issues. Great job to the staff on the maintenance and cleanliness. The only con noted was we did not see an elevator and may be an issue for anyone with a disability.

The hotel is overall ok and clean. The only problem was that there was a big roach that came out of the bathroom.

Kitchenette a plus, very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows.

It advertises a range top. I did not have one.

The Heater inside the room was noisy. It seems it had unscrew part

Seems like they're making an effort to make it a great hotel which is good, but there's still some issues like certain things looking unfinished or not fixed correctly like a cracked tub. Staff was great and willing to help. I'm sure they'd help you with anything you might need.

What I like was the kitchen area

The room was clean/ big fridge/ microwave and enough parking.

The location is convenient for were I needed to be.I was in room #125 which is on the first floor underneath the stairway and next to Balch Spring Road.The room was quite noisy due to the traffic and being under the stairway you heard when someone was going up or down the stairs.Then I was awoke by the people in the room next to me having sex at 3am,and again at 7am.The room was clean and the staff were friendly.I would stay there again,but not in a room on the first floor or on the Balch Spring Road side.

My husband is a travel nurse so we are always looking for a the best bang for our $$$. This is definitely the winner I'm just sorry we didnt find the place sooner. It's affordable, close to hospital, allows dogs, and didn't try to nickel and done us on deposits and fees.Big room, plenty storage and space, super clean, beds were comfy, shower was Great and I felt safe!!!!!

Our crew stayed for three to four months for a project and the staff was very accommodating.

This is usually our go to hotel when we are in Dallas. We were so disappointed this time and will probably not stay there again. When we arrived they gave us a room that had a aluminum tray holding water under the AC. All of our stuff got wet on the floor. We had to throw the water out every few hours. When we first checked in, it says they do house keeping every other day. Not true, we had to ask on the third day to come in a give us new towels and clean the room. Keeping in mind we had to use our towels for the floor. When we came back, they didn't do the bed. Just took out trash and gave us clean towels. After, we found ants EVERYWHERE! I don't know if they mopped or what caused these ants to come in, but they were all over the floors and bed. I went to the front desk and asked what they can do to fix the problem. The man brought us roach and ant spray and expected us to do it ourselves. He said I should've said something to housekeeping earlier. First of all, I didn't see housekeeping and if they wouldve"cleaned the room" I'm pretty sure they would've noticed the ants everywhere. I told him we payed for 6 nights and I refused to sleep with a room full of ants and we needed to be moved. He told me they were sold out, but would see what he can do. He gave us another room but it smelled horrible. It smelled like cigarettes. He said they don't let people smoke but that people sneak them in. I had to ask for fabreze to handle the smell. So disappointed.

The Property was convenient to my Drs appointment, staff was nice, I saw a couple roaches in my bathroom but bathroom and room was spotless.

Great place to stay for the price. Fairly quiet other then traffic but that’s at most places so it’s a good choice

No amenities or courtesies. Could not get food delivered after 10:30 pm from anywhere other than McDonalds and they charge $8.99 delivery fee

It was excellent! Everything we wanted to buy and see was close. Great Laundry Machines! Never eat breakfast and cook our own meals and everything worked well for our needs. Definitely will stay again if in Dallas 🤗
