Room was very spacious . Really wish it had a pool.

Dont come with pet. Do not. It cost me $50.00 non refunable pet fee and $40.00 not tefunable cleaning fee. $90.00 for 1 night pet. Then i had to pay my hotel fee plus deposit. Will never stay again

I liked the quite comfort and good parking. Will stay there again my next trip to San Angelo.

Outside appearance is dirty oil spills in every parking spot. Outer appearance is unkept. Room was clean bed ok was like a big cot. need more pillows. One entrance to parking lot , very inconvenient for location. Walls are thin and ceiling thin and not enough insulation to keep voice’s and footsteps from top occupants foot traffic

Undisclosed pet cleaning fee. Not mentioned on hotels.com or Woodbridge website. I even called ahead and was not told about the fee. Total ripoff

In the description, it was clearly mentioned that there is a deposit of $50 for when you stay with pets. When I checked in, I was told that is the cleaning fee and non refundable. This is completely misleading information and should be shown as cleaning fee if that is what it is. Not happy with this charge.

Unfortunately the key reader wasn’t working during our stay so security or the front desk clerk had to let us in our room every time we left. That would’ve been nice to know before we paid & signed for the room. Room itself was nice, no ice machine at the hotel & no coffee cups at the coffee station.

We enjoyed our time here. Staff was great, security was very good. Nice area for playing with your dogs and have bags for picking up after your pooch. Rooms are clean beds are comfortable ac works great. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for helping make a great trip.

Wonderful, friendly check-in. Rooms are basic, but spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable; soft but firm. Plenty of room under lifted beds for storage. Quiet inside the rooms. Plenty of parking. Elevator and hallways are dates and an odd smell but it doesn't carry into the rooms or lobby so it's fine.

Everything is so nice and more like a safe place at the moment, but one thing about the place is that I cannot get out often enough without a card. The lobby told me that the key machine was broken, but I had to ask the security guards to come in the door for me. That’s part of the problem though, but I am more cozying better than nothing.

Beds were dirty and 1st room we got smelled real strong on weed smell. Mind you a smoke fee hotel. No ice machine and overall won’t ever stay again.

Still here. Quite, clean rooms , friendly staffs, great morning coffee, close to all good stores. H.E.B , Walmart , Target , Ross , Mall. And many more. Great 👍

The place smelled horrible throughout. My room had a horrible chemical smell in it from the beginning and it caused me to have a headache all night. It smelled like someone was smoking meth nextdoor. I had to checkout 2 days early because I couldn’t handle it and hotel staff had no concerns. Stay away from this place!

The bathroom sink was dirty full of hair and on the big towels there was a big pubic hair on there Never ever ever ever will we do business there ever

It was ok, for price point. Pretty tide would have been good if it wasn't for some smell issues around the elevator and around building on to of some small cockroach or insect running in the bathroom. Staff were nice everything else looked fine. But could repeat for same purpose a stop for overnight road stay.

The rooms are outdated, they had a funk smell in the halls and in the elevator. Elevator was filthy. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Ok for the price.

The floor in our room was all synthetic flooring and it was filthy. We couldn't let our one-year-old crawl on the floor because he was getting dirt on his feet and clothes. Our bathroom also had poor water pressure so we couldn't take showers. Every time I walked out the back door to let my dog out people were right outside of it smoking cigarettes. The door handles to go outside barely worked correctly and there were beer cans all over the back parking lot. Also the staff (besides the cleaning people) were not very friendly. The front entrance isn't very welcoming and the office wasn't open much. A very uncomfortable stay and with the price for the pet fee, we would've been better off at a nicer and more comfortable hotel

Very clean

Upon entering the hallway to the rooms you were hit with a very strong dog urine Odor then upon entering our room it was a wet damp musky Odor. The floors were disgusting cleaned up a water spill and the towel used was BLACK were I from the floor being so dirty. The bathroom vent didn’t work cover missing sink wouldn’t drain and you could hear water dripping in the walls when someone showered up above you. Go out back to take the dogs out and the dumpsters are FULL with a HUGE pile of trash next to.on top of the bins in the hall being left on Saturday also overflowing because they didn’t want to haul it out! On our second day we asked for more toilet paper twice an and we’re told someone would bring we never received and finally went and bought our own. The bed well just imagine sleeping on a mattress on a bed of rocks and you will know exactly what to expect. It is an extended stay motel and very obvious. Will be reporting to the city first thing tomorrow morning as the amount of trash gathering out back is a health concern. With it being Mothers Day and ASU graduation places were stay were limited or we would have left as soon as we walked in! DONT stay here!

Check-in was good, but it is a very loud hotel. It is close to the highway and you could hear traffic all night. You could hear the neighbors on either side and there must’ve been a circus in the room above me because I thought I heard elephants stomping the floor all night.

The property was a no frills place. No breakfast, no regular room cleaning. It's more like a short term apartment lease than a hotel room which wasn't what I was wanting. The windows are not very helpful with the sounds coming from the highway so it can get noisy.

The room A/C was extremely loud and sounded like it was on its last leg. Seemed like a lot of banging and slamming of doors happened

Poor bedding and rhe noise and lack of sound proofing was deafening.

The room was great. Really liked that the floors are wood panel look instead of carpet. Everything about the room was great…. Except the pillows 😞 those were horrible $2 pillows and only two per bead. Smallest pillows I’ve seen in a hotel that was a hole in the wall for $40. For $90 I would’ve liked at least a $10 pillow. Only complaint, but a big one because it really messed up our sleep.

Kind of bare bones but okay for a night for the price. Really more like a cheap apartment with badic furnishings.

The room was way too humid. Air was not working properly and was also making lots of noise.

The check in clerk was not customer friendly friendly.... seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and barely spoke... or mumbled, as the case was. The floor in my room was gritty.... had to clean in before I walked barefooted on it. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the full size fridge.

Rooms weren’t ready at check in (10pm). Front desk employee was rude.

I couldn’t give it more than an average rating because we didn’t actually stay here. I reserved, via Expedia, on Wed for a Friday arrival. On this same day, I also sent a message to the property requesting an extra towels in the room. I didn’t get a reply. We arrived on Friday to find out our reservation “wasn’t received” and we couldn’t be accommodated. I was told not to trust third party booking sites, however I got the impression that this operation isn’t very well organized. The employee I spoke with was sweet and helpful, giving us the phone number to another hotel by the same group. The lobby of this hotel was very small (about the size of a small bedroom) and barebones. Know that when you book this property, it resembles more of a motel than a hotel, albeit the rooms are advertised to have a small kitchen - I can’t attest to the quality of the room or in-room amenities. There will not be staff at night, as I believe the front desk hours are 9am to 8pm (10-4 on weekends). Despite the office staff being pleasant and polite, I will not attempt booking this property again.

When we checked in they required IDs from all four of us staying in the room and they made copies of our IDs. They said it was their new policy. We requested to talk to the manage and they got her on the phone, she said it was their policy for safety reasons and if we didn't like it we could move on. We looked up the policy online and that was not the policy of the hotel chain. The whole thing was strange and uncomfortable.

Hotel is okay. They make copies of everyone's license but don't give an explanation as to why. Bringing luggage to your room is super difficult with multiple small doors needing a key card to get through. Front desk lady was unfriendly and seemed annoyed people were checking in to a hotel.

Booked a 2 night stay at this place as it was the nearest to the University available. Checkin was fine on Friday night. I provided my ID and debit card and signed all papers needed. Saturday around 2 PM we heard a knock on the door but wasn't sure if it was for us. My husband and I were getting dressed as our daughter was in the restroom getting ready. Knock #2, I asked my daughter to see who it was as we werent expecting anyone. Before my daughter could unlock the 2 safety locks, our door opened from the outside in. Management saying we did not pay and would need to leave. I got dressed, went down to the front desk. Announced my presence a few times and hear a lady coming around the corner rudely say i can hear you and see you on the camera. I asked what the problem was. She said she needed payment in which i explained I'd already paid online. At check in, my card wasn't put on file for INCIDENTAL. I told her I didnt appreciate someone barging into our room when we weren't fully clothed in which she said "it was me Im the manager and I can go into any room that I want to" i told her it was not warranted. She argued with me that it was her right. We are owed PRIVACY in which she had zero regard, all for a mistake at check in. Following day at 1142 she comes knocking on the door again! We requested 1145 check out. She asked if we were leaving, then proceeded to apologize for the day before but still argued that what she did was acceptable. Terrible!

We showed up at 9:30 pm for our reservation. It took quite a while for front desk staff to come to service as they were somewhere else on property. We checked in and paid. Then we were told they will need to check status of our room to make sure it was clean. We went to room. It was a disaster and was not clean at all. The front office staff was going to be the one to clean it and we were informed it would be atleast an hour. At this time we requested a refund, which we have yet to receive. Very unacceptable to show up at 9pm and no room ready. Do not allow bookings if that’s the case.

Worst service I have ever had at a hotel. Clerk was extremely rude. Policies about arriving on time are extremely strict. I was not allowed to stay for my three day reservation and was denied a refund.

The BEST STAFF of any hotel I have stayed at in San Angelo! Especially JAMES! Clean facility, basic rooms, good place to stay for work trips!

Kelly and Ann were amaing in the front desk area . Very polite n hotel was clean and quiet is the best hotel i rather stay at.. u highly recommended to everyone if u jus want to stay 1 night or coming in for business or ect.

Great location and close to most big stores in San Angelo. Priced right and has the right amenities when your staying for long periods of time.

Convenient location

It was very conveniently located near the freeway and didn't require any detour to arrive or depart.

Very clean. Excellent staff. Good location. Comfortable.

The property and neighborhood seemed very unsafe. We didn't even stay the whole night.

Very simple no frills hotel. Super clean! Mostly workers staying there but I felt safe as a solo female traveler.

Clean as new facility, short walk to convenience store, about half mile walk to HEB grocery.

Very clean and affordable hotel. The only thing missing was breakfast.

Could use coffee pots in the rooms for the ones who have to wake up super early.

The room was clean. But they charged me $90 for my pet for 3 nights. Not a deposit, but a charge. They charge extra for Wifi also. No coffee maker in the room. I was on the 4th floor and had to go down to the lobby to get coffee. And coffee is all they have. No breakfast of any kind. I will not return.

A learning process staying in an extended stay room. No way to make coffee but, we were going out for breakfast anyhow. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

Please provide a coffee pot in the rooms.

Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. But the lack of any dishes or utensils defeated the purpose of the extended stay capabilities of the hotel. Everything else was nice just no frills and no breakfast.

No idea why anyone stays here. Room has NO coffee maker, paper cups, nothing to make meals and it costs as much as any other hotel. We booked because we thought it was $70 not $100 a night.
