アトーチャ駅から近く、スーツケースを初めに預けて観光したい人にはおすすめです。料金も安いし。ただ、共同トイレ、シャワーなのでそれがダメな人にはおすすめできません。フロントは2階にありますがエレベーターはありません。

The room itself was almost spotless. However, my door handle was almost hanging off. I had to push my bed to the door to feel remotely safe as I slept. Brickdust and cement powder surrounded the entire hostel as there were major and VERY noisy construction work being done to the building. Avoid this place if you can.

Llegamos y... sorpresa! Parecía zona de guerra, daba miedo entrar, las escaleras en obras y mal hechas, todo sucio y a medio construir. Nos quedamos en shock. El chico que nos recibío fue amable y nos explicó todo. Segunda sorpresa: El colchón era una vergüenza, viejo y vencido en el centro, no había manera de dormir ahí dos personas porque te ibas al centro. Un ruido terrible, escuchas todo lo de la calle, los que entran, los salen, van al baño...Dormimos como mucho 2hr. Los baños sucios...Vamos, nunca más. Cómo punto positivo, la habitación estaba limpia.

這次碰上大樓維修，電梯停用了！退房當天只能走臨時搭建、僅供單人通行的樓梯下樓。還好我們沒有帶大型行李，真是萬幸，感謝老天保佑！另外，建議大家自行準備毛巾，會比較安心喔！

Place was unsafe and under construction. Staff was rude and disrespectful. Room was very small and cramped. Stairs were small and very high. We almost fell. I will not recommend this hostel especially for older travelers. You can literally hear the conversation outside of your hotel room.

Difficult to find as the entrance was a building site, very narrow and unstable stairs to get to the first floor. Once checked in, was a real nice stay. Just definitely didn't expect the building site - was definitely a "well this doesn't look like the pictures" moment

マドリード空港に20時到着でしたが、入国と荷物受け取りが手間取り、ホステル到着は22時過ぎになりました。親切なスタッフ（男性）のお陰でスムーズにチェックイン出来ました。 whatsAppで連絡をくれて助かりました。入口のインターホンでドアの鍵を開けてもらい 2階まで登ります、この時スタッフの方が重いスーツケースを運んてくれて助かりました。とっても親切、丁寧です。トイレ、シャワーは共有、シャワージェルはありますがシャンプーとコンデショナーはありません。部屋は狭いですが清潔です。

La cama y las sábanas no estaban limpias, había varios pelos de distintas formas y colores, por lo que no se cuanta gente había usado esas camas antes que nosotros. No pudimos quedarnos ni un segundo. Aún así no nos devolvieron el dinero. Ni Expedia ni el Hotel, muy mala experiencia.

２泊しました。１泊目にトコジラミを見つけ部屋の変更を申し出ましたが。満室なので別のホテルに移るよう提案がありました。朝一番にアトーチャ駅から電車に乗る予定が有ったので別のホテルに移る提案を断ると、グレードアップした部屋を提供されました。最初から、気持ちよくグレードアップの提案があれば気持ちよく連泊できたのに、駆け引きされたことは、非常に不満です。

The hostel is good and well located. The staff was straightforward and efficient. The hostel’s ambiance could be improved, as at the moment it is only a long corridor with rooms on both sides. The room’s floor was not entirely clean, but the beds and furniture surfaces were. The two shared bathrooms are ok, but other guests get the WCs dirty and do not clean after themselves, which makes using them a less pleasant experience. Also, the waste bins do not have lids, so you can see all the waste other guests have generated. The WiFi works well and is fast. The property is NOT accessible for people with limited mobility or wheelchair users. People carrying heavy suitcases will also find it inconvenient, as there is no lift to use. It is ok for a very short stay, when you need to take an early train or a bus to the airport. The property’s surroundings are too noisy and dirty to be enjoyable during longer stays.

鉄道のマドリード駅から徒歩で5分～10分で近く、分かりやすい場所にあります。ただし建物の間口が狭く管理人をインターホンで呼び出して解錠してもらうタイプで、このシステムに慣れていないとまごつくかもしれません。駅近のためバルなどの店舗は幾らでもありますが自動車の騒音は覚悟が必要です。スタッフは親切です、小さなホステルなのでスマホのマップで近くまで行ってから看板を探してください。エレベーターは無く階段でスーツケースを担ぎ上げてください、管理人室は２階です。

Nos mantuvieron llamando a la puerta y llamándoles por telefonillo a recepción y por teléfono durante más de 40 minutos. Tuvimos que ponernos en contacto con Hoteles.com para que les contactaran. Tras ese tiempo, nos abrieron para decirnos que habían salido aunque no del recinto del hostal. No repetiremos en absoluto

Un hotel muy bien situado cerca de la estación Atocha y en general del centro de Madrid, es un hotel sencillo pero muy limpio, el problema las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha el ruido de las otras habitaciones, hasta el baño del vecino se escucha, una lástima. Por lo demás todo bien por el precio.

鉄道のマドリード駅から徒歩で5分～10分で近く、分かりやすい場所にあります。ただし建物の間口が狭く管理人をインターホンで呼び出して解錠してもらうタイプで、このシステムに慣れていないとまごつくかもしれません。駅近のためバルなどの店舗は幾らでもありますが自動車の騒音は覚悟が必要です。スタッフは親切です、小さなホステルなのでスマホのマップで近くまで行ってから看板を探してください。エレベーターは無く階段でスーツケースを担ぎ上げてください、管理人室は２階です。

Did not have room ready at arrival, so was forced to book alternative housing. Was told to leave luggage in separate room which reeked of urine. Urine seemed to be fresh as well.

Place was unsafe and under construction. Staff was rude and disrespectful. Room was very small and cramped. Stairs were small and very high. We almost fell. I will not recommend this hostel especially for older travelers. You can literally hear the conversation outside of your hotel room.

The room itself was almost spotless. However, my door handle was almost hanging off. I had to push my bed to the door to feel remotely safe as I slept. Brickdust and cement powder surrounded the entire hostel as there were major and VERY noisy construction work being done to the building. Avoid this place if you can.
