We’ve visited Maui many times, always staying in South Kihei. The Palms are a bit pricier than the Kihei condos but the property and the condo are very nice. The condo was spacious indoors and out. Having the bbq was a big plus. Dedicated parking, excellent pool area with a fridge are also pluses. Keawakapu & Ulua beaches are accessible on foot but it is a 15+ minute walk. We chose to drive to the beach, mostly to Ulua because it’s sheltered and has great snorkeling. This is the nicest Maui condo we’ve stayed in, perfect for two couples or a family. We did see some ants and a couple of beetles inside the unit but they come with the territory. Ants can be avoided if the kitchen is kept clean.

The condo was exactly as advertised. We loved having the ground floor with the large lawn for the kids to play. The property and pool was immaculate and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved our stay here! The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed using the beach chairs and cooler. We used the grill and ate outside for most of our meals. The location is great with the pool being right across the street and the beaches were a short drive away. The pool does have a lot of rules so just be aware with kids.

Saved a lot of money and time. The major resorts on the ocean are under construction so glad we found this. Pool and jacuzzi, with a full area to change, etc. this unit worked out best for us with having a grill in off of patio. Air conditioner was a big plus for me. No need to bring chairs, or beach towels. It was like having your own home in my favorite so far away place, Wailea. The beaches are so beautiful! Great choice, great time for all of us.

We loved the location during our stay. A quiet community tucked away from the hustle of tourist traffic but a quick drive to everything we needed. The pool at the palms was never too busy and a great way to end the day after the beach. Beautiful beaches, great shopping and delicious food all around. Would highly recommend staying here! My only complaint would be the check in. The email I received with the access code was confusing and resulted in a late night phone call in order to enter the condo. The communication was excellent and quick response from the owner was a nice surprise. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We spent a week at in this very well kept condo. Grounds are excellent. Everything went smoothly. Condo was well equipped. Location was a 5 min. drive or a 20 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Nice vacation.

Have probably stayed at the Palms 10 times over the years. Like the location. Short drive to many different beaches and much less expensive than staying right on the water. If it is your first time staying in Maui and are looking for a great view of the water/ sunset this is not the unit for you. Nice patio but no view. For my wife and I not that important and not worth the extra since we have been to Maui many times. . Condo was very clean and had extra towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Only downside. The internet was extremely slow. Ended up using cell phone data for my I-pad. Also , never did figure out the TV controllers. A brief handout on using the TV controllers would have been helpful. Overall a great place to stay and would book the same unit again ( ironically think did stay in this unit previously suspect different owner).

Beautiful place to stay. We had an issue with the door code the night we arrived. Even though it was very late we had prompt response from the manager to sort out the issue. Condo is clean and has everything you need. Great location. Close drive to many great beaches. Would stay again!

we love the palms at Wailea. The unit was clean and quiet. The only thing missing was a view - because of its location close next to the road though the complex it had some hedges up for privacy.

Location was great, outside property was beautiful, easy access to everything. Super easy check in! Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has been updated & is nice, other things are old. Blinds were very old & disgusting (vertical hanging ones)- dirty & had multiple missing slats so you could see right into living room & master bedroom from outside/parking lot. They also moved with the AC & so you could see into our room. I contacted property management- Krista was responsive & sent me to another management, they told me to tape sheets up. Hard with no tape, etc. Washer was EXTREMELY loud & obnoxious- could not run it at night for sure & made it hard to hear others. Dryer was fine. Could tell the cleaners did a very mediocre job & hadn’t seemed to be in recently as there were multiple dead spiders, dust, etc. If they took care of blinds (got completely new window/sliding door coverings) I would stay here again! Overall a good experience but definitely need to fix the window covering & washer situation.

The Palms at Wailea is our favorite place to stay. The location and the amenities are perfect. Our unit was perfect. The only issue we had was the noise from the traffic. This unit is right next to the busy road going up to Wailea. We did not enjoy sitting out on the lanai for that reason.

Great place. We loved our stay here and found the unit clean, bright and spacious. We enjoyed being on the ground floor. The beach is a 10 min walk so we mostly drove but it's doable if you are not brining chairs to the beach. Communication and getting in was easy.

Great condo, great location. Great management! When trying to relocate our stay on the island during the outbreak of the fires on the west side, they were there for us. Condo was supplied well with everything we needed.

Location was great, outside property was beautiful, easy access to everything. Super easy check in! Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has been updated & is nice, other things are old. Blinds were very old & disgusting (vertical hanging ones)- dirty & had multiple missing slats so you could see right into living room & master bedroom from outside/parking lot. They also moved with the AC & so you could see into our room. I contacted property management- Krista was responsive & sent me to another management, they told me to tape sheets up. Hard with no tape, etc. Washer was EXTREMELY loud & obnoxious- could not run it at night for sure & made it hard to hear others. Dryer was fine. Could tell the cleaners did a very mediocre job & hadn’t seemed to be in recently as there were multiple dead spiders, dust, etc. If they took care of blinds (got completely new window/sliding door coverings) I would stay here again! Overall a good experience but definitely need to fix the window covering & washer situation.

We loved the location during our stay. A quiet community tucked away from the hustle of tourist traffic but a quick drive to everything we needed. The pool at the palms was never too busy and a great way to end the day after the beach. Beautiful beaches, great shopping and delicious food all around. Would highly recommend staying here! My only complaint would be the check in. The email I received with the access code was confusing and resulted in a late night phone call in order to enter the condo. The communication was excellent and quick response from the owner was a nice surprise. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Great place. We loved our stay here and found the unit clean, bright and spacious. We enjoyed being on the ground floor. The beach is a 10 min walk so we mostly drove but it's doable if you are not brining chairs to the beach. Communication and getting in was easy.

We spent a week at in this very well kept condo. Grounds are excellent. Everything went smoothly. Condo was well equipped. Location was a 5 min. drive or a 20 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Nice vacation.

Have probably stayed at the Palms 10 times over the years. Like the location. Short drive to many different beaches and much less expensive than staying right on the water. If it is your first time staying in Maui and are looking for a great view of the water/ sunset this is not the unit for you. Nice patio but no view. For my wife and I not that important and not worth the extra since we have been to Maui many times. . Condo was very clean and had extra towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Only downside. The internet was extremely slow. Ended up using cell phone data for my I-pad. Also , never did figure out the TV controllers. A brief handout on using the TV controllers would have been helpful. Overall a great place to stay and would book the same unit again ( ironically think did stay in this unit previously suspect different owner).

We were here with a large group of people for our daughters wedding. The property is at a great location with beautiful amenities. This specific condo was lovely and well stocked, A/C throughout and the bed was very comfortable. The management was always immediately available for questions/help with check in and check out. I highly recommend

The stay was fabulous! We had a wonderful time. Great coffee shops, restaurants and shopping nearby. However the ”free” activities each day didn't prove to be beneficial. We booked a dinner cruise for the Friday before we left and it was cancelled because they didn't have the space. The kitchen was stocked with the exception of saran wrap, tin foil and ziploc bags. Those would have been helpful. Thanks for the stay!

The Palms at Wailea is our favorite place to stay. The location and the amenities are perfect. Our unit was perfect. The only issue we had was the noise from the traffic. This unit is right next to the busy road going up to Wailea. We did not enjoy sitting out on the lanai for that reason.

Beautiful place to stay. We had an issue with the door code the night we arrived. Even though it was very late we had prompt response from the manager to sort out the issue. Condo is clean and has everything you need. Great location. Close drive to many great beaches. Would stay again!
