The Lego themed rooms were unique and attractive to kids. Kids could also be engaged with the lego play area at hotel lobby. The theme park and water park was good. Sea life was not big but reasonably ok.

An excellent stay to complement a visit to the Legoland theme park. Some areas of the hotel were a little tired but the rooms were comfortable and staff very helpful. We found the dining options a little tricky for fussy eaters however there is a shopping area just outside the hotel with fast food options and a supermarket.

LEGOLAND hotel is a bit run - down . Toilets on the ground floor were wet n not clean. The carpets looked old. So all in all , too expensive for that standard .

This is a great location for those going to the Legoland park or water park! The kids LOVED it! From the moment you arrive you are greeted with Legos. The kids were mesmerized! We opted for a themed room, well worth the cost! The kids loved it! They had a puzzle they had to do when they came into the room - like a treasure hunt, which the kids ate up! We arrived early and they let us check in. Also within a 2-3 minute walk is a mall with a grocery store and some fast food options, ideal for my picky eater! Overall a great place for the 11-5 year old set, made for them!

1) Toilet drained extremely slowly, making it impossible to flush toilet paper normally. We had to use the shower spray to break up the paper in order for it to flush. 2) Washbasin faucet was damaged and sprayed water in multiple directions each time it was turned on, soaking the surrounding wall, floor, and even our clothes. 3) One side of the provided pedal trash bin was broken—the lid jammed and would not open when stepping on the pedal. 4) Remote control in the master bedroom was missing its battery cover, causing the batteries to fall out easily. 5) Three out of the five towels provided had a strong, unpleasant odor—similar to that of dirty socks—suggesting they had not been properly laundered. 6) Unpleasant odors—resembling sewage—intermittently rising from floor-level ventilation outlets near the shower area and beside the toilet. The smell was strong and highly discomforting, creating an unhygienic atmosphere. 7) Vending machine inside hotel has no cash changes. 8) Staff stated external supplier is not hotel's rezponsibility and refused to help. 9) Another staff even saying that owning a smartphone means we can make local phonecall ourselves and its our own responsibility to get another sim card to call their supplier on our own. 10) Vending machine supplier requires Malaysian bank account to refund - big inconvenience for foreign guests.

Room: Relatively clean. Enough room for kids to run around. - Secret chest lock is broken, staff was unable to fix it - Safe deposit box is broken, password couldn’t be reset. Staff unable to fix it - Door was quite difficult to close properly - vending machine outside the room is a scam. First bottled water I paid RM5, second bottled water I wanted to buy became RM8? Couldn’t even get my refund. Buy from outside better. Staffs: Very polite and professional. Love all their security guards, very friendly! Dining: Breakfast has a wide variety. Large rooms, clean but the bright colours amazing! And i know it’s Legoland but it truly exceeded any expectations i had. Lego everywhere, carpet, elevator doors just everywhere. I am nearly 60 & loved it so any little kids, what a dream come true

It was our 2nd stay and it remains family oriented with lego to play at the lobby, outside the restaurant and the pool. Our kids enjoy the disco lights and music in the lifts. And each staff member we speak to are polite and helpful. However, the room cleanliness was not up to par. We saw ants around the pantry upon check in. The next day, they did not wash our coffee mug or throw out rubbish from the previous day. They did rectify both quickly but it has left a bad impression on housekeeping. The breakfast selection was average with mostly carb options.

It’s our first time in Legoland Hotel. The place is very convenient to theme park and waterpark. My son enjoyed playing legos in the lobby, outside the Bricks resto and in the room. Legos are everywhere. We also love the breakfast buffet. The swimming pool is very safe for kids, there were 2 lifeguards. We also like the design of the room we chose, it’s Kingdom theme. It’s good for 5 pax. What we don’t like is that the room were so dusty and the hotel’s carpet wasn’t maintained well.

客房裡面有一點點垃圾或食物沒有清乾淨。客房廁所有些發霉黑點，也發現掛毛巾的拉環有損壞，雖然不影響住宿的使用，但希望能住到更乾淨的房間。由於入住是星期五晚上，晚餐已先訂位吃到飽自助餐，但到現場才發現不是吃到飽自助餐，取而代之的是單點的餐點。餐點的選擇較少，外面的購物商場還比較好吃。

We booked the pirate room and were given a room on the first floor. On entering the room smelt terrible, moudy and musty like it had not been used for a while. The toilet stunk like sewers. I don't know if it was the construction going on but it was very bad. When I called reception for cleaning or room change they sent one housekeeper with just a spray bottle and a cloth! Not a machine to deodorise? After much complaining they finally agreed to change room for us to the fifth floor. This time it was much better and cleaner. Nonetheless the hotel is very dated and amenities are poor for the amount you pay. Please don't waste your money here.

The decorated themed room is so amazing! There is treasure hunt game inside the room and there is really treasure! The room size is heavenly big for a family. The king bed is big enough for westling, if you wanted.

Large rooms, clean but the bright colours amazing! And i know it’s Legoland but it truly exceeded any expectations i had. Lego everywhere, carpet, elevator doors just everywhere. I am nearly 60 & loved it so any little kids, what a dream come true

Room: Relatively clean. Enough room for kids to run around. - Secret chest lock is broken, staff was unable to fix it - Safe deposit box is broken, password couldn’t be reset. Staff unable to fix it - Door was quite difficult to close properly - vending machine outside the room is a scam. First bottled water I paid RM5, second bottled water I wanted to buy became RM8? Couldn’t even get my refund. Buy from outside better. Staffs: Very polite and professional. Love all their security guards, very friendly! Dining: Breakfast has a wide variety. However, no matter whether you make a booking for certain time slot or not, you will still have to wait.

My 7 year old daughter is coeliac, the staff in all hotel dining as well as in the park were amazing at catering for her needs. They were able to point out which foods were “safe” for her to eat (inclusive of changing out the oil before cooking chips) and cooked up seperate meals to her liking (they had GF pancakes and cereals available for breakfast). All the staff were friendly and accomodating. We had a fantastic stay!!

1) Toilet drained extremely slowly, making it impossible to flush toilet paper normally. We had to use the shower spray to break up the paper in order for it to flush. 2) Washbasin faucet was damaged and sprayed water in multiple directions each time it was turned on, soaking the surrounding wall, floor, and even our clothes. 3) One side of the provided pedal trash bin was broken—the lid jammed and would not open when stepping on the pedal. 4) Remote control in the master bedroom was missing its battery cover, causing the batteries to fall out easily. 5) Three out of the five towels provided had a strong, unpleasant odor—similar to that of dirty socks—suggesting they had not been properly laundered. 6) Unpleasant odors—resembling sewage—intermittently rising from floor-level ventilation outlets near the shower area and beside the toilet. The smell was strong and highly discomforting, creating an unhygienic atmosphere. 7) Vending machine inside hotel has no cash changes. 8) Staff stated external supplier is not hotel's rezponsibility and refused to help. 9) Another staff even saying that owning a smartphone means we can make local phonecall ourselves and its our own responsibility to get another sim card to call their supplier on our own. 10) Vending machine supplier requires Malaysian bank account to refund - big inconvenience for foreign guests.

Reservation Team asked us to book higher floor to ensure park view, we told them our reservation details and they confirmed its park view. Upon check in they told us its either 3F+park view or 7F+parking lot view lol. No change to room type as all rooms are fully booked. 2. There was a ticket counter at the Lobby, but when we asked the VIP service and where we met the crew, they knew nothing. They told us they are different from the Legoland Admission Team....surprisingly.

Located a stone throw away from the Lego park, the location was ideal and has a mall next to it. A few restaurants and a grocery shop to cater to the basic needs. The breakfast at the resort was average at best, a lot of options but quality of the food and taste were average at best, especially if you are a vegetarian. Kids loved the Lego themed room.

The proximity of the hotel to the Legoland Parks was a winner for us. The room size was decently spacious for 3 adults and 2 kids. The complimentary breakfast spread had a good variety of continental and local cuisine though it would be good if the aircon at the dining area can be a lot less strong.

This is a great location for those going to the Legoland park or water park! The kids LOVED it! From the moment you arrive you are greeted with Legos. The kids were mesmerized! We opted for a themed room, well worth the cost! The kids loved it! They had a puzzle they had to do when they came into the room - like a treasure hunt, which the kids ate up! We arrived early and they let us check in. Also within a 2-3 minute walk is a mall with a grocery store and some fast food options, ideal for my picky eater! Overall a great place for the 11-5 year old set, made for them!

Our stay at Legoland resort was fantastic and I would highly recommend for families with primary school aged children. The themed rooms are fun and well maintained. There are good food options onsite with the cafe having a good selection of hot drinks and snacks. We had a couple of really nice dinners in Kai’s sushi restaurant as well. Highly recommended to complete the Legoland experience.

Nice hotel if taking kids to Legoland. Rooms can comfortably accommodate a family of 4. Good amenities provided. The downside is that the hotel was hyper busy during our visit and the breakfast area very congested.

The Legoland Malaysia Resort is great for those travelling with young children (under 10). Lots of fun activities for kids in the lobby and close to the Water Park, Theme Park and SeaLife Aquarium. These parks are also aimed at those with young families, no real thrill rides. Check-in was smooth and our children loved the disco elevators and the treasure hunt in our room where they had to crack the code to the safe to find a lego set each for them to make. The theming in the room (Adventure Themed room) was also great. The hotel itself is looking a bit tired (though the outside was in the process of being repainted while we were there, which is definitely needed) and there was a musty smell on our floor when you got off the elevators which was quite unpleasant (Level 6), but thankfully this didn't extend to inside our room. We ate dinner at the Italian restaurant one night and the service and food was excellent. Would definitely recommend eating here. Buffet breakfast at Bricks was included in our stay, but opted to eat elswhere after the first day as the food was average and the atmosphere was lacking. We didn't like having to choose a set breakfast time and then when we arrived being told that we had 45 minutes to eat, felt very rushed. We also didn't enjoy having to stand in lines to get our food and the food was so spread out and not grouped together well. Had to wait in multiple lines to get one plate of food, which was then cold by the time I sat down to eat.
