Nice swimming pool. Nice hotel room for 5pax. Just a bit dusty. Check in n check out fast. Breakfast not as expected maybe because is Raya holiday. Lack of staff. Overall is a great place. Can come agaon jext time.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Knowing that there were 3 guests, only 2 towels were provided. TV channels are extremely limited. The rooms are spacious and clean though. The food at the restaurant was not tasty. They mixed up the order even after the wait time was so long. The shuttle has limited space and first come first serve and the timings are pretty odd. Pick up time from legoland is 5pm even though park is open till 6pm. We went on a long weekend, and found it impossible to find a Grab car from Legoland. Luckily we caught the CM7 bus that takes you till the hotel.

my experience was not very good. Upon arrival, I encountered issues with the electricity; the power tripped and restarted itself several times during my stay, which was quite frustrating and disrupted my plans. The bed was average at best—definitely not the most comfortable option I've experienced in hotels. I found it difficult to get a good night's sleep, which is essential during any stay. The bathroom featured a fixed shower head, making it challenging to use comfortably. I prefer a more adjustable option that allows for better flexibility while showering. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent and offered a variety of options, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to find that the gym and swimming pool were closed for maintenance during my visit. Property is a little jaded. But it is spacious with functional rooms. Separate room for the kids is ideal. Service upon check in can be more efficient - a single service staff handling a long queue. Transport to Legoland only occurs once a day. Car park can be better lit.

Entering the Room, was hit by whiff of moldy musky smell. Once.Air conditioning was on it wad confirmed it came from there. Seems like the Fancoils wefe not periodically maintained. Room Service was mediocre too, food arrived not quite warm enough.

The hotel was close to Legoland and very convenient for the family. Buffet breakfast was nice and the room was comfortable but has some maintenance issues with loose switches which kept falling off exposing the inner parts.

Suites are spacious and affordable. - Cleanliness is average at best, breakfast buffet is mediocre, service levels are basic (but acceptable). I still think it's a good option for Legoland access (just a short drive) and suites have separate bedrooms so good for families.

Overhead shower is not useful and the water pressure was not enough. House keeping was not enough Bed making was done and trash was disposed. Cups and spoons were not changed, tables were not wiped, bathroom floor was mopped, new towels were not provided unless I requested. Room was spacious and cozy. Bed was big enough. 頭の上から降ってくるタイプのシャワーは使いづらかった。水圧も低く体を洗い流すのが少し大変。 ハウスキーピングについては、ベッドメイキングはされゴミは捨てられていたが、十分ではなかった。使ったコップはそのままで、テーブルは汚れたまま、タオルも交換されていなかった。ホテルのアプリからリクエストをしたりテーブルにリクエストを書いたメモを置いておけば希望通りにハウスキーピングしてもらえた。 部屋は広く快適であった。冷蔵庫も十分な大きさだったがトレイに変な水が溜まっていた。部屋からレゴランドが見え立地は良かったが、外食は難しいのでグラブフードを利用すると便利である。チェックインチェックアウトもスムーズだった。朝ごはんの選択肢は限られており好きなものは見つからなかった。フルーツやお米も少なかった。

To be honest, there were a lot of bad reviews from other sites. However, to my surprise, it wasn’t that bad. The room was big and I liked it. There was daily house keeping and it was clean enough for me. The breakfast spread was good with both local and international cuisine. Called to asked for some extra towel and they delivered to my room quite fast. I drive, so the location although is a bit out of the way from other places, didn’t bother me. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our 3 nights stay there. I would stay again.

To be honest, there were a lot of bad reviews from other sites. However, to my surprise, it wasn’t that bad. The room was big and I liked it. There was daily house keeping and it was clean enough for me. The breakfast spread was good with both local and international cuisine. Called to asked for some extra towel and they delivered to my room quite fast. I drive, so the location although is a bit out of the way from other places, didn’t bother me. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our 3 nights stay there. I would stay again.

+ Convenient to get to Legoland and much more affordable than the Legoland hotel. Suites are spacious and affordable. - Cleanliness is average at best, breakfast buffet is mediocre, service levels are basic (but acceptable). I still think it's a good option for Legoland access (just a short drive) and suites have separate bedrooms so good for families.

Entering the Room, was hit by whiff of moldy musky smell. Once.Air conditioning was on it wad confirmed it came from there. Seems like the Fancoils wefe not periodically maintained. Room Service was mediocre too, food arrived not quite warm enough.
